It needs a lot of improvement from the inside out. Foods not fresh. Disappointed that it went so downhill over the years.

Drove through on Nov 2nd, 2025. It was about 2:25 p.m. The order taker can barely speak English and he is impatient. He misunderstood everything and it was a labored order process. When I got to the pay window his hands were dripping wet and greasy because the water on his hands was headed up. Bleach!!! Ewww. To be kinder than my real opinion, I will just say he looks untrustworthy. He gave me two drinks that were soggy dripping wet with ?? The French fries had frozen curly fry amples laying on top. The crinkle fries were undercooked and tasteless and rubbery in texture. I couldn't get myself to fathom biting in to anything that creepy man made. He looked creepy, seriously. What is more gross, were the frozen uncooked fries on top of semi cooked crinkle fries. My total bill was over 27.00 for two meals that were 12.86 each plus tax. So my daughter took a sip of the low calorie lemonade and she ran to the bathroom to spit it out. She said it tasted like battery fluid. What the @#$&$# was she sipping? Ewww. This location needs to be investigated. Seriously. Of course we do not know how bad things are until I get home. I am going to demand a full refund and will go to BBB if necessary. I am going to get inspectors out their through contacting higher up management. I need to protect the community I live in. If I buy something I don't feel safe eating plus I paid nearly 30.00, something big needs to change at the location. II found their window manners and methods very untrustworthy and gross. Waste of time and money. I give them zero stars but I am forced to give one star. This location looks normal but it's gross in the drive through. read more

4 stars for a fast food meal? Yep- the Wagyu beef bacon deluxe burger was a decent size, quite juicy enough to be messy but not too messy. The accoutrements: peppercorn sauce, red onion,tomato, brioche bun were much higher quality than I am used to at a fast food place. I enjoyed my sour blueberry lemonade and the curly fries were fine. Was the meal worth 15? Absolutely not! Was it double the quality and twice as satisfying as a basic meal from McDonald's Wendy's, or Burger King at $10-14 a pop? Absolutely! The guys at the drive through window were super sweet and happy at 9:45 pm and were diligent cleaning the store in preparation for closing. This gets the only location I know of, an extra star. Fast food is not worth the calories or the price you pay these days. I am very grateful that this restaurant is not located anywhere close to me, or I might be tempted more frequently. The convenience and the erstwhile value of a fast food and a drive through is what makes grabbing a meal through a window tempting. Now that value is not a factor at all, I am underwhelmed. I allow myself an In & Out double double monthly, but other than that ( save for the twice yearly order of McDonald's fries ( they had better be hot or i will refuse them )and an unsweetened iced tea ( up to $1.25 but still a value) I am a rare drive through food consumer. I would never drive 40 minutes out of my way for a meal here, but on a road trip. I would stop at Arby's over other options. read more

I'm no longer an Arby's virgin! My friends wanted to go, claiming they missed eating Arby's since they moved away from the Midwest. To be honest, I have no idea why they miss Arby's... I got the Beef 'N Cheddar classic sandwich. It was a bunch of gray roast beef with some liquidy cheese on top sandwiched between an onion bun. The meat tasted thin and cheap, and the sandwich itself was really dry. There were also no veggies on top :( BUT I found out that if you order the Super (secret menu sandwich), it comes with lettuce and tomatoes! My favorite thing about this Arby's meal, and the only reason why I'm giving this 2 stars instead of 1 is because the curly fries were da bombbbb! They were super crispy and flavorful. I also don't know many restaurants that serve curly fries. I did try my friend's crinkle cut fries, and those were really dry, and it felt like the potato was really flaky. read more

