This location is hit or miss. I reckon depending on who's working there. Something my sandwich is well made other times I fell it's just thrown together. I LOVE Arby's... I'm gonna be honest, Arby's does not get the love it deserves, and I will defend it every time. People love to act like it's some random last choice spot, but if you actually sit down and eat it, you realize it hits in a way other fast food just doesn't...First of all, the roast beef? And when you add a little Arby's sauce... I'm sorry, but that combo is elite. It's one of those foods that doesn't need to do too much to be good, and I respect that don't even get me started on the curly fries. I don't know what they put in that seasoning, but it's addictive. Like, you can't just eat a few and be done...you're finishing the whole thing whether you meant to or not. Regular fries from other places just don't compare after that. What I also love is that Arby's has options. Some days I want the classic roast beef, other days I might switch it up with a chicken sandwich or something heavier like brisket. It doesn't feel repetitive, and that matters when you're tired of the same basic fast food menu everywhere else..! Honestly, Arby's feels like comfort food in a different way. It's not trying too hard to be trendy or aesthetic..it just knows what it's good at and sticks to it. And I can respect that. We decided to swing by and grab a bite to eat on the way home after dropping off our son back at school. I have been wanting to try the new deep fried turkey sandwich. I had a coupon for 25% off of I mobile ordered. I placed my order a few minutes before 9 and my order was ready almost 5 minutes later. My husband went through the drive thru to grab a roast beef sandwich. I actually hopped out of the car at the window to run in and grab my order and when I came out he was still waiting for his. The staff is nice, at the drivethru window we were greeted with a hello, how is your day so far which was very nice. The inside was recently remodeled and has plenty of seating and is chill. My sandwich was pretty good. The turkey was moist and flavorful and the bun soft. The roast beef was standard, but good standard (like a trusty tasty sandwich). Wish there was an Arby's closer to us. read more

Visiting a friend in the hospital and all they requested was Arby's. I have never been so I was completely lost while ordering. I thought they only had roast beef, but to my surprise they have chicken, pastrami, fish and so many more choices. The 2 for $6.99 for either a fish, classic roast beef and or the chicken all with cheese isn't a bad deal considering the regular sandwich's start at $5.99. They do also have $1.29 mini classic roast beef sandwhich perfect for the kids. The sandwhich wasn't bad. I wanted the horseradish sauce with it but was only given the Arby's sauce. The patient loved it so it was worth the experience. Service was quick in the drive through so it made picking up an order easy. Arby's .... What is this ? This is nothing like the advertised quarter lb brisket sandwich. There is only about 6 slices of fat with a little meat attached. This is noooot a $12.00 sandwich. I hope you make this right. Had to bring the first sandwich back because the outside of the meat was warm and the inside was cold like they didn't heat the meat up properly. So this was the second sandwich that had even less meat than the first one and fatter than the first one, but looks nothing like the advertise quarter pound brisket sandwich . Used to like Arby's a lot with their Roast Beef with Cheddar sandwiches, French Dip and their Curly Fries. They have regular, great promos before with 2 Roast Beef and other sandwiches for $6. Then they decided to go upscale with pricey beef cuts, steak nuggets and upscale burgers. The prices also went upscale with most of the sandwiches now over $10.00. Nothing wrong with that if they decided to change their marketing strategies. What I don't like and will not tolerate is deceptive advertising. Recently I got a special offer on their app for a Double Beef N Cheddar sandwich for $4 good for 1 week. Excited, went to Arby's to redeem my offer. Sadly it was turned down because I did not read the FINE, FINE print in the Terms of the Offer. You have to purchase something of at least $8 to earn the offer!!! Naturally I walked out and refused to be conned to patronize such a place. Waste of my effort and time. Not coming back for a long, long while. Will only support businesses which are honest and upfront with their promos. read more

