Amazing place! We got great customer service and prices from the 2 gentlemen working there. We had an odd last interaction with a lady which left a bad taste in our mouth. For context, we bought a gift for my mom and were looking to get a different box as the first one that was given to us wasn't what we were looking for. We were, of course, willing to pay extra for the box too. The 2 gentleman there were so helpful and courteous and gave us another box free of charge but a lady standing by made a snarky comment that didn't make us feel great walking out. Took my husband's wedding band to resize and repair (again) here, was very anxious about the workmanship but considering that it's an entire jewelry mart; they should be thorough with their work. I took it in at 1:40pm and they said it'll take minimum of 2 hours, which was very fair but I gave them 3 hours to be more thorough. Once I went to go pick up the ring I saw all the scratches that the previous jeweler bombed on completely gone, they did add more gold and dipped it in white gold. I knew by looking at it that I couldn't afford it. Fehmi and I worked over the numbers, comparing them to other rings and other quotes I had gotten..
