Don't let the outside "Fake Luxury Apartments" Aesthetic fool you it looks very nice then shortly you'll start noticing all the defects of the place the inside of the apartments are outdated early "2000s" look EVERYTHING is cheaply installed, and PAINTED over about 10x just turn on a flash light In the dark and you'll see all the cheap fix up jobs and 20 different paint touch ups. The BIGGEST issue here is NONE of the gates ever work and remain open 24/7 as well as the doors to the pool & amenties. The grills are ALWAYS broken the pool area is always dirty random people who live in the area show up "party" make their mess and leave because they hear that it's always open I know because I've talked to a lot ppl and they tell me we don't even live here we just come to use the pool. Another issue is the HORRIBLE cockroach, pincherbug, and skunk infestation you have to spray raid daily on all your doors to keep them from coming in a common issue with all residents is the horrible building quality all the doors have big gaps and they WILL get into your apartment if you don't stay on top of it as far as skunks go every night and issue/risk of almost being sprayed tons in the parking lot and trash can area unfortunately they do NOTHING about it 2 years and never seen an exterminator on site they turn a blind eye and will in fact blame you for it I heard it happen from a couple residents. Lastly, your move in deposit just think of is as GONE! DO NOT DO NOT even bother deep cleaning the apartment when moving out or going out of your way to get the carpet cleaned up THEY WILL NOT ISSUE YOU YOUR DEPOSIT BACK NO MATTER WHAT they're going to find the smallest things and charge you x10 had 2 minor scrapes from dining table chairs on the wall painted over it they didn't like the look of it (identical paint) obviously looked a lil newer on the touch up and charged me 400$ supposedly they had to repaint 3 walls and went through 2 buckets of paint. read more

