I provided the color codes/info and somehow that was ignored. My hair was orange. Told there was a cash discount, but that wasn't given. Styling was non-existent. More interested in using 2 hair dryers at the same time rather than actually styling the cut. The wash wasn't enjoyable and whatever was put in my hair left it a sticky mess.
