Decided to go there and try their new fish bites. It was the most terrible tasting fish I've ever eaten. Zippy's fish and Mcdonald's fish sandwich is a lot better tasting than what we had. The rest of their food is OK but don't waste your time and gas to try this one out. I've attached a photo of the tartar sauce which was the oil on the top as it separated. It didn't say to stir before eating either. This is the first time I've seen sauce this bad. Now I've gotta go somewhere tonight for dinner. read more

Work work and hungry. Errands and running around hangry. Tummy was craving for something different then a regular cheeseburger or pizza and hold and behold in between Little Cesar's and Jack In the Box is Arby's. Drove up to get in line at the window 6 cars ahead of me - no problem - waited, waited, waited , waited, waited, waited, waited, hey this is Hawaii brah - ain't no big thing - It took more than 30 minutes before we got up to the speaker: "WELCOME TO ARBYS, MAY I TAKE YOUR ORDER?" Started giving my order but nothing is showing on the screen? I asked, very politely, "Did you get that?" No reply. "Excuse me, did you get that? No reply- hmmmmmmm Waited, waited, waited - it's the Hawaiian way, ya know. Waited, waited, waited, Me - "Hello? Hello?" No reply - drive around the building to the window, no ones in there! aaarrrrbbbyyysss ..... i just love arbys. i love all their sandwiches n to me they have one of the best fish burgers. the wife n i went there for dinner because we didn't want to cook n take a break. i order the french dip combo n fish burger n my wife had the the pastrami sandwich combo n the cocoba drink. the workers had great service n very polite n a lot of patience. the drive through line was getting slammed. as we all took turns letting cars in as we cross paths from left side n right side. everyone corporate nicely n respectfully which help out with us all. i let the lady on the side of go first n waited patiently. we put in our order when we got to the box. now heres the blessing part when we pulled up to pay,the worker told us nicely n generously that the car in front of us payed for our order. we were amazed n surprised. i told the guy "you are joking right" he said "no sir its not a joke" im like "what for real" again he said "yes sir it's for real,they paid for your order" i said "thank n god bless" i asked him "what the car behind us order" he told us n my wife said that will pay for they order as well no matter what it is n we paid. we drove a way n my wife thank lord i said amen. w drove away the the car behind usbwas honking their horn waving shaka yelling "thank you thank you thank you thank you". they had a big order but we didn't care what because the lord god always give back when you give from the heart. god bles n have a great day read more

This Arby's has great food! I had the Gyro sandwich and my daughter had a mozzarella sticks and the Andes mint milkshake. I knew Arby's only as a roast beef sandwich place. I will definitely go back now knowing they have quite a variety of sandwiches and other things as well. read more

Place needs a renovation-smells old inside and outside could do an upkeep, but their food still tastes good. Make sure u try their jalapeno bites- it's stuffed w/ creamcheese! And dip it in their broncoberry sauce. We ordered the gyro and made a mistake in ordering it w/ the roast beef. It's better to order it w/ the traditional gyro meat, bec u taste more of the spices. We had lunch at Waipahu Arby's. We were greeted with several Welcome and smiles - Very Nice. Our orders were taken with no waiting. Our food came in less than 5 minutes. We ordered the Greek Gyros, Delicious, Fresh, authentic taste, Love it. We ordered the Reuben Sandwich, Beautiful, Fresh and Delicious. Our meal was Excellent. Not too many Arbys located on Oahu, I found this one in Waipahu. Easy to find off of Kam Hwy. This one has a drive thru that was very speedy in taking our order and getting it prepared. They had a special on the Cheddar sandwich at 2 for 8.50. We will be back to visit them soon! read more

Went on a visit after always seeing their commercial online about the gyros. I ordered a Roast Beef, but I think what I really wanted was the Greek. I have to agree that they did not jip you on the amount of meat in their Gyro but for over $9 a meal...kinda expensive. read more

It's impossible to get a correct order here and the employees' attitudes are horrible. Giggly smirk on their face as you repeat yourself time and time again, almost like they're trolling you. Customers might be little more polite too if they didn't have to repeat their order 4 times only to get it wrong once served. Ridiculous! read more