The pools and never clean and feel slimy when walking around inside. People for outside come I to pool area since gates never work and are always open leaving the trash everywhere ! They will try there best not to do and move out inspection to charge you for everything ! Gave us a list of things that need to be clean and we took time off work to clean day and night for them to charge anyways! We never wore shoes in the house to keep place clean and still got charged a carpet cleaning feet and they also charged for pain and said it took them 3 hours to pain. We NEED Security Back! Been living here 7+ years. I appreiciate this place for a lot of reasons which I'll list after. But recently there's been an extreme amount of street drug addicts and random people who do not live here freely coming in. They feel comfortable to do so because management recently has been very relaxed about safety and keeping this place "gated" and it is starting to feel like they do not care about what we as tenants feel. Especially for the very high increase in rent. There's homeless drug addicts freely showering, sleeping and even NAKED in our pool area. this is disgusting and we call maintenance and they tell us to call the police and police do not ever come. I and many of us have emailed and called management over this and it seems as if their hands are tied. As a tenant this company is leaving security in our own hands and seem to make us want to confront these homeless drug addicts who roam around here all the time. There has been random theft issues like someone stealing groceries out of a vehicle while taking some to our home, to my neighbors tires being stolen off of his car. Please, we NEED security and we need better protocols for security to have and to hold to and in this day and age cameras are a must for as much as rent is now to live here. please care more for residents. People like myself care where we live and I take pride living here, I enjoy this place for many reasons. And I try to upkeep above what is expected I would just appreciate if the management would do and feel the same. and Reyna was one of the best managers we had so far! she helped with the crime that was going on before. bring her back or have her train others to be like her. The move in went great, but now that I've been here awhile, I can remark more on living here. Overall, it's not the worst but noise is an issue (and yes, I have talked to management about it but nothing has changed), guest parking is an issue as it's very limited and if you have more than one vehicle, they don't issue more than one parking per unit from what I have been told, and there is no nearby street parking. Near lease end, if you need to extend, you are either stuck paying a much higher rent for shorter extension or you can get the longer extension with more feasible rent but to break lease, termination fee equates to one month's rent. I haven't dealt with the issue yet that some reviews have stated about the property taking the security deposit. I'll provide an update after move out though. This complex is not clean at all. There is a serious roach problem! Everywhere I walk I either see roaches crawling around or dead roaches squashed on the ground. We don't use the gym or pool because the areas are infested with them. My husband and I are very clean people and have never had a single roach in our living space in our entire lives until we moved here. This is by far the best experience I have ever had in applying for an apartment. The reception from get-go was super friendly. Hunter (intern) welcomed us so warmly. We had booked an appointment for a self guided tour. He provided clear instructions and made it clear that should we have questions, he's there to help. We saw the apartments and they were awesome. We then got to work with Ana (an angel) on the application process. The extra attention we received from her and her follow through was amazing! She made sure she followed up even with the least updates. SHE DESERVES A RAISE!! The application process did not take too long. We can't wait to move here in July. Reyna is also wonderful. I would honestly give this place and the management 0 stars ! From the moment I moved in almost 2 years ago it has been the worst choice I have ever made . I should've stayed next door at the overlook apartment homes instead of this place . They don't care one bit about you. They only care about money !!! They were very unprofessional.. From getting my keys and doing the walk in inspection there was a men's underwear in the closet, the toilets were dirty with urine stains and pubes around the toilet the kitchen was dirty,both bathrooms were dirty..my microwave door was broken & there was a confusion about brand new carpet, lol that also wasn't even cleaned !!!! Carpet ripping off !!! They re sent someone to clean the apartment and to wash the carpet . They didn't want to replace it even though I signed for brand new carpet . They told me they won't charge me for the carpet when I move out . I wanted to push my move in date further out and they said they couldn't because the apartment was move in ready, it was no where close to move in ready..Does all this sound like move in ready to you guys?? Thank god I still have all my photos of how filthy they turned the apartment to me . The maintenance people that work or worked here named Nick was racist ass**** he did not like me one bit and assumed I was Mexican .. I needed to get one of my burners replaced, when donee His smart remark was now u can cook your Mexican rice . Like who said I needed this to be able to cook rice ? All I know is that if I left my apartment the way they gave it to me to move In they would keep my fucking deposit!!!!!! Also be careful when ur making payments online. There stupid systems keep changing . I had a problem with mine twice & they only want to refund me once for the fee of 45$$ when it should've been 3.99 because it was a debit card not credit card ! The manager here is always busy doesn't have time to give call back . Lately they've been having employees come and go , it's so annoying when you call and it's some one new because they don't know a lot since they're new in this property! But yeah what else can I advise u ?? Umm don't move in here . Also they steal a lot from this area. U would think you'd be in A good community and ur safe especially it being gated and how EXPENSIVE and with a supposedly security patrolling around at night lol no , People steal from ur balcony & they break into ur cars !! Also, the spa is never very hot. Maintenance is pretty good and fix issues quickly. We moved out because the rent became ridiculously expensive. I wrote my first review the day I gave my 30 day notice as I'm moving into a bigger home. I ended my lease 2 days before renewal and since I'm staying here until May 5th, I had to pay an extra $300 on top of the amount I paid on the first of the month ($1405) since my contract was now entering a "month-to-month" rate. Fine. I paid. It is now May 1st. I'm only going to be here for 5 days of this month. And when I checked my balance to see what I will be paying for these 5 days and the amount came out to be $1857!!! FOR FIVE DAYS. I had auto pay set up but luckily I capped it so they only withdrew $1500 but that is still farrrrr tooo much to be paying for less than a week. I've been calling non stop since this morning and have yet been able to reach someone on the phone. The last I heard was an email from one of the staff members letting me know that it was a system error. However they mentioned nothing about refunding the difference? I checked my resident portal again and they changed the balance due to $1157. Again.... for 5 days. The community is beautiful and I love the location but this is straight up ROBBERY AND FRAUD. read more

