Ardsley Station is very pretty inside. It's well decorated and well lit, at least during lunch. I was thrown off when we were greeted by they hostess asking,"How can I help you?" I expected her to ask if we had reservations or if she asked how many would be dining. We didn't have any reservations, but it was a short 15 minute wait to be seated. We had our toddler with us, so when we were seated and neither the hostess or the waitress offered us a high chair, I just assumed they didn't have any. I spent the whole time either holding my toddler on my lap while trying to eat, or watching her sitting in the regular chair trying to make sure she didn't fall off. We noticed when we were leaving that there were high chairs. That made me feel unwelcome as a parent with a young child. I'm sure I would have felt differently if we were there child free. We both got burgers with fries. The food was good. The burgers were juicy and flavorful and the fried were soft on the inside and crunchy on the outside. So, maybe we were there on an off day, but for the price that we paid for the burgers, we could have gone to our favorite burger place in Savannah and gotten better service and dessert. I'm not sure if we will go back, due to the service. It wasn't bad, It just felt unwelcoming and there are so many places in Savannah where the staff makes you feel like they're genuinely happy to see you. read more

This is a must when in Savannah, the mussels were cooked to perfection with the best sauce, they were unbelievable. My wife ordered the lamb chops, which she loved . I ordered the filet, cooked to perfection and was incredible. Service was exceptional, I highly recommend you try this , was a great experience!!! read more

Review: this is by far the best meal we've had in Savannah. The food was EXCELLENT. Service was out of this world. And the drinks, oh my gosh!!! Can't say enough positive things about this restaurant. If you go to one dinner spot in Savannah, make it this one. Just for reference, we had reservations at Tusk tonight and HAPPILY cancelled. For drinks, our group got the sangria, the "get smashed" and old fashioned's. The bartender Keith was fantástica. The drinks were all incredibly flavorful and perfectly balanced. Would come back just for the drinks. We then got appetizers. Our party had the calamari, the tuna, and the deviled eggs. The calamari is a MUST TRY. I don't think you could go wrong with any of the appetizers on this menu. We then ordered: the bbq mixed grill, more deviled eggs, the pimento cheese bruschetta, and the soft shell crab special. The bbq sauce is way more vinegar than sweet, which we thought was EXCELLENT. The smoke flavor on the chicken was increíble, and yet it was still incredibly moist. Once again a must try. Okay food, but not worth what we paid (my pasta dish was $28 and while good, in the end was pasta, cream sauce, and mushrooms (maybe a small scattering of arugula but not enough to call out). My partner's burger was more on the rare than the medium side as ordered, though the fries were good. Our server forgot to put in our appetizer and was very apologetic (it happens, not a big deal). We ordered a bunch of small plates to share: pimento bruschetta, pork tacos, calamari, a side of gnochetti Mac and cheese, and the strawberry shortcake dessert special. EVERYTHING WAS AMAZING! I would eat the calamari everyday if I could. Crispy, not chewy and tossed in an Asian inspired sauce. Love, love, loved it! I must say, what stood out even more than the food, was the amazing service. We called ahead to ensure it was a dog friendly establishment and it sure was. The hostess was incredibly friendly and accommodating. The server, Adam, instantly brought a dog bowl and was super genuine and helpful for the duration of our meal. Even one of the owners, Steve, stopped by our table to check on us. Everyone was amazing and I think that says a lot about an establishment. Started with the poutine and wedge salad. Both delicious! Had the calamari which was amazing. Served in a tangy sauce with banana peppers. Tasted like orange chicken. The standouts included the Southern Charm burger and the bruschetta. The wine was half price on Monday, which was wonderful. Our server, Justin, was incredible. Justin was so sweet and attentive-- made sure we were taken care of without hovering. We have pretty high standards for dining, and all of us agreed this was exceptional. Went there for the opening day, was impressed by how nicely and unique the place was put together. Loved the vibe! Since it was raining real hard, we couldn't sit outside, but they have super nice outdoor dinning areas set up, with remote roof and fireplace, definitely gonna come back another time. All the staffs were super friendly and professional. From the host, to bartender, manager, even the chefs. Really gave you that beloved neighborhood restaurant feeling. Food was phenomenal, I had the crab dip, meat balls, fries, spring salad, and pasta. A lot of food right? It was all soooo good, I just couldn't stop eating! And the best thing was their dessert. Had a wonderful first experience at Ardsley Station. This place was on my "must go" list since my place of work partners with them and I love to support our wonderful restaurants. Our experience from beginning to end was perfect. Sadly, we didn't have a reservation (my fault) but since we arrived early enough they were able to squeeze us in outside. Their patio is beautiful and I love the thoughtful accents and decor. The inside is also decorated so nicely! Adam was a wonderful server and tended to our every need. Monica was great and introduced herself to our table and we got to chat about the restaurant and my company's relationship with the restaurant. Everything was so fresh and delicious! I knew I wanted the bolognese before I got there. wish I would've gotten a photo of the desserts we had (key lime pie, mango sorbet), those were fabulous too! I went to Ardsley Station on opening night, I was welcomed by the great staff, and everything I ate was absolutely delicious. I also had a few cocktails which were fantastic and refreshingly original. I had the scallop starter which was both spicy and delicate. The Cesar salad was deconstructed and on some of the best sourdough I have ever had. We also got the crab dip which was some of the best I have ever had with their awesome homemade bread chips. For my main I had the half chicken which was cooked to juicy perfection with a nice strawberry glaze on the skin. It was on a bed of squash that was a perfect contrast. The drinks were amazing and well balanced. I have not had food this good since I moved to the south. I could not have been more happy with my experience from the food to the service I will definitely be back! read more
