I've bought prescribed glasses and frames at a reasonable price. The doctor is a professional in his trade. He and his staff are courteous.They have assorted brands of frames including designer frames and brands that are more affordable .They also have contact lenses and If you happen to break your glasses, the doctor tries his best to repair them, Ive done this a couple of times. Been coming here once a year since they just opened years back. I liked the fact it was so close to my house. the first couple years it was fine, the store was brand new and the optometrist seems to be sufficient for eye exams and getting lenses for my frames, yes, it is a very small store with very little selections on the frames so I always brought my own frames and only have them do my lenses. I stopped coming since Covid, and just started to go back last year. Now they been in business for a few years, the business hours became weird they don't open all days of the week which is inconvenient, the front desk person 2 out of 3 times is rude and customer service also went away, the optometrist always talks in a way as if the customer does not know anything, and he makes you feel bad if he can't make the frames fit well, oh it must be because your face is too wide the frames are too small, and he does a horrible job at adjusting your frames (been to so many optometries I know what I am talking about) this time he left my plastic frames on the warmer too long and melted the bridge of the frame and created an indent(I only noticed after I got home) , the frame did not fit me and when I asked him to adjust it, he says it's because my face is too wide the frames are too small ( I always have frames that are 54 in width, no other optometry had any issue adjusting my frames) without having to argue with him because I already know I will not go back again, I will just go to another optometry and have them adjust it ! And worse thing is realizing he damaged my frames but if I went back and show him what he did, he will not admit to it for sure just like he will blame the frames are too small when he can't adjust it to fit me comfortably. This is a small optometry looks like ran by husband and wife with very limited selection of frames and I don't like his know it all attitude and blaming and criticizing customer's appearance for something he could not do well. Will not return again! And do not recommend this place there are plenty of optometry around town. read more

I used to jump from doctor to doctor every year because I never found one I liked, but I have stuck with Dr. Liu for 2-3 years now! Which means, I really like him. He is very calm, takes his time, and is very thorough. All my questions get answered and I always come out satisfied. Highly recommended both in service and price. I went to renew my contact lens prescription and made an appointment within 1.5 hours of calling. Was seen very promptly and had a short test, the doctor was very friendly. I paid $75 for the prescription and also received a free test pair of the newest Acuve lenses, these babies are comfortable! Customer service here is great! This was my 2nd visit and I needed an eye exam asap to replace my glasses. I started noticing some changes in my vision and Dr. Liu gave me a new prescription to help me see clearer. I had a retina exam and Dr Liu explained the anatomy of my eye and how I can take good care of my health to protect my eyes. Dr. Liu performed the most detail and careful eye exam I have been through so far. I was truly surprised. Unlike other doctors I had that runs patient through the exam machine and just double check manually very briefly, Dr. Liu took the time to make sure the exam reading is really right for me. He also factor in my daily usage (ie. Long hours of working time with computer) to adjust the diopter that successfully reduced the tiredness that have been bothering me for a while. What a great fuss-free experience! I needed to get my contacts updated so I dropped in the other day for a quick check-up. Very straightforward office visit paired with exceptionally attentive/detailed service by both Dr. Liu and the lady at the front desk. They helped me optimize my contacts prescription and understand more about preventing my vision from worsening. Went in for my first appointment with Dr. Liu. He was incredibly thorough and tested so many things for my eye health. So patient and explains everything so I understand. He identified something about my eye health that was critical that my old optometrist had not. Additionally, he put in the most effort to identify the correct prescription for me, having me try on the contacts and re-testing the effectiveness. He also helps you find the least expensive source for your contacts or medication and recommends the right brand for you.