Our apartment was beautiful and I loved living here. Parking does suck but just don't be out too late and you're fine. We were a bit frustrated they did not change our rent when they closed down all the amenities that are part of our rent during COVID. If it had only been closed for a little bit that would be understandable but from April-now was basically half our year there. But we left it alone and didn't make a fuss since these are complicated times However. We have now moved out and we kept our apartment in TOP shape and THOROUGHLY cleaned it before moving out yet. I mean we wiped down EVERYTHING inside all cabinets the top of all the fans the crevices of the borders and yet we only got $20 back on our deposit. The charged us $100 to repaint (idk where because there was no problem that hadn't already been there) $150 to clean and an additional $85 for carpet cleaning. I understood the carpet cleaning but $150 cleaning for an apartment we had already thoroughly cleaned? If you don't mind losing your deposit and don't use amenities anyways you could stay here no problem. But if you try to get everything you pay for this is probably not your best bet to stay. read more

When I first moved here the management was great very efficient in getting things done and talking to those who are disturbing neighbors. There should be a policy that if you have small children you should not live on the 3rd floor as stated by Cristal B she tells her kids to intentionally disturb others. They use to strictly enforce the noise pricey now that we have new management they don't care they talk to tenants about other tenants violating the privacy policy. You write management and they do nothing but tell tenants you have complained to only make situations worse. I have lived here in peace never have I had to hear kids and stereos all times of night now to only learn that they were doing it on purpose. I hope when management reads these reviews they go back and revise some things and get better management because management now is not it. The neighbors we had we're young adults being housed by a non profit organization. They constantly caused issues and management was unable to resolve the issues. At the end of our lease, management took most of our security deposit. They claimed that unless we had a receipt from a professional cleaning service to prove the apartment had been cleaned, we would be charged to sanitize the apartment. I give it a 3 because we love it here and the same time we don't. This is our first time living alone and first time moving to an apartment! We got a 1 bedroom apartment. 3rd floor to be exact. I absolutely love it here. Very peaceful, shopping centers are right next to the apartment but the down fall is there's never parking in the evenings, there this guy that has 5 cars and parks his cars in all the free spots.. I don't even think thats allowed to have so many cars parked in the free spots. Then our second floor neighbor always complains about the stomps and noise my kids do. She started banging on her ceiling with something practically saying to be quiet so I of course stomped even harder. I am not going to let her get away with that. Also, the office called me that she was complaining about the noise but I told her what can I do!? I have kids that are 1 and 3!! Obviously she can't relate because she doesn't have kids. Kids are kids and are very active at that age. I am so tired of her complaining all the time. I am just waiting for her to move out so we can be in peace!! read more

I just want to say that I am so impressed with the property management professionalism. I had a water leak in the apartment and they sent someone over very quickly. The maintenance man (Ernesto) showed up and was very professional, he even put on shoe covers. He quickly found the problem and showed me what he needed to do. Ernesto did a great job with the repair and even went above and beyond with replacing a light that was out in my laundry room. So it looks like I've been conned out of my deposit and my deposit on the gate remotes...Here is their email response to my issues: Good morning Genoveva, Thank you for the attachments for our reference. I went ahead and reviewed your file regarding your move out statement. The $87.50 paid to Sure Deposit is a non-refundable purchase price issued to them for a security bond. You did not pay a refundable deposit to the community. If you read the Sure Deposit attachment it states that you will not be receiving the premium back at the end of your lease term. I also attached the check you issued to Sure Deposit. In addition, I have attached your lease agreement that indicates you have zero deposits and the civil code 1950.5 found on page two only applies to refundable deposits to the landlord. In regards to your remotes, I thoroughly went through your entire file to look for additional key addendums for the remotes but none were found other than the one we both attached. I have attached your resident ledger which indicates you received a $50 credit for the remote deposit that was specified in your key addendum. Unfortunately you will not be receiving any additional money for the two other remotes. Hence the key addendum we both referenced that only states you received one remote dated back to April 13, 2013. For an apartment, the master bathroom is HUGE (with double sinks) with an enormous walk in closet! Downsizing from a house can be challenging, but this floor plan worked perfect for my family. The tile floors, beautiful crown molding, and all the other details took my experience living here over the top. So sad I moved out of state from this beautiful oasis! read more

