Cashier said they were short staffed but there were several workers in the back just talking, laughing and playing around. One of the workers was wearing pajamas. One of the workers clearly had a couple of his friends there because they kept having conversations on the side and he kept giving them food (quickly without any wait or payment). I wanted to change my order to shrimp so I wouldn't have to wait but the cashier told the customer in front of me they were backed up on shrimp so there was going to be a long wait (he had already been waiting for his food for over 20minutes. I called to place a pickup order and was rudely told that the location was too busy to take phone orders and to come in. Before I could get a word in the employee hung up. I have never experienced this type of service at other locations. I stopped going to this location years ago due to the decline in the quality of service and food. I now frequent the wing restaurant next door because of how bad this location has gotten. I find it shameful that I can't frequent a restaurant in my area due to the poor customer service. I purposely go out of my way to visit other locations just to avoid this one. I'm not sure who manages this restaurant but they need a complete overhaul of the staff.