Can someone please open up another Arby's on the west side! The only reason why I come to this location is because it's the closest to me and for the beef n cheddar! Countless times I've always got rude workers who literally be so impatient taking an order when literally there's no line... and on top of that the same Filipino boy who is always at the drive thru window always gives attitude to a point where he would roll his eyes and pretend to be doing work. I think they have the best turkey sandwich. I ordered the deep fried turkey sandwich with the cranberry sauce spread. This sandwich was freshly made. The lettuce and tomato added crunch and tartness. The cranberry sauce had an orange/cranberry taste to it which added a nice flavor although some people may not like the slight orange rind taste. The have an option for the sandwich not to have the cranberry sauce. I wish I had tried this sandwich sooner because it's a limited time item and was so good. Very good flavor, but I was expecting it to be much bigger given its name and al price of $12.98 for just a sandwich 0and small drink. Had to stop here for the brisket Hawaiian sweet bread sandwich, commercials make it look good. Not as good as you'd think, was just ok. Flavorless brisket with a plop of BBQ sauce and pickles. Pretty expensive too for 7 dollars. Location is pretty cramped, drive thru is a tight squeeze with limited parking. This area is just a bit run down. I hate giving one star reviews, however this visits justifies my rating. I ordered my meal with red ranch sauce and was charged four times. Mind you I had ordered only two sandwiches, first error. The person taking my ordered asked if I wanted my meal small, medium or large. I asked if I could get only the drink large and the potato cakes regular size, I was told I could but I was charged to make everything in my meal large, second error. I requested that my potato cakes be cooked extra well, got it and it was barely cooked. Another error! Both of my sandwiches were tossed together very messily with sauce all over the wrapper and barely any on the sandwich. And I paid extra for the sauce. I brought the overpayment you to the manager and it took two of them to figure out how much of a refund I was going to get and how they were going to refund me. This location has some SERIOUS shortcomings: 1) No public restroom 2) Does not participate in promotions 3) Extremely dangerous drive-thru 4) Menu is all over the restaurant No restroom? I can get by that. Skip coupons? Ok. But WATCH OUT when you enter and exit this restaurant because you cannot see drivers coming and going in the drive-thru and they cannot see you. What GENIUS designed this? Additionally, most fast food restaurants keep the menu hanging behind the counter. Not this place. You have to scan the entire building to find all the menu items. Employees? Super nice. Food? It's Arby's. But this place fails to meet some of the very fundamental concepts of restaurants. Anything above 2 Stars for this location is laughable. read more

Its been a long time since I ate at Arby's. This place is OK I ordered 'Shroom & Swiss and Steakhouse Onion Rings to go. As I was driving home I'm always impatient to wait and eat when I get home. So along the way I ate some of the rings- big mistake, the rings was still freshly hot and burnt my tongue while eating it but I manage to finish it all leaving little bit of crumbs in my car. I love love Arby's. I've been to this location many times in the one year I've been on island. Every single time it's getting worse. The wait time at the drive thru is getting hefty and the fries. What are y'all doing to the fries? The past two times they've tasted literally freezer burnt. Take them out of the fryer sooner people!! Surprisingly good. I hadn't had Arby's in AGES, but decided to give it a shot. It was very clean and tidy which is the first thing I notice in fast food spots. Some are just not well kept. But I felt very comfortable and the tables were laid out nicely so it was easy to not feel like you're cookie cuttered into a fast food restaurant. The food was good too. I love all the different sauces they have. Got the Arby's sauce, some Horseradish sauce, and went to town on a roast beef sandwhich. Delicious. I will be back for sure. I came here today with my daughter for some lunch. The worker gave us our food and we sat down. I unwrapped my sandwich and then noticed my sandwich was incorrect. (No big deal) so I took it back to the counter to let them know. They gave me a new sandwich, no problem. But guess what they did with the one I opened and held in my hands? We visited this Arby's for lunch today and ordered at the drive thru to take back to the office. The woman who took our order was very patient as we didn't know what we wanted. At the window, the same pleasant woman who took our order also greeted us there...my friend needed to use the restroom and the woman at the window was genuinely so helpful and allowed us to borrow their restroom key right there from the drive thru. If the upkeep of the drive thru was a bit nicer this would've been a 5-star for sure! read more

Getting a 2 star rating because when I asked for ranch, they told me it will cost extra. No problem. Paid for 2 and didn't receive any. This is the place for a great Reuben sandwich! Believe it or not I was impressed! Marbled rye bread and the sandwich was so fresh and tasty! Cost is about average for a deli style sandwich. Arby's is one of those places that don't come in mind when I'm wanting fast food. It's often overlooked. But, when we do come here we all have that same thought "Why didn't we think of coming here the last time?". Their menu changes from time to time. And, no matter what we decide to order, it's always good with some horse radish sauce. Though not the cheapest fast food joint, that horse radish sauce makes the drive through here worth it. read more
