Sandwiches are always messy looking but don't let that deter you from eating it. Roast beef with cheddar cheese always hits!! Lady at the counter was pleasant and nice, very welcoming. Lots of seating and restaurant looks up kept.

Classic Beef 'n Cheddar and Mozzarella Sticks (4 ea.)

Arby honestly... It's been quite awhile since I've been to one as there really aren't many left here on Oahu. Love that it's basically just what it is but surprised to see how some of the menu expanded as I got some mozzarella sticks...no not what you'd usually find here but as a cheesy lover I was too curious to not give them a try. Let me tell you there were quite busy on this Sunday afternoon along with their drive thru filled with cars lined up to order it was quite impressive how fast they made each order. I ordered the Classic Beef 'N Cheddar sandwich and four pieces of Mozzarella sticks which literally took just minutes. Notorious for going without one part of the bun this sandwich had the cheese on top and the Arby sauce on the bottom...dilemma so I went without the top but with cheese as there was enough cheese on the meat held it with the wrapper and ate like a taco...yum! The mozzarella sticks were okay so was the zesty marinara sauce. The down side is they don't have any restrooms but with lots of free parking spaces provided by the shopping plaza it was very accessible which is probably why many come here, nice and clean and well air-conditioned so that it's a breeze to enjoy your Sunday afternoon. Thank you!

    Crinkle Fries

Friendly and quick service. Clean and air conditioned establishment. Ordered crinkle fries and ranch chicken wrap. The crinkle fries was crispy which I loved and it hot and delicious. The ranch chicken wrap was small, snack size which is perfect when you're not hungry but looking for something to snack on. It was good but didn't care for the cheese slice. I think it would be better as finely shredded cheese instead.

Double Roast Beef with Krinkled Fries and a Baked Potato

Arby's Waipahu one of our favorite restaurants. Love their Roast Beef Sandwich's. Topped off with Arby's BBQ sauce and their famous Horsey sauce. Simply delicious . We ordered a Classic and a Double with Krinkled Fries . In my opinion the best Roast Beef sandwich you'll find for the money. Well worth the trip to Waipahu. Their Drive Thru service was awesome. Team did a fantastic job got us in and out quickly and the food was HOT and FRESH.

I decided to try the brisket. It was good but a little too sweet for me. Service was quick. Plenty of tables to sit and enjoy your food.

This is what they did to our large fry. Put a small fry inside so it would be less fries to fill it up. Check your drive thru orders.

This is NOT ok to do this. Put a small fry inside a large fry box. Check your drive thru orders. Their cheating customers.

Black burnt bacon! Why would you serve this! Potato was burnt also! Unappetizing!!!! The whole potato tasted burnt! If I could Pick no stars I would!

The crap overcooked tailings of the deep fryer.

$39.00 for three sandwiches, one cola and fries? Then you have the audacity to give me the crumbles and 1/4 fires at the bottom of the bin? (Photo included). When it came out so fast, I should have known that the quality would be diminished. While McDonalds Dhaka increased their quality, you choose to slap your overpriced sandwiches together and have no quality control on the food. This is all the more disappointing because of the excitement burger I received. The French Dip and Reuben were shaudy to say the least! It will be a long time before I retu.

Sandwich 1: 1/2 pound roast beef sandwich with hardly any meat

Shrinkflation or bad customer service?? I ordered two 1/2 pound roast beef sandwiches. Neither one had anywhere near a 1/2 pound of meat. I also ordered a side of au jus and it wasn't even half way full. Both orders of large curly fries were way over cooked and hard. We were hoping that since we had to wait for the fries to be cooked they were going to be awesome. The third sandwich was a French dip with Swiss, which comes with au jus. That au just wasn't even half way filled either. Also ordered extra meat for this sandwich. I guess there was extra meat, but I don't normally order this one, so I don't know. Total cost of dinner was $42.97. What a rip off!! I tried calling the phone number on the receipt and no one answered, plus the voicemail isn't set up. I filled out the online survey and asked them to contact me, so we will see what happens. It sucks that we are down to only two Arby's on the island. If they keep going this direction it will be one or none. We live in Kailua, so driving back to Waipahu wasn't an option. So disappointing.

