Very poor experiences here in both restaurants near me (Rohnert Park, CA). Hardly anyone goes here, and to me, it's obvious why. I was bringing in coupons which they did honor. But they would not give me a double whopper (at times) without an extra charge and would sometimes not put cheese on them. Also, they are VERY chintzy about the zesty sauce, for whatever reason. When I ask for them, and esp. one time, the lady behind the counter gave me a dirty look. Yeah, they are sitting back there gossiping and even saying profanities in Spanish most of the times I have been in there. I would advise going to In-and-Out for a better experience and demographic of customers and staff. It is clean in there I will say. They do a decent job of that at least. read more

This is the worst service I've ever encountered at a Burger King. I was the only customer there aside from the drive through, and the drive through operator looked at me a couple of times but didn't even say "hello" or "hold on a second". Then after about 5 minutes of waiting they finally came to the register I was standing at (the only register) and it wasn't working. They called another person over and still couldn't get it working for another 15 minutes while also on the phone with someone who probably was trying to trouble shoot the register over video chat. Now I'm a really patient person, but after 20 minutes of no service and not getting an order placed on top of not being acknowledged, I think I can safely say, that this Burger King location is abysmal. Avoid this place unless you feel like standing around smelling the French, excuse me, freedom fries. read more

I went today through the drive thru around 5pm 7/9/23. I want to start by saying that I am a Latina who speaks and understands Spanish perfectly. I ordered my foot but the person taking my order didn't understand me correctly when I said I wanted my burger with no onions or pickles, he instead added another burger to my order. I was like oh sorry I didn't mean add another burger just on my meal I ordered I didn't want onions or pickles. he responds, already annoyed. he said no you ordered a number one whopper and another burger I said sorry no I wanted the no pickles on my burger I already ordered not another one he said fine it's going to be $15 then pull up. I pulled up to the window to pay thinking that OK now he understood and understood me after I clarified it nicely and he asked me again, so you said you want to no pickles then and I was like oh yeah, no pickles no onions. He then without saying anything turns to the other girls making the burger and says she just told me she wants no pickles no onions just take it out. All the kitchen staff was speaking Spanish and I don't think they knew I understood them perfectly which is why they continued to speak about me the way they did. The man continues to lie to the staff saying that I was being difficult and I didn't tell him how I wanted my meal and I lied and saying that I was just another fat customer who wanted something free when it nothing like what I said. I'm getting upset hearing this and how he is spinning this to make up for the fact that he didn't get my order right and didn't understand what I was saying after I try to clear it up for him nicely three times. I've gone to this location many times over the years and even worked there for my first job a few years back. Food quality is usually what you'd expect for a Burger King for your main items besides the fries and onion rings always being cold no matter what. The reason I'm writing this review is the way the staff act. They always seem extremely pissed off to be at work, which sure, you don't have to be happy to be at work, obviously, but they should not be giving an attitude to a customer. Every time I've gone I am saying thank you and please to everything, and they haven't once actually said "you're welcome" and every time I have asked for a sauce, I've received an eye roll and no words, and they hand the sauce and quickly slam the window shut. The one guy who has taken my order 90% of the time and done all of this stuff is a Mexican man between the age of 19-24. He always has an attitude, and it isn't just me. I've talked to me girlfriend about this and without even telling her my previous experience she had dealt with the same exact thing every time that she has gone as well. This location as well as the one further away has lost my business pretty much indefinitely based on the workers attitude at the one location. Unless you enjoy being treated like garbage by the workers, and prefer your fries or onion rings to be cold and half the size of what you ordered, then I would suggest going to literally any other place for food. read more

The next customer was quite upset that his order was incomplete. The same lady diffused a very difficult situation. I was extremely impressed at her professionalism. We usually only get chicken nuggets and fries for my youngest daughter at this location. She is very picky and likes Burger King for now. The couple times we have gotten sandwiches, we didn't have any problems.1.50 for 10 nuggets or 3.00 for nuggets and fries if you use coupons on their app. My problem with this location is, they are always slow. I would like to say I was appalled by the treatment and service I received at this burger King location, Redwood drive Rohnert Park Calif. First of all I decided to use the drive through window . I tried to place my order and the gal at the window, first of all looked like she just jumped out of the sack to make it to work on time! Her clothes ,wrinkled and her hair up in a messy bun. I don't mean a cute messy either! She was wearing a mask that looked like it was screaming to be saved!! She was wearing the mask under her nose. She never acknowledged me .I told her I had a coupon for my order and she became angry and said in a rough voice, "Wait a minute" She seemed put out by the coupon! She had an accent and I understand it can be hard understanding someone with so many cultures...Honey the US OF A is a melting pot! If you can't handle the job than step out of the kitchen! So on a Friday at about 10 AM I was in Rohnert park and I decided to swing through this Burger King and try it once again. I'm usually out around breakfast time and the few times I've driven through there they've had no biscuits for their biscuit sandwiches. But I didn't think anything of it. But yesterday I got a sourdough sandwich with bacon. And a croissant sandwich with bacon. The sourdough sandwich was cooked and was hot and tasted fresh.The croissant sandwich look like it been around the block a few times. It was cold and it was hard like they just shoved it in the microwave for a few seconds and bam we are done. So you think that be great one out of two sandwiches that you paid 2 to 5 dollars for not a problem. No the problem didn't come until about midnight... stomach cramps diarrhea not a good way to spend the evening. So I won't be back Burger King.
