Arigatto Sushi was a pleasant surprise from the moment I walked in. From the outside, it looks like a fairly small restaurant, but once you're inside, the space opens up in a way you don't expect. It feels much larger than it appears, and the layout is really well done. I also liked how the restaurant manages to feel open while still giving each table a sense of privacy. Even with other diners around, it never felt crowded or too exposed, which made the whole experience more comfortable. The lighting is on the dimmer side, and I actually appreciated that. Service was quick and fast. If you need a quick dinner for a weekend night this spot is it. They only had about 5-6 table entire time including our table when we dinned on a Saturday around 7pm. It is a little off putting but food was decent. We dinned in for AYCE, currently $40 per person on weekends as of 5/16/2026. Pretty cheap for AYCE if you like your typical sushi nigiri or classic rolls this spot shouldn't be an issue. I personally thought the selection was a bit limited. Also sashimi isn't unlimited, it's limited to 1 order per person (2 pieces each order). Salmon Collar was fried to perfection and actually has a ton of meat, sadly it was limited 1 per table (we were party of 4). Pink Lady -spicy albacore was great but too much imitation crab which added too much mayonnaise flavor to the roll. read more

Came here on a whim with the fam tonight and found this place on yelp! Doesn't look like much on the outside, but the inside instantly intrigued me! It's really cool how it's set up inside, definitely a hole in the wall. Ya can tell that locals come here and it was such a super chill vibe which is exactly what we wanted. It was busy enough but with good service for only having 2 people on the floor. We loved the food and the quality of fish was great! Ya can't beat $40/pp for AYCE sushi! Arigatto sushi is a very confusing place to me. Nothing makes me more excited than going to a new sushi restaurant or trying a new item of roll that I've never had before. Moving to the area I've been dying to find a new go to quality sushi place and from the amount of reviews and high ratings that people have given to this place I thought this would be a great starting point in the area. When we arrived excitedly and the first thing we were told was that unfortunately their liquor license was suspended at the moment. Which in itself says a lot, but despite this we decided to stay. We were seated promptly as there were only two other tables occupied. As we walked to our table I did notice that there was a lot of seating and area's that were not being used and trash cans out in the open. We were sat and decided to try the AYCE so that I could try a variety of items. The first thing that I noticed was that their Nigiri and Maki were a bit underwhelming. The pieces were tiny with little rice and I could tell that the fish wasn't fresh but it still looked okay. I also ordered masago, and they brought salmon roe instead. I kindly let the server know and they did bring the correct item which i appreciated. I wish that i used more caution when I noticed that the fish wasn't clearly fresh because not even halfway through our dinner I could tell that it was not agreeing with my stomach. I will spare the next details, but needless to say we promptly paid the check and returned home where I continue to pay for our choice of restaurant. I honestly feel this place has so many reviews because it's right next to a hand full of motels and Senior living apartments. But it honestly surprised me that people say they love this place. Maybe it was once the hot spot in town, but I think they need to reevaluate their standards. Ultimately it would take a lot for me to consider going back here again. read more

