Great customer service! While walking past their storefront I noticed the great display of fresh empanadas and baked items in their showcase. The guys behind the counter were very personable and genuinely cared about making a sale. They were happy to help in making the big decisions on which empanadas to buy. They had so many savory choices and they were all clearly marked. As a to-go option, they will box up the food but they also have a pretty cool inside dining experience. If I could give them a one star review, I will do that without thinking. Me and my wife was sitting at the restaurant eating and before we left, I ask if I can get a little bit of hot water steam water for my bottles baby and the lady over there says no I ask why she said because I don't want to give it to you. I don't think she speaks English, but the other lady said the same thing bad attitude, disgraceful they need to be shame on their selves. My baby was screaming because he was hungry I offered also to pay for the hot water. She said no disgusting attitude. IDF memorabilia and greasy food: I ordered a beef empanada with cheese and chimichurri on top. I was looking forward to eating it but when I received it there was more grease than food making it hard to eat. I looked around the walls as I waited and started seeing a lot of politically far right items on the walls which was odd but the cherry on top was the IDF memorabilia on the walls. The IDF memorabilia completely took away my appetite so I just threw my plate of grease away at the nearest trash can. Bad vibes here. read more

Total came out to be like $12 for two empanadas which is pricy AF. It's a decent grab and go option but expensive for what it is. Service is meh. The inside is decked in Argentinian themed things including Messi lol The empanadas here are better than the ones in the food court area I'll give them that. Really disappointed with this place. I stopped in for a quick bite after some intense shopping. Argentinian empanadas are my favorite and it was not what I expected. First off, 1 empanada is $4. That's ridiculously expensive. I tried the ham & cheese (which is my favorite) and it was less than appetizing. It wasn't cheesy and the ham looked like mystery meat. Came in no line, man that took the order seemed upset I was translating order to my family instead of ordering right away. This is my second time here. My first time was not the best but not the worst either, it was okay, the food was great. However, my second time this Saturday was terrible, not with the food but with the employees, they just don't care to have 10 people waiting in line, you could tell they don't communicate with each other to prepare the orders accordingly (I worked at a cafeteria so I know how busy it can get). They took 20 minutes to make a coffee latte when one of them was just sitting down and the other one heating some empanadas up. Also, both my coffee and my moms were burning hot, I asked for a cup of ice and the lady laughed at me and said "it's a coffee, what do you expect?". Sorry, I had no idea a coffee has to be to that point where you can burn your mouth! I was simply asking for ice to make it colder but she said they had none, understandable.
