Covid Road Trip...petrol stop and an Arby's. I would say probably 12 plus years since my last Arby's. I've seen the TV commercials and the piled high sandwiches look pretty good, worth a try right? First of all this was a "heck of a deal". I ordered the Italian combo meal with curly fries and an iced tea C ordered the Roast beef dip combo with a potato not quite hash brown which was quit good too. Service was fast at the drive thru and the meal was correct and complete. We parked along the road to eat about 20 minutes later and the meal was good. Quality was good enough and tasted great so... Today we tried arbys new bacon ranch wagyu burger. The burger seems large until you take a bit out of it and find out it's not really that big, for $7. It is tasty but I think I only had one piece of bacon in mine and the majority of the sandwich was mostly bun. I probably wouldn't buy another burger from arbys but that's just me. The service at arbys was friendly and they even gave us a large shake for waiting. I guess we were the first customers to order the new burgers so I'm assuming they will get better but the size won't get any bigger so probably no more for us. If the burger patty was at least the size of the bun then I think this would be a good deal but the patty is pretty small and the sandwich is mostly bun. read more

This Arby's location used to be really, really sketchy, with furniture in bad shape and just not a good first impression at all. Then a year or two ago they did a huge remodel and it looks like a modern, typical Arby's franchise now. I've found that these days it's, well, about as good as any Arby's. Arby's food is pretty unique and seems polarizing. Some people like it, some people really don't. Whatever your feelings on fast food roast beef, this Arby's is fairly nice now and the staff aren't great but they do a good enough job. The milkshakes are definitely good here, that Jamocha is what keeps me coming back. read more

This was the worst Arby's I have ever been too. I ordered the Meat Mountain, expecting great things...it was ice cold. Cold meat and cheese(not melted), tons of fat on the meat and missing half the amount that should have been on it! The staff could care less. Avoid this place at all costs! read more

After running some errands this morning, I had a hankering for some fish, so I made my way to Arby's, ordered the 2 for $6 fish, one of each (one classic, one Cajun) to go. When I got home, I opened the wrapped product marked LTO (supposed to be the Cajun) because that's the flavor I was really looking for, but was disappointed, again, because the Cajun was bland. I called the location, went back in with my sandwiches, and the manager on duty explained that Corporate (gotta hate those guys) said they can't use the Cajun seasoning anymore. With raised eyebrow I asked her then why are they calling it Cajun? Customers have a certain expectation, and by golly, when I order something like this, I expect to experience heat and flavor, which was noticeably missing from that sandwich. To make a long story short, the manager replaced both sandwiches with something else, and suggested I either call Corporate or go on their website, and let THEM know about my experiences (yes, not the first time this has happened). I gave this location 4 stars because in general, they do serve very good food and the service is good as well. I will be going back in the future, but I'm skittish now about ordering the Cajun fish. Let's see what happens next time! I'm just glad that my replacement food was excellent. read more

This place is disgusting. Would give it zero stars if I could. Dirty, TONS of flies, smells horrible like burnt food, and all the equipment where the food is prepped looked like it hadn't been cleaned in forever. Dirty brown built up grease. So so gross. Used the restroom and it was equally disgusting if not worse. Trash can under sink to catch the leaking water, toilet bowl lifts off floor, everything dirty. My son used the men's restroom and said there were at least 20 flies on the toilet bowl. Where the hell is quality control and/or the health department???!!! I cannot believe Arby's allows this location to represent the company. Embarrassing. read more

They're under construction, but the French dip sandwiches & onion rings were hot & yum, and the chocolate shake was delish. Well done!

Staff was not very attentive, and they messed up our entire order. When we politely told them about the mistake that was made with our order they ignored us for 5 minutes and when we finally got them to acknowledge us the way they worded their response made us feel as if we were the ones at fault for the mistake. Manager was not professional. I live in SC so I was just traveling through would not recommend anyone to eat at this particular restaurant. read more

This Arbys is not a very good place to eat. The staff are rude, and the restraunt always smells like the fryer! We just went through the drive through tonight, the ordering microphone aas broken, so we pulled up the window. We tried getting the employee's attention but she was talking on her cell phone. Finally we honked the car horn because we were waiting a while. We order out food and leave, whe. We get home we open up the bag and i could see the fries were all little broken up pieces. We had ordered the curly fries. They were hard as rocks, not fresh at all and clearly scraped together left over pieces at the bottom of the pan. The sanwiches were fine, by why couldn't they just cook up s fresh batch of fries??!! Very disappointed and probably not going back. And what is with all the flies in the dining room?