Let me start with we LOVE this place. We've been coming here since it was Joes. This place is EXTREMELY understaffed. We're here on a Friday night. 3 of us. AYCE. The wait for food was long, our orders were shorted, (for example, we ordered 5 orders of salmon nigiri and only got 3) this happened with all our nigiri's. Some items we never got and some items we got and never ordered. We waited for our paper back and just gave up on going a second round. I came here for the ayce lunch and felt that it was just okay. I wish there were more sushi options, as I think there were only a handful of choices for sushi. I appreciate the rice to sushi ratio and the freshness of the fish as well. The rest of the ayce menu was 80% rolls, which were mostly filled with imitation crab. I do feel that the price point matched the lack of variety and since there aren't many ayce sushi places in the area, this could be a okay place to go if you don't want to drive far. Went there yesterday with the family and had a bad experience. To begin with there was no AC it got very stuffy in there pretty quickly, then my brother in law and I both did all you can eat and on the second round the waitress came over and asked us if we were sure that we wanted all the items that we selected because it was a lot of food. Regardless we understand we're going to get charged for any leftovers, it's not our first rodeo. Then on top of all that the chef would not stop staring at our table almost as if he was monitoring our eating, it made us feel very uncomfortable like we were being watched. We ordered the volcano roll and the flavor was just not there we kindly asked the waiter if they can take it off our bill because we didn't like it and we only tried two pieces (one for myself, one for my friend) the waiter was very kind and said that he didn't have authority to take food items off tabs so he asked the manager who was behind the sushi maker table and told him no that we cannot take it off because it is not part of the "all you can eat" but it's very unfortunate that this is the only reason. We used to love this place but the past 3-4 times that we went (and who knows how many more because we didn't check each time), we would leave cash tip but then the owner would charge additional tip on the credit card. I went back and forth between 3 and 4 stars because the food was good but the service was menu standards were mediocre. But ultimately I would come back again so 4 stars it is. Pros: The fish tasted fresh. Some flavors were better than others but that's always personal preference. (One thing we did agree on was the crab meat mix was very sweet which overpowered some dishes) It's a little on the expensive side but everything we ate was pretty good. The interior was clean and tidy. Cons: BIGGEST GRIPE you can only order ONE order (2 pieces) of sashimi per person for your WHOLE MEAL! Absolutely insane that even with AYCE it's just one order of two pieces per person. Same goes for their premium sushi - you can only order one order for the whole meal. They also limit the number of sushi you can order per round but that at least makes more sense to me. They keep raising the price of AYCE and lowering the amounts you can get. Disappointing. Also I'm not sure if they are just understaffed often or that's the norm but the last 2 times I've been there wait staff doesn't really check in on you. We had to flag someone down if we needed more drinks or wasabi and after we ordered our second round we never saw someone to grab for 45 minutes so we finally just gave up and asked for the check to leave. read more

First time here it was fabulous. The second time here? Not so good. First off, between all three of us, we looked at each other trying to decipher what the hell the waiter was saying. Three attempts later after we finally figured out he was trying to say "all you can eat" to which we said no, "a la carte" please. You'll get appetizers, sushi, sushi rolls, baked tempura rolls, salad, and special rolls. No sashimi, no rice rolls, or premium sushi for AYCE lunch. You can get it for $10 more. Service: Our server that day was extremely efficient and gave us a five-star treatment. Our water was always filled, and plates were removed promptly. Love this place! It's my go to for AYCE sushi because the quality for the price is just unmatched. I love doing the dinner menu for AYCE, although it's a bit pricier, the extra items are just so good. We started coming here about a year ago and fell in love with their salmon collar! I believe it's only one per table now since salmon collar has been harder to find (that's what we've been told). The dinner menu sashimi are also really good and fresh, I especially love the raw shrimp and scallops. The chef is Korean but he is SO nice and always very welcoming despite the language barrier. (The waiters do speak english though so don't worry!) Service is always really good and if there's ever something wrong, they're always quick to fix it. I was surprised when the staff acted extremely rude I don't know if they were having a bad day or what. I kept a positive vibe but their demeanor didn't change. After I ordered a roll, I watched as the sushi chef wiped his boogers on his hand while giving me eye contact. He didn't cough again after we received our food. One of the two was not very friendly. She was not very smiley or interactive. A thank you was never received with a you're welcome or a word of any kind. I'm sad to say that I had to revisit my yelp review for an update.. I usually don't write 1 star review but I need to prevent others from coming here. I was literally here three months ago and had a great experience. Tonight was the end of it and I don't think I'll come back anymore. At what point as a business owner look into cutting cost? Especially for sushi.. Last night the 4 of us did AYCE. As soon as we provided our orders less than 2 mins, our 12 orders of salmon came out to our table. Ok, weird must have had them pre cut, whatever right. Salmon was super fishy and it seemed as if they threw in some what quality ones with some that look skeptical in their color and taste.. We ordered scallop and it tasted pretty bad. I ordered a baked scallop and to my surprise it had some cold pieces. Overall, the quality has just went downhill. Everything else we ordered from other pieces or rolls just didn't leave much of an impression last night. On top of that my stomach has been questionable all night. read more
