Not exactly sure how this place has this little stars. I don't have high hopes on quality or customer service since this is all I ever experienced at fast food but deep inside my heart I know it's possible just thought I'd never see that day. Pulled up in the drive through, X-Mas eve 12-1ish. I always like the look of the home style chicken and mentioned to the hubs that I'm always disappointed it never looks that way on the picture. I ordered anyway and holy crap! The sandwich looked almost dead on just a bit flatter. The crisp on the chicken was perfect and you can tell the oil was new/fresh and the proper color. I couldn't believe it and piping hot! Well before we got the sandwich both window ladies were very nice and they got everything correct on the order. Then the food came and I was just like l, no way. Normally holiday time, people are pissed they have to work but these guys. Also, they had an A+ Food Rating. Now, I never rave about fast food but this location deserves major props. If any of the employees working today read this, thank you so much for making such a great experience and you all deserve much praise for caring about quality and how you treat people! read more

People usually leave complaining reviews about your typical fast food joint, but I had to give credit where credit is due. I came here at 9pm to a line in the drive thru, but let me tell you the food was hot, the fries were filled, straws napkins condiments were all in the bag, nothing was missing and on top of all that every staff member was pleasant to work with! The lady who took my order was sweet, the cashier in window was sweet and the delivery person in 2nd window was sweet as well! It was just a text book experience. Thank you guys! I RARELY IF EVER give a 1 star review...but my visit yesterday 6/30/2019 definitely earned it. I come here maybe twice a month....but yesterday the drive through was backed up so I chose to go Inside. Mistake! I understand people have children and that a child is not always quiet or patient. But when an employee leaves her children, with their phones/tablet/toys while they work their shift...it's time to re-evaluate. 3 children, in dingy sock and no shoes with the baby, in her soggy diaper, screaming to the top of her voice while standing near the counter hollering Momma and Mommy was TOO MUCH!!! If I wanted to dine in....I wouldn't have because who wants to hear that noise? Wendy's you may want to put a daycare room somewhere in the back. read more

This has to be one of the best Wendy's I've ever been to! Not sure why there is such a low rating. I came into the restaurant for carryout, and was glad to see all of the employees wearing masks and gloves amidst COVID-19. There was also a strong enforcement of social distancing, and no serve-yourself condiments out, to avoid germs spreading. The food was amazing, but unfortunately one of the three sandwiches was wrong. It's probably my fault, though, for not ordering clearly. The Chicken Sandwich I had was cooked to perfection and definitely tasted like real chicken, unlike McDonald's and Burger King! It's also always fun to see a Freestyle Coke Machine, so you can make drinks your way! Overall, I enjoyed my experience, and would definitely visit again in the future if I am ever passing through again! read more

What I ordered: 3 bacon cheeseburgers 1 4ct chicken nuggets 2med sprite 1l coke 3 baked potatoes 1med frosty 3 cookies Was told potatoes would take half an hour so I told them replace with 4ct nuggets. Been a resident in union city for 8 years now this use to be a great stop but now seem likes the high school hang out the young girls at the drive they are always rude over the intercom they play at the window when there suppose to be taking care there waiting customers the manager is a much older lady but no so much when it comes to work ethics she acts as if she in high school with the kids. I have stopped at this location three times now. And of course once I am ready to write a review they give me hard French fries. But my usually order here is always right. My sandwich is always hot and 2 out of the 3 times that I have come here, my fries have been perfect! The cashier's are pleasant and professional and the drive through is always clean. I think this location; Sonic's and then Burger King are my top 3 fast food spots in the area. They have NEVER messed my order wrong as I add extra toppings and ask not to have certain condiments. Hell I even ask for a 5-7 pieces of Ice In my tea and they actually do it! Naw that's a lie. But they do give you what you ask for so for this area I'm gonna add a Star for the fact that they get my order right! read more

