Will never order from this location again... Ordered 4 potato cakes and got 3. Ordered 2 sides of nacho cheese and didn't get any. Ordered Swiss and cheese and didn't get the aus jus sauce it came with. Did not get the arby sauce which is what is required to make the beef and cheddar sandwiches. Didn't get the ketchup packets ordered that my son likes with his potato cakes. Clean restaurant and the service was excellent. The fish was well seasoned and the curly fries were crispy. The peach lemonade was really refreshing. The only thing is that the fish combo with tax comes to almost $12 witch is a bit expensive for a fast food restaurant. read more

They had very friendly service. They did an amazing job, putting the market first sandwich together. The contents of the sandwich were spread evenly over the bread, so it was easy to eat, and did not have to rearrange the sandwich. Extremely happy. The ingredients seem very fresh. And the service was fast. I appreciated the friendliness, knowing busy lunch hour, but yet they were doing a really great job. Thank you. Sidenote, the Arby's survey on the receipt it's not working. What is this?!? We ordered last night and we wanted half pound BNC large combo and half pound BNC large combo without ice for both drinks and what did we got? Both double BNC without cheddar cheese or it could be double RB and fries was not filled up to the top and fries filled up to Arby's printed on the fries cup! Very disappointed! Came thru the drive-thru tonight and got a BNC combo with a jamocha shake and a chicken tenders kids meal. Tariq at the window was great when i asked for sauces he said everything I need is already in the bag which I appreciated. Literally the worst place ever 8 cars drove away because their "system is down" but while she's telling people that it's down she's laughing through the drive thru speaker. Very unprofessional and then if you are door dash or Uber eats you have to wait but we still haven't gotten our food either and no one has come to the window. If I could give them a 0 I would. Ordered 2 Beef n' Cheddar combos got home and there was a squirt of cheese no bigger than a dime on both sandwiches....SECOND TIME IN ONE WEEK! This time I called to report it....no answer. I drove back (15 minutes) went in and asked for the manager. OJ Winder, whose name tag reads Executive Manager, but attitude is worse than the staff he supposedly manages, comes out and I explain this is the second time this week, even show him the food. With a smirk he takes the sandwiches & tells them to make 2 new sandwiches- extra cheese. I explain I don't want extra cheese just the amount that should be on the sandwich. He ignored me & walked to the back. When they brought me the sandwiches I asked about the fries. The manager and the staff seemed surprised that I didn't want the cold ones in my bag. Before leaving I asked for his name & the store owner. He scribbled the names on a piece of paper. While sliding it across the counter he laughed and said "Here you go sweetheart" and walked away. I called Keith Fuller, the owner, before I left the parking lot. I left a voicemail asking him to call me regarding the terrible customer service I received at his establishment. Two days later and I'm still waiting on him to call me back. This is my worst experience ever at Arby's. Food was horrible & the service, management down, was even worse. I can always enjoy a sandwich from Arby's, specifically the Roast Beef with Arby's sauce. It's easy ordering at the drive thru and my order is always right and presented with good customer service. They don't stay open as late as the other fast food spots on this strip but that's not a horrible thing. read more

Came here to get dinner tonight spent over $50 service was horrible. We had to wait 38 minutes just to get to the speaker to order. Then once we got to the window we had to wait another 15-20 minutes. There was only 2 people working the drive thru the didn't have any gloves or masks on or hair nets. One employee was sitting on the counter with pink braid hair way past her waist and found her hair in our fries. She refused to give us Arby sauce said they didn't have any left and didn't even get any straws or ketchup that we asked for. She was very rude when we was trying to get more sauce she was sitting on the counter again when we called her over she copes an attitude and rolling her eyes. The fries was cooked so much to the point where they was too hard to eat. Our sandwiches were sloppy and barely had any meat on them we was very unpleased with the service we got.
