I think this is my first In N Out Burger review after eating it for approximately 23 years. Whenever I'm in the mood for a fast food burger, the other fast food chains, that shall remain nameless, don't even come to mind as a first option. In N Out is ALWAYS my first option and there's several factors that go in to my decision making. 1. Quality of food 2. Convenience 3. Affordability In N Out, even on a busy night can still provide 10/10 service, I don't think in all of my years have they EVER got my order wrong. The taste is always the same, you get great bang for your buck and the food is delicious. Say what you will about their French fries... "They're not good"... "they're hard"... "they're horrible when they're cold".. blah blah blah, I LOVE their French fries because they're fresh and they literally cut them right in front of you whether you're dining in or looking through the window while in the drive-thru. I have been waiting for so many years to return to In-N-Out Burger, I lost count. The last time I visited this chain was even before I was a Yelper. We were visiting Santa Rosa and I knew this shop was just minutes from my hotel... I was very excited. It is a very easy in and out off the main road and while the parking lot is big, you still have to look for a spot because the restaurant is packed. Great team at at counter, friendly as I remember them. It's always a comfortable venue here too. I'm finally at the counter and I order my standard burger with french fries. Take a seat and wait for them to call you name. Just a few minutes later they did. Just like I remembered it to be. Single juicy patty with their special sauce, cheese and pickles on a great bun. It was delicious and worth the wait. Fries are great too, browned nicely, crunch on the outside and soft on the inside. I usually don't review fast food chain restaurants, but customer service from start to finish was outstanding. Everyone was nice and one of the workers went around and asked if everyone was good and if we needed anything. She also got me a high chair for my toddler and even asked us if we wanted a hat for him and stickers. She also asked another family if they wanted stickers and a hat. She even did sign language to the child and you can see how happy he was! After we were done with our meal, she offered to throw it away for us. The place was clean but parking was small. The High Average Off the side of highway 101, you will find an in-n-out burger nestled in a busy side street. Upon walking in the white double doors, I noticed the line was extremely fast; I received my plain cheeseburger in sub 5 minutes. Of course, the burger is like any other classic in-n-out burger restaurant; a perfectly seared patty, perfectly moist and very delicious. Prices are reasonable, which I enjoyed very much. Though it can be loud in the restaurant, there is also outside seating for those warm days. The verdict: would come again, loved the experience. read more

Everybody is really nice and helpful, and the food is usually good and warm, and other than being asked how you're doing by three or four people in a few-minute period (that's a bit annoying), It's decent. I do love the fact that they never get the order wrong. Not ever. Once in a while, it's cold, or they forget the fork for my animal fries, but we all make mistakes. I go there almost every day for my snack. One thing I have to say, and I know this is on a corporate level and not on a local level, but the cups are so cheap. The lids in particular. Literally every time I go to pick up my drink from my car holder, the lid pops off. This is sad. It would be nice if the lids stayed on the cups. In my opinion, the dissatisfaction of your customers over this issue costs far more than the 1/10 penny that you're saving on each cup lid. Anyway. Thank you for reading my review. read more

Service was fast and order was made a per our special requests. However, one bun for our three burgers was burnt ( was hard and crumbled when you bit into it). This shows me whoever was cooking the order wasn't paying attention and didn't care that a customer was going to be provided their mistake. Come on In & Out, you can do better than that. read more

In n out is hands down one of our favorite places to get a quick burger and fries from! We always add pickles and chilies to our burgers and they are amazing! Strongly reccomend in n out for affordable amazing tasting hamburgers read more

On 5/25 I took mom out for her favorite burger lunch. The food? It was perfect, of course. Given it was a holiday weekend, I was expecting long lines so we planned to eat in the car. Thank goodness we did. I went inside to order. I was promptly greeted by Diego who was great. I sat and waited in the dining area for the order. There was a young and obnoxiously loud female crew member yelling motivational "inspirations" to the rest of the crew. It was cringeworthy and unpleasant at best. I was grateful to have ordered take out and could not imagine working an entire shift having to listen to that. It needs to stop otherwise you're sure to lose good employees and customers who shouldn't be subjected to that. read more

These are actually the 1st fries i've had at an in-n-out that are good! Usually they are too dry. 2. We have eaten at this particular In-N-Out several times. It's kind of our go-to In-N-Out. Tonight stood out because of one of the employees. Connar took our order, he kept the dining area clean and offered the boys stickers... all with a smile on his face and the most genuinely kind demeanor. As we get older, it's more difficult to tell how old a younger person is. I'm not sure if he was out of high school (maybe college age?) BUT he was the most delightful service worker we've seen in a long time. At one point, I even said, "I bet his parents are very proud of him". I'm sure they are and I hope In-N-Out is proud to have him as an employee. Anyway, as always, the place was clean and the food was delicious. This is one of the few places that we all four always agree to go. We truly enjoy this place. read more

I love fast food. I always have. However, over twenty years ago I said goodbye to a early death sentence and told myself never again. No more McDonalds, never again Taco Bell, see ya Carl's Jr. I'm done and I will never look back. Yet, I did leave the door open for an old friend. In-N-Out is my one and only exception. Their burgers (as everyone already knows) are among the most satisfying life's creations. And I love my In-N-Out so may different ways. Now living in Bennett Valley I am blessed to have two locations within driving distance. The Santa Rosa location is technically closer, but I find the Rohnert Park location more convenient as the parking situation in SR can be a bit chaotic. Especially when doing take out (which I pretty much do 100 percent of the time), RP out performs SR in getting me back on the road home quicker and easier. Normally, I go to the In-N-Out in Santa Rosa. But at 5:00 pm, the traffic was really bad going on north 101. So I decided to go to the Rohnert Park In-N-Out. I got a Double Double and asked for pickles. It's one of the secret menu requests like "Animal style". Burger was great even when I got it home. It was not soggy because of the way they put the burger together. It's one of my favorite fast food burger joints as they always use fresh meat, never frozen. The only place that beats it (it's more expensive) is Habit Burger as they also use fresh meat, never frozen but their burgers are grilled over an open flame which adds flavor. read more
