Haven't been to Arby's in like forever and we happen to be in the neighborhood so we went to check it out. We didn't have our coupons so it can be a bit expensive so bring your coupons! We had the beef and cheddar ($4.59) just for the sandwich. Medium potato cake which is like a giant tater tot ($1.99) Large jamocha shake ($3.19) It was during lunch time so it was crazy busy and the parking lot is kind of strange and can be a bit of a challenge and getting out of the parking lot was a nightmare. We almost got hit twice and you have to go out on to busy Main St and there was a ton of mall traffic. If I go back its gonna be in an off hour. read more

Really like Arby's just wished we had one in Oxnard. Its hard to get to Ventura especially when I have a Arby's attack.

Considering that I like fast food like everyone else in America, I find it statistically remarkable that it's probably been 20 years since my last visit to an Arby's restaurant. As happens all too often, I ordered way too much food, but the highlights included a double roast beef sandwich and a chocolate shake. The potato wedges were also really good while piping hot. Add in the hard working, upbeat staff and I'd say they've got their act together at this location. I'm not going to wait another couple of decades to return and neither should you. *wink* read more

This is the first Arby's I've ever seen that was café only. It's a pretty cool concept. The new location and renovation was a much needed change. My mom and I always order a large amount of food for my family, but it always comes out quick and fresh! I always ring the bell on my way out. read more

So I haven't eaten Arby's in about 5 years. This location is fairly new to a plaza near me house. Drive by it all the time. Tonight, finally decided to get some. Walked in and my first impression was that I was impressed with the dining and ordering area. Very modern and cool look. Clean and was welcomed by the employee at the counter. Great start. We ordered two of the same sandwich. The chicken bacon Swiss sandwich. One with no honey mustard and one without. It normally comes with it, but wasn't sure about it. Comes with crispy chicken patty, Swiss cheese, bacon, lettuce, tomato, and honey mustard. Very very good sandwich. Nice soft bread. Good taste on the Swiss..I was a little disappointed in the thickness of the chicken patty (pretty thin) as compared to the picture of it, but the flavor of the sandwich combined with everything was spot on. Very good sandwich. It runs close to $7 just the sandwich alone but we had a coupon that got us 2 for about $6.50! So perfect time to try it. We also got an order of onion rings that were absolutely amazing..the ranch was definitely not my favorite and needs to be changed. I will definitely be back again! read more

Haven't been to Arby's in many moons. Surprised to find lots of new stuff on the menu, so I ordered Greek Gyro meal. Honestly, it was better than I've had at authentic Greek restaurants. Fresh, just right size, and delivered within 69-seconds, although made to order. Overall a steal at $8.19. Staff courtesy also 5-star, from guy on cash register to serve. I have a family of 5 and I'm the only roast beef fan in the bunch so whenever I'm riding solo and get the opportunity to grab Arby's for lunch, I do. My favorite is the Max Giant (piles of roast beef on a bun that I drench in classic Arby's sauce) with a side of seasoned curly fries. Interestingly enough, I'm the guy that always tries the new promotion, the special, whatever's trending or something that looks good on a nearby table. When it comes to Arby's though I can't help but keep it classic. I've tried a couple things in the past and they were good but nothing like the original. Try it or Diet Final Word Try it. I've been here twice this week. Service is GREAT! During both visits, an employee who was in the dining room asked me if I needed any napkins or sauce. Food is Great! I gave it only two stars because of the hassle trying to park! Why they chose that location versus a free standing building, is crazy. I'm sure corp did not want to spend money to build something. That parking lot was already busy and most stalls were already filled with cars for the various businesses. I've gone only once since they moved, because of the lack of parking, I'm not about to drive through the various lanes waiting for a car to pull out, I ended up going to Chic-fil-A instead. Well Arby's, you just lost a regular customer during the lunch period, your food is good, but not so good that I'm going to spend 10 minutes to park. Dropped in for a quick snack today around noon. I had not been inside an Arby's in months - if not over a year now? My spouse had a coupon for 3 regulars at $5.79. It was expired already but we had an Entertainment book with a coupon that was valid - IF we could not use the expired coupon. The fellow running the register was tagged as the store manager? Really? The guy in charge was running the register? well - he was quite nice about it and efficient. On the other hand - even though we came in expecting to use the 3 for $5.79 coupon - and even so we got way with using it as the manager never even looked at the date on the thing. We found ourselves studying the menu AFTER we ordered. Boy oh boy was it CONFUSING and way too cluttered and complicated. If had walked in not knowing what we wanted - and no coupon we could have stood there a few minutes just trying to figure out what we were interested in getting?! Anyways - the place is cramped. A small guest area where we line up to order - and as for waiting around for your order to be made - it again left me leaning against the trash can? It just felt very cramped. The table next to the trash can looked to be obviously dirty and sticky. Yuck. My spouse visited the rest room - and she remarked it was again a bit yucky. It needed servicing AND a real update to make it less an ordeal. A bit of a let down if you know what I mean? Props for speed of service and professional conduct for our simple needs. I shot no pictures - but I will say I liked the fact they had that 3 pepper sauce in the pump dispenser. I liked that taste of that sauce. My local Arbys in Thousand Oaks is the one we normally might visit - but we've not been there in AGES. What can one say about Arby's that's worthy of Yelp review... other than the service is always excellent at this particular location, and it's always busy. Good Service, hot food, and a little difference between the average hamburger selection. This location is dated appearance wise, it hasn't changed much since the early 80's when my parent's used to drag me there because my Dad was in need of a Roast beef sandwich with horsey sauce... my disdain for this particular establishment was due to the fact that it did not resemble Mickey D's and because every time I ate here I ended up with a case of the hiccups. ( I have a surefire cure if you need one) If you are skittish about transients it's probably best not to come after dark, because you will run across people loitering, but with that said, I've never been approached by anyone, just keep an eye out and hey, if you feel the desire, buy someone a sandwich. Arby's menu has expanded, but I'm pretty old school, You can't go wrong ordering a roast beef Sandwich with a side of potato cakes, can't get better than that. read more

It's sad this is the only place where you can get your Arby's fill around Oxnard, all the way in Ventura!!! It's a far drive away. I usually only stop by here if i go to Pac View Mall. The sandwiches are your standard Arby's sandwiches everywhere, pretty good roast beef sandwiches. They hook it up with packages of horsey sauce here. Very nice people. Only 4 stars because of location (far proximity to Oxnard) and the prices! There's no for 4 for $5 roast beef sandwiches anymore, quite disappointing! read more

I love going to this Arby's and the best part is it has been around since my parents were kids. They have such great food and its so flipping clean. We got there at the perfect time just before the 'blue hair' dinner rush. It was quiet and cozy and I got the swiss shroom roast beef and the mushroom cheese sauce that they use on it is piled on it high and so freaking delicious. The only downside were there were ant's on the countertop, granted it was raining today and that draws the ants in, but I still think that you shouldn't see a bug at a place your eating at. Another thing I like is they hand out coupons right then and there so you have an excuse to come back another time. read more

You can't go wrong with Arby's and their traditional roast beef sandwich with horsey and Arby sauce with curly fries. I walked in for the first time in many years and was pleasantly surprised by the menu choices now. You can get the classic or two other versions with a lot more meat of the roast beef. They also expanded their menu with other items and still have the deli fresh sandwiches. This particular Arby is conveniently located near the mall but is difficult to get to from the north bound street. You have to make a U turn at a very busy intersection. read more
