The last trip here, the DJ played "teach me how to dougie" which is a beat I have yet to hear in Chicago and I do not know why. This place erupted. The time before was apparently Elvis impersonator night. Oh yes, the last friday, and sometimes Saturday, of every month features an Elvis impersonator who drinks as much if not more that Elvis did while belting out some serious tunes. Incredible sauce. Not overly spicy as some places think that's the way Cajun is supposed to be... hot. It was silky and rich, and oh the flavor. So good! The drinks we had were excellent also.
