My dad has been wanting to try Ariola Foods after the great reviews and the history of how long it's been opened. I went on Friday as I was in the area during their open hours. The location is conveniently located right off 110. The bakery has a private parking lot. There is a storefront with baked goods ready to buy and they also do a lot of whole sale. I was greeted by Eva. I asked her for her recommendations as it was my first time there and she did not disappoint. I purchased half a pound of cookies and half a pound of pastries - they were all delicious. Eva was super kind and had great customer service. You can tell she builds relationships with her customers. The bakery had a few chairs and tables but it was simple. Definitely more of a to go place. Highly recommend Ariola Foods. Great bakery in an industrial part of Farmingdale off RT 110. They have a small retail store open to the public but the majority of their business is wholesale to restaurants. The quality of their products is very good my favorite is their super crunchy Sfogliatelle. . Since the commercial bakery is basically in operation 24/7 everything I've ever ordered was very fresh. I went to Ariola bakery in Farmingdale NY on a recommendation. There is parking on the side of the blue building by the American and Italian Flags, along with a few handicap spots. It is a main level entrance with a cute statuette of a baker at the door , a write up framed from LI BUSINESS on the wall and a chalkboard menu with prices.it also. It's: they are not a nut or Gluten free environment. Also Note: that they are not currently hiring at this time. Hava took care of me. I was told that they have the best cannolis. I bought a few chocolate filled cups and interesting pistachio biscotti. Dingbat me I didn't realize I'd not ordered their trade mark item, till I opened the box at home. I was in the area and decided to stop in. I heard many great stories about this bakery. I purchased many pastries. They were stuffed to the brim and so delicious! Out of this world!!! The St. Joseph pastries and the other pastries were like I ate years ago from my old neighborhood Brooklyn bakeries. I also purchased Italian cookies that were so good. The nutty Italian cookies were delicious!! Their seeded Italian bread was awesome. Nice and crunchy. I wish I lived in the neighborhood near Farmingdale. I'd be there more often. So I just randomly typed in best cannolis on Long Island, and Ariola's What's the first of popped up , The location is in Farmingdale, but in the industrialized area off the main road, you can't miss the building it's painted in blue plenty of parking in the side , and beyond the gate of the building,, the line was long, but it went very quickly and talking to the people who were many repeat customers. I've said that everything in this bakery taste is great. Service was good, and you won't be disappointed,, And I must admit, they were right,, judging by the size of the building, they probably service a lot of their breads and baked goods to the local restaurants, Diner's, Cafe's, and Deli's,, nice selection of traditional Italian, American. Pastries and cookies,, the staff was very helpful, and their cannolis yes were fantastic. Well worth the trip, Try the house creation "Brooklyn Bridge Pastry" .. A sponge cake filled with cannoli cream and sliced almonds & a cherry on top .. Family and I finished the whole thing .. Plus, they freshly fill their lobster tails .. Bakery is great but they Are NOT open on Sundays. Their website and answering machine state they are open 7 days but they aren't. I asked why don't they correct this and was told that they tried to change their website but couldn't. Still no reason why they can't change their answering machine! There aren't a lot of bakeries with such a great combination of quality and value. You can get an assortment of small pastries for variety, or larger ones if you have favorites, and they'll always be delicious without breaking the bank. Wish I lived closer to them. Highly recommended. read more

l can't say that the pastries aren't good because they are but they're not satisfying anymore because they're too small. When is this much inflation everyone has to suffer.
