This one is tough. I've eaten at many Jersey Mikes Sub locations across the country. It's my favorite stop. This location just doesn't measure up. First time I have ever seen a dirty counter and slicer. Extremely unclean. They must have heard my wife mention it to me, and got out a rag and wiped down the slicer and counter, then immediately placed our bread on the counter. For the sandwich, I had a # 13. Lettuce looked old. Tomatoes also looked old. Just didn't have the flavor I'm accustomed to. If this had been my first experience at Jersey Mikes, I wouldn't be going to another. As it is, I definitely won't be back to this location. I'd recommend avoiding it. read more

Decided to have Jersey Mike's again today for dinner. I had the number 3 Regular cold sandwich with ham Cheese made Mike's way. There was a fairly new employee that was still in training. The other employ that was helping the young lady was very good and patient. Service here is always great. The food is always fresh. I have not had a badge experience at this location. OMG delicious sub! The first time coming here and I liked it so much I went back the following week. Friendly drive thru staff. Delicious sandwich!! Both times had the turkey and provolone. I loved the cool sleeve the sub was packed in however when I pulled the sandwich from the sleeve I saw it was also wrapped in paper, perhaps a little excessive and not all that necessary. Reducing all the sleeve may help reduce cost and reduce unnecessary waste. Just a suggestion. read more

How hard is it to make a sandwich, wrap it and put it in a bag and send it off to the correct customer. My receipt was on the bag, but for the second time in a row we didn't get what we ordered. Are the people in the restraunt bored and playing colossal jokes on the customers by making them random food? The random sandwiches weren't all that great...my husband was at least able to eat half of a half...but it was gross enough for him to lose his appetite. It's hard to find a good gluten free sandwich around here. I decided to give Jersey Mike's a try, and boy am I glad I did! What a pleasant surprise. The quality of my sandwich was above and beyond. I was also impressed with the great customer service the staff offered. It's nice to have this type of experience. I will definitely be back. The only downside is the price of the subs. There are a little more expensive than their competitors. They also charge $3 more for gluten free bread. You are definitely getting what you pay for. I'm happy:) read more

I'm from New Jersey, the hoagie (sub) capital of the US. If this was South Jersey, the review would be 4 stars, but this is the hoagie desert where people are forced to deal with poor imitations of true "Philly" sandwiches (e.g. Subway). Jersey Mike's does a very good job of recreating my memories of delicious Philly subs. The essential ingredient in good steak and hoagie sandwiches is the bread, and Jersey Mike's gets theirs as ready-to-bake dough, so they are fresh-baked daily, and the rolls are very close to my memories of the bread from the east coast. They have a nice crust that is lacking in nearly every other place I've tried since I moved out west 25 years ago. The other ingredients are equally up to Philly traditions: fresh veggies, very tasty meats and cheeses, and the right amount and kind of vinegar and oil (no mayo because we don't put it on hoagies). The hot steaks are of equal quality and taste, and they have very tasty chicken steaks, not "traditional" Philly fare, but a newer iteration of cheese steaks for those who want to limit beef consumption. They are essentially a take-out establishment, with a standard fast-food dining room, IOW no ambiance. The staff are all new and very friendly. I'm But that's not the reason to eat there, it's the FOOD, and that's as good as it gets here in the desert. read more
