Got my new glasses and was quite happy for the first year. Full disclosure, the initial destruction of my glasses was my fault, letting my daughter get ahold of it. I took the frames and lens in and asked to purchase a replacement frame. Transaction was fine, new frames came in a week later and they reinstalled the lens. A couple days later began my current 2 and half month so far ordeal. While driving with the replacement glasses the frame snapped right around the lens. I took the frame in and asked the staff if there was a warranty on the frames, as they broke literally 2 days after I had recieved them. I was told yes, and they asked if they could send the lens into the lab to shave down the size a bit so it could fit into frames better. I said sure. It has been 2 and a half months since then and I still haven't gotten my glasses back. We've been calling the office pretty much once a week and have gotten responses that they had to follow up, they hadn't gotten a response from the lab, the lab wasn't releasing any of the orders for some unknown reason, that the optometrist needed to clear things up, that the lab has lost the package. The entire time the situation has been treated with a lack of urgency, with us needing to chase after them for updates. At this point I don't know if I'm ever going to recieve my glasses. And my old pair that's about 4 years old is falling apart