I got a drive-thru meal from this location today, and the store manager was the one who helped me at the window. He was incredibly kind and polite. Usually, when you ask to change your order after placing it, the staff can get annoyed, but this gentleman was so understanding and respectful. It's the first time I've ever experienced such great service at a fast-food restaurant. I wanted to write this review right away before even starting my meal so I wouldn't forget. I don't have an Arby's near where I live but their commercials make me want Arby's. I made the drive out to this Arby's to get their fish sandwich on the King's Hawaiian roll and my all time favorite crinkle cut fries. This Arby's is nice and modern. I remember the old Arby's with the high roof and the small interior. The fish sandwich was pretty good. The fish filet was big and the bun was soft. The crinkle cut fries were served hot and delicious. I also ordered an apple turnover because I used to eat those when I was a kid. It was also delicious. I also appreciated all the sauces out in pumps. In addition to the Arby's sauce and Horsey sauce, they had a spicy sauce. Service was fast and friendly. I last ate at an Arby's more than a decade ago. Why have I steadfastly avoided the fast food staple like the plague? 'Cause I got sick from eating their food. So I was (very) wary of trying it again after so much time away. My cousin recommended their Crispy Fish sandwich as food for Lenten Fridays when we Catholics are not allowed to have any meat. I would've gone here on Friday, but there was heavy rush hour traffic from Hillcrest so I decided on going today to try it. Gotta say, it's not great. The fish wasn't as "crispy" as the name would describe it. And the fish really had no flavor to it. The sauce and soft bun added nothing to the sandwich. It's a good thing that I ordered curly fries to go along with the sandwich. I can't remember the last time I had curly fries. Maybe when I was in junior high? Those were pretty good. Mario and Rosa were kind and patient and went above and beyond to find answers to make sure that I wasn't allergic to the item I was ordering. Mario was very kind and went above and beyond to make my experience more pleasurable. This was my first time ever ordering something different at Arby's. I tried the french dip with swiss cheese. The bread was soft and warm, the cheese was gooey and melty, the au juis was really flavorful and delicious, however as a whole I did not like the combo of the meat with everything. I really enjoy the basic (no sauces or anything) original (medium size) Arby's roast beef sandwhich. A lot can change in a year! Good place but I have been here three times recently and they just can't get my order right. I ask for mozzarella sticks with ranch and I only get marinara sauce. It's kinda crazy as I toss the marinara sauce so if they can't give ranch I would rather they give me nothing. Personal preference on the sauces but seriously...this location recently can't get the little things right for some reason. I order Arbys sauce I get horsey sauce it's like they just don't care. Pros: awesome location and with the right team and motivation toward attention to detail it would be even busier. Huge parking lot. Two entrances and two exits. Large and long drive thru. Big inside seating and clean bathrooms. Cons: staff doesn't listen (to me at least) and does what they want. Orders are hit and miss for accuracy. It must have been at least 20 years since I visited an Arby's and must say was appropriately satisfied with the experience; service was quick, staff ( Alexis) was pleasant, and the quality of the food decent. I had the classic chicken combo, complete with sandwich, curly fries, and drink. Sandwich was good, fresh ingredients complimented the crispy fried chicken breast, and fries were hot and seasoned well. A couple of notes - a) parking situation and drive thru a little dicey, not easy in/out assess, b) was a bit disappointed in lack of sauce choices - horsey sauce and Arbys sauce only choices given, would have liked ranch, or chipotle mayo for my fries, and c) drive thru not conducive for a Ford truck. Where have all of the Arby's gone?! Thankfully there are still a few within striking distance, and strike I did. While the days of "5 for 5" are long gone, those are the days that hooked me on the classic roast beef sandwich. I don't need the cheddar or anything else on the menu besides an occasional order of fries. The sandwich slathered in horsey sauce is just as I remember. Thrown together and loaded with just enough "roast beef" to satisfy about five big ol' bites. It's kind of perfect for me, but the prices have become pretty high, hence the loss of a star. DO NOT EAT HERE. First, I love Arby's. I grew up with it, and eat at various ones frequently. I will never come to this location again. The "manager" is incompetent. I got some iced tea and noticed some residue along the side of the cup as I was drinking it... not that big of a deal, until I noticed a large dark "mass" floating in the bottom of the glass. It looked stringy and dark brown. This is AFTER I drank a third of the cup. I took it to the manager, she looked into the cup and gave kind of a "gross" face, then took MY CUP and refilled it from the dispenser behind the counter. When I said "no, I don't want more tea" she just hands me a new cup. I don't care about the tea. I care about what was in it, and what I potentially drank. She was unapologetic and dispassionate about it, and just shrugged and said they'd make new tea, then accused me directly of doing something to my drink. read more

This place is way overpriced. Ever since the renovation & renewal, seems like they introduced a whole new menu with jacked up rates like $3-4 more per item. I literally ordered a shrimp yakisoba up the street at Katsu and paid the same price I did for one of their fish sandwich meals -AND- got more bang (quantity, taste) for my buck!