All I ask is if I have to wait on my food for any amount extra time, I be notified when I order it so that I may choose whether or not I want to wait . Not take my money then tell me there will be a wait . When i ask if I can just take anything that is actually ready, I was told nothing is ready, however the car behind me gets their food and pulls off. So you DID have food ready then? After my wait time expires you then ask me what I even ordered the only car in the drive thru at 1am. What's the confusion . You literally had two orders to fulfill before closing. Regular Wendy's - pretty clean, pretty friendly. Of the Big Three burger chains Wendy's is hands-down the king. Rest in peace Dave Thomas for you blessed us with your burgers. This location is convenient to the interstate. I won't bore you with the details of a trip to a restaurant you've doubtless been to except to say don't hesitate to stop here if you happen to be traveling by and want a quick meal as you are traveling. This location usually provides friendly customer service for the most part. I didn't receive rude or necessarily bad customer service but I have experienced some not so friendly or approachable employees. The drive thru line is usually long but has improved lately. The food is decent for fast food but nothing too special. I would visit again but hope he lines inside and outside move faster. read more

I don't understand why managers are untruthful and lie to your face about your order. I specifically asked for my chicken sandwiches cooked to order and the manager reassured me they would be. Of course when I got my food after 10 minutes the chicken was old and dry. Why have customers wait if you know you are being deceitful? The same happened with the fries no salt means just that.. I went through the drive through and I ordered the home style chicken sandwich; add pickle and onions with light mayo. I checked my sandwich before I left from the drive through. The only thing that I saw on the sandwich was chicken, a slice of tomato and one thin of lettuce. First and foremost the sandwich looked nothing like the picture on the drive through menu. I had them checked the sandwich then she returned the sandwich saying that it had picked on it. I checked the sandwich again and the pickled had been added under a thick layer of mayonnaise. There was a small mixup in the order which caused us to be charged more than on the menu. Instead of correcting- she dug in her heels and refused to honor the posted price. This would be a zero if possible. Just went through the drive thru and ordered a couple of combos and some a la carte items. When we pulled to the window to pay, my children asked for a cookie (I forgot to order them initially). The cookies are a different price when added to a combo vs. a la carte. The cashier claimed she was unable to modify the order and we had to pay the a la carte price for the cookies instead of the combo price. Obviously this is a ridiculous position, we had not even received our food yet, nor had we pulled forward to the food menu, we were still right there, in front of the cashier. We asked for the manager, Kendra, who also claimed she was unable to "modify" the order because it was "closed". This was clearly not true, as they were somehow able to modify our order to process our refund. We promptly took our dollars to the Mc Donald's across the street. I visited this location today. Ordered the 4 for $4 with the burger. While eating my burger, I noticed something black in between my meat and melted cheese. Upon further inspection, I realized it was a fly. I requested to see the manager (Ashley) who approached the counter as if I was getting on her last nerve or bothering her by asking her to come to the front. I explained my reason for asking for management and showed her the fly in my food. Instead of first apologizing, she said, "Are you sure it did not fly in your food while you were sitting down eating?" My response, I am not sure how it got there, but it is there. I don't think it would melt with the cheese if it flew in my food minutes ago. I shared with her that I thought that her approach/response to the situation was truly unprofessional. She then asks, if I want to write an incident report, to which I replied, I want to do whatever protocol states you should have the customer do next in this situation...... #BlankStare #NoResponse! She then walks away and brings back copy paper and a pen and proceeds to explain how under-staffed and she has soooo many things on her plate write now. I said, "Wrong", this is not about you right now, this is about my food and this substandard customer service I am receiving at the moment. I returned her ink pen and paper and left this establishment #Unsatisfied! I would not purchase Wendy's from any other location again. I know this is fast-food but owners need to do a better job of hiring individuals for management & customer service roles. They are the face of the business. People need to be vetted more....even if it is a high turnover type profession. read more

The staff seemed normal but as I walked in but as I approach the counter I already see food all over floor of kitchen being stepped on and creating a mess , the cashier seemed uninterested and rude.
