I usually don't give fast food five stars, but I love Arby's. It's my first time at this location in Waipahu. Usually, I'm at the one in Pearlridge. We got two of the Meat&3 Box $10.99 each. It comes with a classic roast beef sandwich, small fries, peach cobbler roll, 2pc mozzarella sticks and small soda. What a great deal. Everything in the box was good. The roast beef was moist and tender and the fries crispy. I like to smother my sandwich with their Arby's sauce and Horsey sauce. The mix of the two is chefs kiss. I love the Horsey sauce. I want to take some for when I go and eat prime rib, lol. It's so much better than regular horseradish sauce. They should just bottle it and sell it. The service was good at this location. Arby honestly... It's been quite awhile since I've been to one as there really aren't many left here on Oahu. Love that it's basically just what it is but surprised to see how some of the menu expanded as I got some mozzarella sticks...no not what you'd usually find here but as a cheesy lover I was too curious to not give them a try. Let me tell you there were quite busy on this Sunday afternoon along with their drive thru filled with cars lined up to order it was quite impressive how fast they made each order. I ordered the Classic Beef 'N Cheddar sandwich and four pieces of Mozzarella sticks which literally took just minutes. Notorious for going without one part of the bun this sandwich had the cheese on top and the Arby sauce on the bottom...dilemma so I went without the top but with cheese as there was enough cheese on the meat held it with the wrapper and ate like a taco...yum! The mozzarella sticks were okay so was the zesty marinara sauce. The down side is they don't have any restrooms but with lots of free parking spaces provided by the shopping plaza it was very accessible which is probably why many come here, nice and clean and well air-conditioned so that it's a breeze to enjoy your Sunday afternoon. Shrinkflation or bad customer service?? I ordered two 1/2 pound roast beef sandwiches. Neither one had anywhere near a 1/2 pound of meat. I also ordered a side of au jus and it wasn't even half way full. Both orders of large curly fries were way over cooked and hard. We were hoping that since we had to wait for the fries to be cooked they were going to be awesome. The third sandwich was a French dip with Swiss, which comes with au jus. That au just wasn't even half way filled either. Also ordered extra meat for this sandwich. I guess there was extra meat, but I don't normally order this one, so I don't know. Total cost of dinner was $42.97. What a rip off!! I tried calling the phone number on the receipt and no one answered, plus the voicemail isn't set up. I filled out the online survey and asked them to contact me, so we will see what happens. It sucks that we are down to only two Arby's on the island. On both occasions I attempted to redeem the coupons, the manager Bambi told me that "the owner does not allow the redemption of coupons..." This demonstrates that this Arby's is not concerned with customer relations and only sees them as cash cows. With this information I would suggest that you look somewhere else for your meal and let this owner know that this is unacceptable behavior. read more

I used to like eating at Arby's in general. Their sandwiches were fresh and sauces i grew to like. Recently I purchases a cornbeef sandwich from this location and experienced bad stomach issues. The sauce tasted a little strange so I should have returned it in hindsight. I revisited the location lately to see if they could refund my almost $10 sandwich, but was told no one else had any problems that day soo no.. no can do. I felt let down to say the least. Nice location very close to the rail. Fast and friendly service provided. I ordered a bacon ranch Wagyu burger meal. The burger tasted great although a bit on the pricey side. The only negative about this location is that the entrances are right next to the "drive through" lane. So you might have to dodge a car to get in. read more

