I've been contemplating writing this review. I came here last week wanting to try SNS for the first time... the gentleman that did my nails was very rough. I'm talking sand paper rough. My pain tolerance is pretty high but this was something else. He cut me quite a few times. Especially with the nail filer. I'm not sure what the proper way of using nail filers is, but I'm pretty sure it wasn't this. My hands were very sore the next day. As my nails have started growing, the truth is starting to show. They look so unprofessional. They're starting to lift after only one week. The nails are not straight nor even. The nails are not the same length and the coffin shape differ from one hand to the other. He didn't clean the acrylic off from underneath the nail so I've had to break off little balls of acrylic from underneath the nails. I'm just very disappointed. STICKY TOES I hate doing this to a new business trying to make it, unfortunately, after paying over $100 in services and tipping well, coming home with sticky toes from a regular pedicure done WRONG, yes I said it STICKY toes.... the manicurist put gel top coat on top of REGULAR nail polish "which you know ladies will never dry" without being cured!! I got acrylics with gel and they came out beautiful. Do keep in mind they are doing your nails inside but the ceiling is pretty tall and they have clear petitions separating you from the nail tech. I came here for SNS and a pedicure. I will say the pedicure was very relaxing, the woman took her time and gave me a nice pedicure. However I was so upset at the SNS nail job. They were so bumpy and thick, I was embarrassed to show my nails. When I mentioned it the woman blamed it on my nails but yet when I went somewhere else a WEEK later(that bad) the woman did a wonderful job! She fixed one of the worse nail jobs I've ever had. After speaking with the manager and being told her manicurist knew what she was doing as to imply I'm am lying about being dissatisfied, it will never return to this establishment nor will I recommend it to friends or family. I sat in my chair and soaked my feet then the girl doing my Manicure gets the bowl and fills it with the water from my feet then puts my hands in it!!I don't think that is sanitary! I always go to get pedicures here. The last couple of times I was supposed to receive a 10 minute massage as part of my pedicure instead, I received the technician texting on her phone the whole time or they would just do it for less than half the time that they were supposed to. I went in today to give them one last chance and requested from the receptionist that the technician please do the massage for the the full length of the 10 minutes and please have them focus on the massage and not their phones. This will definitely be my last time going there. During today's experience there was a cockroach on the floor and they killed it (not successfully) and left it there. It started moving two more times. I didn't even ask them to kill it, they could have taken it outside but instead they just proceeded to stomp on it two more times and just left the remains. Then, the nail technician was laughing with her co-workers at my discomfort. When I spoke to the manager she was horrified at the way her employees had acted and apologized, she also comped the service but the treatment I received, the continuous mockery from the technicians, and the complete lack of attentiveness and neglect is the reason I will not be returning. read more

I asked what the music playing was about, one of the ladies said that one customer complained about Christian music so it got changed to this genre of music. I've been coming to this salon since they opened and was ok with the service but throughout the years they're nail service has diminished How many times must I ask Vicky for a manicure BEFORE she starts on my nails, and she repeatedly just uses the drill to remove the cuticle. What part of, I want a full manicure did you not get? I even told her I would pay extra for it. And no manicure, so I stopped tipping. I found a new nail place. I got a fill and a pedi the other day and walked out paying $90 and then the tip of course! The thing about this place is every time I've gone I end up going back 3 days later cause a nail broke or one came off completely. I went back today actually to get a nail fixed that had completely come off and by this evening the nail has already broken on the side.... I probably won't be going back Unfortunate... I had an appointment at 6 pm last Friday, they were super busy, I was called 45 min after my appointment time, the girl said she can't do what I asked for and someone else will come to do what I want, I waited for another 45 min before I went to ask the girl at the front desk to get me someone just to take off my gel which shouldn't take more than 10 min, she said sorry we don't have anyone who can help now, I ended up leaving at 8 pm without getting any service done. While the front desk isn't always the best reception or seem to know what's going on...it's all up hill from there. (Would have given 5 stars if not for this.) I've been lucky enough to have my hands and feet pampered by Leann! She was thorough and asked good questions regarding my preferences. Her finish work is what made me most happy. When a technician clips a small piece of skin rather than blend it in with cuticle oil, I'm very pleased. I've been back since and wouldn't you know it, her pedicure is out of this world. Do yourself a favor and ask for Leann and tell her what water temp you prefer, massage pressure, all the particulars. I got a full set last week and broke one nail, I went in and waited at least 30 minutes for someone to get started on my nail. she didn't ask me if it was acrylic or sns she just started with the powder and asked me what color like I would remember the exact color number from a week ago? I think I've finally found my ultimate favorite nail salon!! Came here after reading so many good reviews and seeing so many beautiful decisions on Yelp. I made appointment with Dorothy on Thursday at 5 pm and I was basically seated right away. I was very surprised to see how busy the place was but the vibe was pretty chill. It was my first time trying SNA nails and I actually really like it so far(welllll.. it's been like three hours lol) Dorothy is amazing. She is very skilled and really took her time doing every details. I love the marble decision she did for me. Walked out of here fuming at the service I received. Lee did my SNS & Evon did my pedicure. It was my first time so I didn't know who to request. I arrived 45 mins earlier than my appointment and got seated right away (yay). Lee overall did a good job on the nails. She seemed annoyed when I asked for a manicure beforehand. She seemed in a hurry so because of that she was being extremely rough. I asked her to please be gentle and she did for a while then kept being rough. I had clear polish on so as she was taking it off she was also rubbing the cotton ball on her fingernails (yuck) it looked like she had stubborn glitter polish she couldn't get off on the tips of her nails. Evon did an okay job on my pedicure. However, she wouldn't let me get up to go pick a polish color. I told her a light blue. Lee came back to show me one. I asked if there were any other options, she said no. I said that I didn't want that color so she brought back a dark blue. I asked if I could get up and go look for one she then made Evon go get me the nail samples they have. At this point I'm so over it because Lee kept trying to make me use the color she brought. The cherry on top was that I got sat in the chair right next to the restroom and somebody went number two so it smelled like feces for a good 5-10 mins. I understand this may seem like minor inconveniences but from the start I felt uncomfortable. This is probably the worst experience I've ever had at a nail salon. The reason for a 2 star rating is because the location was very nice & clean and it looked like they had very good people working there, I just got unlucky. I recognized Dorothy and Kevin from a previous salon I used to go to so I know they are good. I would like to add that the lady at the front desk was very nice and helpful when I asked for recommendations. Sadly, I don't think I will return. read more

I would never come here again. I came here for two years and the last time I came and got a pedicure the lady cut me and gave me an infection. I came into the salon to ask about my toe before heading to the doctors and they were extremely rude and said that the manager was in Vietnam and would not be back for a long time but that she would call me. There were no managers working? Isn't that illegal? Anyway, I went to the doctor and caught cellulitis from this salon! Thank goodness it wasn't MRSA. I anticipated a call after showing them my toe just for good customer service or some kind of loyalty or Heck for my 73 dollars back since I had to take antibiotics while breastfeeding my new baby and pay a doctor copay but guess customer service does not exist here ‍ I never called again I just won't be going back read more