Nice location very close to the rail. Fast and friendly service provided. I ordered a bacon ranch Wagyu burger meal. The burger tasted great although a bit on the pricey side. The only negative about this location is that the entrances are right next to the "drive through" lane. So you might have to dodge a car to get in.

We walked in and had to ask if they were open as we weren't immediately greeted. We got to choose our seats and tried to find the coolest spot because it was hot inside! According to the server--their ac was broken. It reminded us of traveling to Mexico and eating at the restaurants there . The decor is very similar and authentic to restaurants in Mexico. They even had lots of the candies found there surrounding their register area. The server was super friendly and attentive once we were seated, I just wish she would've written down our order instead of trying to take it all by memory as she got some things wrong with our order. Now onto the food. Mexican food in Hawaii is nothing to write home about. This was no exception. Our family of 4 ordered: the California Burrito, the super burrito (I actually ordered the chimichanga but it came out as a burrito), Birria tacos, Birria quesadilla, a bean and cheese burrito (the hubby's favorite thing to order at a Mexican restaurant) and because it was taco Tuesday--the carne asada street tacos (which I think the server forgot because we had to remind her) and the flan for dessert. The burritos were of good size and nicely filled. I enjoyed the super burrito but it needed the red sauce that was put on the table. The shrimp inside was very flavorful. My daughter loved her California burrito (it has French fries in it--lol). The birria was delicious--the consommé was pretty bland though. The bean and cheese burrito was cold in the middle and not as generously sized as the other burritos. The best thing that we had was the flan. I love flan and the texture of theirs was amazing. The sauce was a mixed review with the family. I liked it and the fact that there was a lot of it. There was a slight fridge taste but it was still delicious. My husband tried to make a suggestion about moving the large truck that was in front of the restaurant blocking the breeze from coming (remember the broken AC...and this is a hot August afternoon) but upon telling our server he felt dismissed. He was told that the AC was broken and supposedly to be fixed soon, but she didn't acknowledge his suggestion to move the vehicle to let some air in--it's disappointing that when a customer that takes the time to provide genuine feedback to be left feeling dismissed instead of appreciation for the feedback. I feel bad for whomever may have dined after us as it was mighty warm in there...

Located by Kunia Walmart and Subway, this location offers amazing local dishes and specialty drinks. Compared to similar businesses, the price here is right and it's time for my review! There is ample parking since it is in the Walmart parking lot and the service here is quick. The lovely Lemin crafts the most refreshing smoothies, boba drinks, teas, and my favorite.... the bubble waffle cone! If you haven't treated yourself to this, it is a MUST TRY! Alongside Lemin is Vicki and Vali who are the frontline workers who will always great you with a warm smile. During peak hours they maybe multi-tasking with phone orders and walk in customers, but they will find time to kindly service you! The seating area is a bit small for bigger parties, but the turnover rate seems quick. The establishment is well kept, clean (I do witness the sanitation of tables), and has AC for those hot Hawaii days. Our ohana usually comes in every week. Whether its personal plates, burgers, refreshing treats, or party pans, Loco Moco has been our designated foodie spot! So.... What to order? I am a very picky eater, but I highly recommend the garlic mahi mahi, teriyaki steaks, BBQ cheeseburger, garlic shrimp, chicken katsu, house salad (ask for their special dressing), and of course mochiko chicken. If you are ordering pans, a small size goes a long way! We have never had issues with the quality of food nor the service. The workers are fun to talk around with and will guide you to your foodie needs ;) BUUTT don't forget to get the bubble waffle cone! I can't stress that treat enough! It's unclear to me how some people gave 1star ratings. They probably just had a really bad day or something and needed to vent, but don't let them steer you away from enjoying some delicious AFFORDABLE food! So if you're near, make sure you stop by :D
