Wasn't pleased with the amount of chicken that was on the pizza, but the pizza was packed with flavor. The crust was delicious too. If I had one suggestion I'd like the marinara sauce thicker and less runny with a little more spice. The Livestock pizza was fabulous. Incredible pizza and we've had our share of it all over the USA and Europe. In such a small place such a T or C one wonders how a place like this even exists. It warm, inviting and friendly. The pizza was shared by my hubby and I and we devoured the 14" pie. Embarrassingly true! The crust is to die for- thin and chewy. Superb combination. It came out piping hot and the pepper flakes and Parmesan took it to another level. The staff was great. Everyone couldn't go enough for us and we'd go back if we had one more day. After traveling from California to Texas and back, this ended up being one of our favorite stops for customer service alone. You can genuinely feel that the staff cares, and that kind of hospitality stands out when you've been on the road for days. The food was amazing -- the fresh Caesar dressing tasted homemade, and the crust on the pizza was absolutely to die for after a long soak and relaxing day. Great stop. We are traveling with a dog and read a review of their friendliness with pets outdoors and decided to stop for lunch. My son & husband ended up dining in while I sat in air conditioning with dog. It was 100' outside - so a bit too hot for us to dine outside. Son loved his pizza. Husband had salad and shared wings with me. Wings were great. Plain (as requested), hot and juicy. Blue Cheese dipping sauce was good too. They provided plenty of napkins and a silverware package. There's very limited options in Truth or Consequences but so far they're all pretty great! My husband and I stopped at Outer Edge for a quick bite and was ordered a pizza to share. Pizza was loaded with toppings which I personal loved and the crust was crispy. Great little spot! read more

Outer Edge Pizza was fantastic! I've been looking for a spaghetti and meatballs pizza like one I used to get in Florida and couldn't find it anywhere. Since they offer create-your-own pizzas, I asked if they could make one for me, and Danny graciously agreed. It was absolutely delicious--honestly even better than the Florida version! Paige was an excellent waitress, friendly and attentive throughout our meal. We also enjoyed the Greek salad and lemon cake for dessert, and everything was outstanding. The pizza tasted okay but was soggy on the bottom. Then, they ripped us off on our order of fries. We ordered a "large side" and got the equivalent to a handful of fries- the contents didn't even cover the bottom of the container they put them in. On top of that they were *also soggy, bland and a lil burnt; we had to top them with the free parm to make them edible. We ordered dessert, too, and the lemon cake was pretty good but didn't save the experience of eating here from being VASTLY disappointing. There might not be another pizza joint in T or C, but there are plenty of other good spots that are better quality and bang for your buck. read more

Such a fun little find in Truth or Consequences, honestly really solid pizza. I was in T or C with a friend to visit the hot springs and once we wrapped up our time there, we we starving. My friend is gluten-free and so we were so excited to find Outer Edge which is also conveniently one of the only spots open on a Sunday in the area. She ordered a custom, gluten-free 10" and I ordered the West Coast 10" without any customizations. I really loved mine, the garlic was fantastic and the tomatoes added the perfect kick. It is a white pizza so no sauce but again, totally would order again. I will note that some pine nuts would elevate it just a little more. My friend loved the gluten-free crust and was really impressed with it. She said that you could tell they were intentional about the dough and it wasn't a standard gluten-free crust. The 14" option is the largest offering on the menu which would be enough to split between two people but the 10" was a good option for one hungry person. read more

If you're in Truth or Consequences and in need of a delicious wood-fired pizza, Outer Edge is your spot. They also have a nice selection of libations. I tried their margarita and it was delicious. Their wine selection looked good as well-all local NM wines. We got a supreme type that had everything your typical supreme would have-pepperoni, olives, mushrooms, sausage (although I will say I could only find one piece of that lovely sausage in the entire pizza so not sure what that was about). But overall outstanding pizza and even better service. We were in a hurry due to our appt at Riverbend. We let our waitress know and she was so fast and really friendly. My husband and I took a couple of days off last week and headed south to Truth or Consequences. A couple of the places we wanted to try for dinner were either closed midweek or only open for takeout, but we saw that Outer Edge Pizzeria gets good reviews and was open. Their reviews are well-deserved! We were served promptly with a smile. We split a house salad, which had a nice variety of greens and a tasty herbal vinaigrette dressing. We both ordered a pizza - Pollo Alfredo for me, Pesto Chicken for hubs - and they were both delicious. I liked the Pesto Chicken a bit better than mine, but both had a delicious, crispy/chewy thin crust and great toppings. We probably could have split one pizza, but we enjoyed the leftovers the next day. We didn't get to try their Italian deli offerings, but what a lovely option to have in a small town! read more

Our server was very nice and attentive-- we were the only dine in people so kinda hard to ignore. Nothing special about the space itself, there were some pretty cool paintings on the walls. I took a point off for the other worker who a bit obnoxious-- loud yelling back to cook staff, watching TV on her phone and muttering "this is bullshit", that sort of stuff. We stumbled onto this place by accident. T or C has very limited dining options, and so after driving around looking for what place has the most cars, we decided to try this place. At the waitresses' suggestion, we ordered the Longhorn (meat lovers) pizza and the Philly cheesecake. The pizza has a sauce drizzled on top that just took it over the edge. It was really good. Full of toppings that slide off the minute, we tried to grab it. Now I'm one for a thin crust, but I think given the amount of toppings, I would have preferred a thicker crust to withstand the toppings. That aside, it was delicious. The Philly was just average, if I'm honest. The sweet potato fries were ok, too. We also ordered the cheesecake with red chili sauce ND that was mighty tasty. The cheesecake was rich, and the red chili sauce was subtle and not overpowering. I bet that was a happy accident, too. read more