I came here as a throwback to my childhood, but unfortunately it did not live up to my expectations. Every once in a while you need a hit of nostalgia for a good classic Arby's Roast Beef sandwich despite an oasis of excellent ethnic food restaurants around you. It's been a few years since I've been. We placed our order and watched four other parties trickle in, place their orders and receive them. Giving the benefit of the doubt, there is an instinctual -- better ask since it's been so long. They somehow "lost" our order. Are orders not computerized back there? It sure wasn't "busy". We received our order with an apology only to find they still forgot the potato cakes which were clearly on our receipt. How do you mess up an order? TWICE? And usually when an order takes too long even without forgetting it or getting it wrong, there is an offer to make amends with a free drink or dessert or other. No offer here what-so-ever. Regardless of the food--which has officially turned into over-processed food like product--this facility was not only sad and falling apart, it is a legitimate safety hazard with the floorboards coming up and obviously there were attempts to put it back but it looks like warped water damaged pieces that flare up causing trip hazards. Even the rugs were flipped up on the sides and both my partner and I each got caught on it KNOWING it was there. Don't come here. You'd think the establishment would have a minimal amount of baseline for the customer experience if not in ambiance than at least in safety. At least the staff wasn't rude or mean, just minimally functional. If you need fast food, go to iHop which tends to be fairly consistent at decent food for such an establishment. read more

R.I.P. Onion Rings. I regret to inform you of the passing of Arby's onion rings. They are no longer with us. My heart is broken. My entire evening was planned. Walk the dog, go to Arby's, come home, overdose on "Married At First Sight." Is that not the perfect evening? Well it would have been, except for the demise of the onion rings. Instead I was left with crinkle fries or curly fries. I opted for crinkle fries even if most crinkle fries are squishy and limp. And a regular ol' roast beef sandwich because I am a purist. Imagine my surprise to find that the crinkle fries were pretty damn awesome. They were plump, crispy and tasty. "Almost" a worthy sub for onion rings. The roast beef sandwich was just like it always is, nummy. Shout out to the guy working the drive through window! He actually said, "Thank you for visiting Arby's, I'm very happy to serve you." And he was sincere. And friendly. And gave me enough Arbys sauce to last me 3 life times. Arby's may no longer have onion rings but they've restored my faith in humanity. read more

Personally, I adore Beef and Cheddar sandwiches and potato cakes and Jamocha shakes! They advertise like mad on TV for my location but they have closed so many near me in San Jose, & Santa Clara. They stopped cooking potato cakes, why??? They are going down hill in my opinion. Earlier in this day, I ate at the last remaining Arby's within reasonable distance. The brisket was possibly my last mistake, though the fries were delicious as expected. Note to Arby's Sunnyvale Management: Either your employees are closing the restaurant early without your knowledge, or they're closing the restaurant early WITH your knowledge. Either way, they're robbing you of revenue and driving your customers elsewhere. I did a search of Yelp reviews before writing mine, as I thought "Maybe this is the first time this has happened" -- turns out several others have arrived at the restaurant during operating hours only to be turned away or to find the restaurant completely closed. Congratulations, you've found a quick and easy way to lose customers. Since this location is apparently corporate-owned (as opposed to being a franchisee), the big bosses in Atlanta might want to know of your "super-efficient customer-losing" discovery. I will be sharing this review with them. Saturday, 29 August 2020, 7:57pm -- Called this Arby's location to confirm their closing time. Woman who answered the phone confirmed the restaurant would be closing at 10pm. Satureday, 29 August 2020, 9:40pm -- Pulled up to Arby's, noted that there were NO vehicles in or around the Arby's parking lot and the restaurant looked dark. Drove through the drive-through lane, menu board was dark. Pulled up to service window, it was clear that the kitchen area and the entire restaurant were empty. They weren't, "We've broken down the shake machine and turned off the burners" closed, they were "We've already left the building, why don't you go find food somewhere else?" closed. Fortunately, Chick-fil-A was just down the street, was still open and was happy to take my money. I wasn't familiar with their menu, so I opted for. "regular" and a "spicy" chicken sandwich and a side order of mac & cheese. Thumb's up on everything I ordered.
