This Arby's seems a little outdated. Not a very good place to dine in. The dining section is small and sort of smells bad. There is no public restrooms and the tables are facing in awkward positions. You receive no welcoming from the staff and they are not at the front counter ready to help you. Instead it seems as if the staff are too busy doing other things running around in the kitchen area or perhaps hiding out. May I add, it was not even busy; just me and another family of 4. As I was enjoying my meal, I've seen other customers come in and leave immediately because no one was around to take their orders. The food here is great but could be questioned due the restaurant's overall cleanliness. In my opinion, management should renovate this store and it is likely they would get more customers to come eat here. May I mention, the drivethru sucks also. Jackinthebox is on the same property area and way updated then Arby's. I'm not sure how the kitchen area where they prepare our food looks like but I hope it's not infested with rodents. It's really scary to think about rodent droppings in the food preparation area but I'm beginning to wonder where that stench was coming from. I work in a hospital and the stench in Arby's is as bad as a long-term nursing facility or comparable. read more

Absolutely LOVE the turkey & Swiss deli sandwich with a broccoli and cheese baked potato!!! Always the same when I order & very consistent. Doesn't take long to pick up the order. Drive through is quicker the jack in the box right across the parking lot! read more

I did not go to Arby's for 30 years. When I did I was really surprised at how good the food was. Now I've been to both the Waipahu and the Pearl Ridge one and was very satisfied. I loved the Reuben, very tasty. The quality and taste of the meat was excellent. The onion rings were very large and tender, just perfect. The mocha pie had a great flavor but was way too sweet. So sweet that I could not eat all of it so I won't order it again. They need to dial that thing back. My son had the cheese steak and he had nothing but good things to say. I go out of my way to get Arby's here in Waipahu. I've never been inside the dining room, as I always just go through the drive-thru but every time I've come here I've had really good customer service. The employees at the drive-thru window are always friendly. My order has always been correct even when I order customized things like no lettuce, or a side of ranch. I really enjoy the selections they have here. It is in a rough area, but usually the parking lot is empty, and the drive-thru is usually pretty quick. Someone in a previous post mentioned that there wasn't any restrooms, but I always see customers using the restroom when I am in line at the drive-thru. It's on the outside of the building and it appears that you have to ask the employees for a key. read more

The inside is very outdated. Every time i eat arbys im disappointed. The best thing to me is the curly fries and baked potato. Their bathroom is outside and it's absolutely disgusting. I think business should be fined for keeping it so unsanitary and foul. Stick to jack n the box next door or if you really want arbys use the drive through. read more

oommgg this food is the bomb! i had a buffalo and pizza and ham slider with loaded curly fries! and it was just so delicious! i can see why people love arbys! but its just a little pricy other than that its good will be coming back soon!! read more

Great inexpensive roast beef. I have to say that they have the best onion rings on the planet. Reminds me of the old days of the Jack in the Box Onion rings. I really enjoy the laid back atmosphere of this establishment. People could be a little friendlier here though. Not Grouchy just not friendly... read more

Arby's Waipahu is convenient and visible from the hwy. I wanted to go to jack n the box which is right next door, but it seems no one was in the drive through. So I started wondering and checked on yelp. Jack In The Box has bad reviews but Arby's has pretty good reviews. So of course I tried Arby's and was presently surprised. Don't think we will be coming back here. We drove out of our way, for pure disappointment!! When we pulled up to the drive thru the person on the other end messed the order up several times and continuously asked for me to repeat myself. Finally I became aggrivated and just drove around. I asked for a blt, which I have always gotten at every arbys I have ever been to. Apparently that isn't on the menu any more and I asked if they could make me one since they have all the ingredients and it's a simple sandwich. The girl called over the manager who rudely said no. I said okay that is fine I'll take cheese sticks and a mountain dew. She said what sandwich I said no sandwich and that caused all sorts of confusion. I then said fine what do you have that has bacon, lettuce and tomatoes on it? She responds the kings hawaii blt... I just stared at her in amazement. Anyways I got that but this is the only arbys I have ever been to that doesn't like you pay extra for cheese sticks in a combo so I ended up getting thrm seperatly. My daughter's chicken tenders tasted like stale grease and the fries were burnt. Needles to say, due to the unwillingness to at least be polite, the rude attitudes antnd the quality of the food we will not truth to arbys at this location. read more

Some of their food is okay. The service is not the greatest and they do not honor ANY Arby's deals by coupons or e-mails.

I had the turkey and bacon sandwich last week and the turkey seemed a bit aged and dry around the edges. I had one again on Monday and the turkey was the same antique slices. I like my bacon crispy but not my turkey. I won't be going back to this Arby's again but may try one of their other locations to see if maybe they use fresher meat. Hard to blame it on Arby's but the blame falls strictly on the owner operator. He/She should be ashamed considering all of the negative reviews. read more

Terrible! We ordered three sandwiches, one onion ring, and a soda. Getting home we realized that they didn't pack the other two sandwiches, then had the audacity to claim that they only charged for one sandwich, when we even repeated the order TWICE. Don't recommend going here, find another Arby's, or find something else to eat. Also do not recommend the Onion Rings, something tastes very off about it. read more
