Came by for a light dinner the other day and it was a quick and easy experience. Parking is available in the private lot or on neaby residential streets. Ordering is available at the counter or via the drive-through. Staff were all wearing the In-N-Out uniform with their name tag. Some even opted to wear disposable gloves. The Gen Z cashier was talented. Started off with the cheeseburger with onions protein style and it was quite tasty. The burger was flavorful and the raw onions provided a nice crisp to the burger. The french fries were tasty and best eaten while hot. The napkin covering the fries did help keep them warm. Seating is first come, first served. The dining room was clean enough. There was a Gen Z staff wearing gloves while cleaning the dining room.

Always a go to when craving a burger. It was my second time at this location and have no complaints. It wasn't too busy when we arrived so we were able to order immediately. It took about 10 minutes for our food to be ready. My only complaint is that they did not add onions to my burger. Besides that, place and bathrooms seemed clean. It looks like parking is a bit limited, and a bit confusing if just looking for the drive thru since you can only enter on one side. Nonetheless, really enjoyed it here.

This is one of the two Mountain View locations of this burger chain. The menu is fairly simple. You can choose the number of patties you want, from 1 up to 4. They have a limited number of veggie toppings and cheese. The ingredients were fresh. They don't use frozen beef here, and they make your food hot to order. There's a bit of a wait, but it's worth it! I got what you call a double double, which is two patties and two slices of cheese. Another customization is called protein style. Basically, they substitute the bun with hand leafed lettuce, which comes out fresh, cold, and a little damp. There trick is to eat it right away, while the hot part is hot and the cool stays cool. The drinks here are self serve. They have coke products and you can fill the cups yourself. When you order, they give you the paper cups. It seems you can refill your cups as much as you want. I'm writing this in December, and the cups have a palm tree and holly motif, I suppose for the holidays. On the bottom it said Isaiah 9:6. I looked it up, and it's a Christmas verse. For to us a child is born, to us a son is given, and the government will be on his shoulders. And he will be called Wonderful Counselor, Mighty God, Everlasting Father, Prince of Peace. Just in time for Christmas!

12/26 lunch In n out is always my go to place for a quick burger. It's almost always busy during lunch and dinner rush. The price did increase but it's not too bad and I personally think the price is still worth it. Staffs are all friendly. The inside is family friendly vibe. Lots of high schoolers often come around during games day as well I got a double double w onion. You can get it in protein style if you like ( lettuce wrapped). I got a fries and vanilla shake. Double double patty was juicy and the sauce was delicious. Fries were crisp only for a while, so it eat fast when it's warm. Not too salty either. The shake was airier compared to the other shake I had before. You can get the Neapolitan shake (strawberry, chocolate, vanilla mix) 100% worth it to try if you are coming from out of state.

Double Double & a 3 X 3 with medium well fries! Spread on the side because I'm new to this. :)

Crowded but delicious, fresh & hot as usual! Classic ambiance to expect from a quick service eatery, but nostalgic and timeless nonetheless. Will always stop by for an annual visit when we're in the area in the holidays.

    Soggy sad fries :(

Food is good, the fry cook on 1.20.26 @6:30pm should be trained, I order extra well fry and I get soggy sad fries smh. Dude got snowed probably

Location is right on the corner and like that there's multiple access of entry and exit. When you do the drive through they ask you if you want it to go in a bag or eating in the car which they give you a box. If u want a quick and cheap meal this is the place. The fries are alittle inconsistent depending on the location, but not much to complain about because of the affordability. Workers are all pretty friendly, patient, and quick with what they do. Don't be deceived by the long lines at times.. it moves quick!

Oh my garland, they are open on Christmas Eve. appreciate the staff tonight good spirits.

Thank you guys for being open Xmas eve. Great team you have there! I was met with smiling faces and cheerful and happy for the holidays. I appreciate them being there so late on a Christmas Eve.

Great location, I visit it a lot and always amazing service and food. Other locations are always busy whenever you go but in this place it feel less suffocating. Great atmosphere, always clean bathrooms, delicious food. 5/5

That's the plot twist I didn't know I needed…read more We stopped here on my way out of Santa Clara heading to San Francisco -- it's conveniently close to a bunch of other spots, and since it's tucked inside a hotel, parking was ridiculously easy. (Underrated luxury.) Now, the hotel itself? Visually... a moment. It looked like someone invested serious money into it, but the design felt a little space-meets-startup-meets-what's-happening-here. Some elements felt elevated, others felt a bit makeshift. I genuinely couldn't tell what the theme was -- futuristic? celestial? boutique-on-a-budget? I'm still processing. The front desk team was clearly well-trained and knowledgeable -- they had every answer, every stat, every rate breakdown ready. But the warmth? Missing. I was hoping for a little storytelling since I'd never heard of the hotel before, and instead got a very matter-of-fact "we've been here five years" energy. Efficient, yes. Inviting, not quite. But let's talk about why you're really here: the coffee shop. Completely different vibe. Two people working, both genuinely happy, welcoming, and quick. We ordered a latte and a matcha to go -- total was about $22, which made me blink for a second -- but then I tasted the matcha. Oh. This wasn't the overly sweet, dusty-green situation you sometimes get. It tasted clean. Real. High-quality. The kind of matcha that feels intentional. I love Firehouse in Marin, but this? This was closer to serious coffee roaster-level quality. Smooth, organic-tasting, beautifully balanced. You could tell they care about what they're serving. Branding was strong, the space was cute, and I could absolutely see myself sitting there with my laptop pretending I'm writing something important. We grabbed ours to go, but it had that easy, airy, "stay awhile" energy. Would I book the hotel? Jury's still out. They don't have an in-house spa and mentioned bringing in third-party services for certain amenities, which made it feel a little less full-service than I expected. Would I go back for the coffee shop? Without hesitation. Delicious drinks, easy parking, quick service, and a vibe that actually makes you want to come back. Sometimes the side character steals the show -- and in this case, it's 100% the matcha.

Because, once again, I was distracted by the quality of the food, and there would be no way for me to do anything else, but to eat! Today, I was in the mood for something more than a salad (much as I wanted to preset what I had the first time coming here, I made a concerted effort to order something else...), thus I chose the Forager Flatbread. It took less time to make this time (roughly about five minutes after ordering), and when it came out, I marveled at how it looked like a work of art! Just beautiful! Each piece of herbed formage blanc flatbread had a nice, crunchy bottom (but not blackened) and a slightly tanginess, with a a good amount of "hen-of-the-wood" mushrooms, sweet roasted garlic and a bed of arugula. My, oh, my! My first bite was a multi-level extravaganza! The crunch of the bread, followed by the aroma of the herbs and arugula, then the saltiness of the cheese, the sweetness of the roasted garlic, the earthiness of the mushrooms - all came together as just a wonderful work of culinary art! This being my first time eating today, my saliva glands just fired off at first bite, causing a bit of intense pain from too much saliva shooting out. But, seriously, this was a very delicious entree, that I enjoyed from start to finish! Bravo for this second joyous experience!

We ordered cocktails "Flying Ace" and "Cielo Rosa", Forager Flatbread, and Roasted Beet Salad, and cheese plate. The cocktails were fun and inventive, but maybe a bit too complex for us. The Cielo Rosa, with mezcal and jalapeño has a lot going on as well. The forager had great mushroom flavor and loved the roasted garlic. The first bites were great- wish they could have kept the crust crispier for later bites. (Heated plate works well) The beet salad was really good. The fried chicken sandwich itself was pretty great, you have to love breading because the breading is very very heavy, but the meat itself was just as juicy.