I stopped at Arby's because I wanted a Jamocha shake and a chicken tender. It's been 6 years since I've visited Arby's. Today was my day. We were in Waipaua leaving church preparations and I turned into Arby's. There is a line but it moves quickly. I got the Jamocha shake and hubby got the vanilla shake both no whipped creams I also ordered the chicken snacker no bread. The drive they was easy to order but turning the corner was a little not normal. We got our order $20 later. The chicken strip was really good. Moist with cheese melted. This is the only Arby's I'll get food from. Coming from Kaimuki, it's a bit of a drive... especially, when there's a couple of Arby's before Waipahu. The baked potato is bigger and better cooked than the others. Big bonus bc they have a drive-thru! Today's employee was great! Gave me 6 horsey sauce for three baked potato. When I lived on the mainland, I totally LOVED Arby's. When there was a location at Ala Moana Shopping Center, I visited constantly. Since they moved away, I haven't given them a try in nearly 10 years. While picking up some palm bushes to give our backyard some much needed privacy in Waipahu, I noticed that there was in fact an Arby's very close to the pick up point and figured . . . what the hell!!! In the times of COVID19, the atmosphere at most all restaurants is reserved at the very least. This shop, although offering indoor seating and service (limited), seemed a bit like a ghost town. One door in, one door out, etc, etc. I ordered 3 items: 1. Rueben sandwich. This was surprisingly good. If it were on rye, and the sauerkraut a bit more tangy, it would have been exceptional. 2. Double Beef n Cheddar. I must have misspoke, because I had NO cheddar on my beef. Ooops, I swear I ordered the BC not just the Beef. Oh well. The sandwich was great, although it would have been MUCH better with the cheesy goodness I was hoping for. 3. Buffalo Chicken Sandwich. This was for my Mrs. I assume it was delicious because it was gone in a blink. I also assume it was a bit tangy because she was searching desperately for milk or ice cream to cool her mouth immediately after. We visit this Arbys about once a month. This location is a lot more convenient than the Pearlridgr location especially with the drive thru and all. I'm always sucked in with the midweek coupons. I'm not sure how often they come out, how good of a deal they are, but they work at drawing me in lol. We always have to get curly fries. I used to love their jamocha shake. This was an early lunch visit to Arby's in Waipahu. I ordered the Chicken pecan sandwich and small curly fries. Ordering was easy and I got my food quickly enough. I took the bag home without checking the contents and when I arrived back at the house I could not believe how small the $2.99 curly fries order was. My experience is limited to their drive thru so based on that I've had no complaints regarding the [SERVICE] here considering it doesn't take long from the time we order to getting to the window where it's usually ready by then or just a short wait. Every time we've gone our order has been correct, but that doesn't stop us from double checking to make sure that's everything is there and correct before we drive off. I'm a native of Waipahu and have been coming to this location for years. Unfortunately the service here has really gone down hill. They started a policy of only giving out two Arby's sauces per sandwich, even if you order the larger Half-Pound Roast Beef sandwich. The Half-Pound Roast Beef is three-times the size of the Classic Roast Beef sandwich, so they should be giving out three times the Arby's sauce, but they refuse. Judging by the number of other negative reviews regarding customer service at this location, they clearly stopped caring about their customers a while ago. I'm not sure if they changed management or what, but this store is not what it used to be. An Arby's Roast Beef sandwich without an adequate amount of Arby's sauce is really not an Arby's Roast Beef sandwich. The sauce is what makes the sandwich unique and delicious - something you can't get anywhere else. But since this location is now refusing to give a reasonable amount of Arby's sauce, the sandwich is useless and not worth the price at all. There are many other food options within the same shopping center. Wong Kung Chop Suey, B&L Drive Inn, Elena's, Jack in the Box, and Little Caesars are all better options with better prices and service than this Arby's restaurant. I really hope they change management soon, because this poorly-managed restaurant is a black eye on the Arby's brand at large. I'm sad to say I won't be coming back to this location. ----- Update: I received an email response from an Arby's Hawaii representative stating that their "policy has always been to provide only 2 Arby's sauces per sandwich." I haven't had Arby's in over 10 years! There used to be Arby's everywhere in the Bay Area in California and then they all closed. After moving to Oahu a few months ago, I was kinda excited to see Arby's again. I came in for lunch today and it was pretty good. The staff was very friendly. We were greeted as we walked in. That is the first. I ordered the brisket sandwich with curly fries. The sandwich was pretty good. I liked the enjoyed the taste of the beef, bbq sauce, and fried onions. The bun had a nice consistency to it. There was definitely more meat in the picture than the actual burger. Thought about getting the all meat burger, but it looked like it was a little too much meat lol. The curly fries were great! They are my favorite kind of fries. So glad they serve those. read more

I just loaded on the horsey sauce. Family told me Arby sauce doesn't taste the same. Haven't had Arby's in awhile and no online ordering which had items at a lower price so was disappointed. The curly fries were good. After reading some of the reviews, appears the wagyu burger is what I should order next time. Literally the worst possible Arby's at least in this state! I worked on the rail, kept coming here(cause it's Arby's).... worst food, time and time again! They kept bringing me in cause I never thought a 'franchise' could be this bad! Worst food from a fast food place! I would rather eat at Burger King before this! and we all know how disappointing that is!