People loved to park in my assigned parking spot. Tow trucking company is very reliable and quick to help. Be parked were you're supposed to be parked and you will not have any problems. The Leasing office is always friendly and helpful. Running errands was always quick since walmart is across the street. The complex is pretty quiet and people usually keep to themselves. read more

I came home at 5:30 pm, at my dog enduring a burning 93 degrees Fahrenheit apartment. My air conditioner had gone out, and I immediately contacted the after-hours line. The representative took my information and informed me that someone would contact me within the hour. I received a call back within forty minutes from Ernesto, who immediately walked me through some possible issues and assured me that he would go out and look at it. By 7:00 pm the air conditioner was up and running, and my dog was happily resting in an air controlled environment. Ernesto is not only highly efficient, he maintains and delivers excellent customer service. If you ever have an issue after-hours, I recommend you requesting Ernesto. The location is great and the property is beautiful. I live on the third floor with the balcony facing north and the view of the San Bernardino Mountains is amazing. Since I moved to Rancho it has been great! maintenance and the office staff are super helpful and nice. Anything that I call for they are on it immediately, works orders are done super quick. They care for their residents. Let me tell you about their amenities, they are AWESOME!!! the pool is big and they also have a small pool for toddlers/small kids which my daughters love. Their Gym is nice and have great equipment. Huge BBQ grills and enough sitting area for having guest. I truly recommend Rancho is a great property to call home. read more

Mr. White shook my hand and ask me to come into the office to assist me. He was polite and explain my lease to me that answered my question. Please take my advice. Broadstone Rancho Belago was bought out by Weidner Apartment Homes, and consequently the entire staff that worked at Rancho Belago has changed, including the Management. The assistant Director, Anna Flores, is one cold and calculating individual. The kind that will smile in your face while stabbing you in the back at the same time. Here is the deal, no matter how pristine you keep your apartment in, they are going to keep half of your deposit. I rented a unit from them for 10 months, during that time i kept the unit absolutely SPOTLESS. Never wore shoes, didn't hang pictures on the wall, no bed frame to scratch the walls, no dining table ( so no spilled messes on the carpet), and overall you wouldn't be able to tell someone lived in it for 10 months. When i moved out, i spent two days (cleaning ocd) cleaning the apartment. You might be thinking, wait i thought your place was spotless. Yes, it was, i was cleaning parts of the home no one would ever see, vents, the top of ceiling fans, wiping off finger prints, patio, and so on. On inspection day, the man doing to inspection was taken back out how clean our unit was. It was so clean in fact that he couldn't write a single thing down on his inspection list. So we turned in our keys, and awaited our deposit in the mail. 1 week later our deposit comes in the mail. They kept about half of our 500 deposit. They hired a cleaning service which charges $25 an hour for "touch up cleaning" plus a carpet cleaning service which charges another $60 dollars. On top of that they charged us for repainting the walls. Other than the mandatory carpet clean, which was in the lease, the other charges were completely unjustified. This is the first time really feeling like someone stole my money. These businesses they hired had no real physical location, and only existed on paper. It's painfully obvious that the management set up shell cleaning companies and pocket your hard earned money. Talking to Anna flores, is a complete waste of time because she is such an air head. When i showed her proof of the condition my apartment in, she was so empathetic and gave me a "sincere" apology then said if i had a problem i can speak to their legal team. Basically a f#@! you to me. To top it off, this place looks beautiful but the community is utter trash. Just about ever other person in the complex is a Marijuana smoking drug addict. If you live on the second floor, you wont be able to leave your windows open because blunt smoke will enter your apartment. Also if you live in either the first or second pray the person living above you isn't a vampire, because the ceilings are not sound proof. You will never get sleep.
