I've been going to Dr. Solomovici and staff for around 2 years, and I never feel really scared or I feel like an idiot when I go over there, I just bring myself, and they'll take care of the rest. I know that sounds kind of ridiculous, like why would I be nervous to go to an eye appointment, but honestly, if you compare that to how you feel going to the dentist, or going to the doctor, one of the main differences is how the actual staff makes you feel, and sometimes that heavily dictates your perception of the particular practice, and Dr. Solomovici runs an amazing practice, and has a stellar supporting cast - the girls at the front are always friendly and happy to assist, and that should not go unnoticed. I'm very glad I literally live five minutes away from this place, so long as I don't change insurance, I'll be here for as long as I possibly can. Thanks, Woodside!

Mark spent a ton of time working with me to get the correct lenses and is now even tweaking reading vision so that I don't need to wear cheaters. I purchased my glasses here and within the first year, cracking of the lense showed along the outer…read moreportions. These are a polycarbonate material if I understood the technician correctly and this sometimes occurs but the tech said it was rare for cracking to occur. Those that know me, know I am almost anal about taking care of my things. Since it was less than 1 year since original purchase they agreed to replace the lenses. I walk out happy. Now just months later, it is again showing up. I called to discuss this and they wanted to replace like for like. I asked if they had the ability to replace the lenses with a more traditional safety glass type. This is where things fell apart. I feel doing the same thing and getting a similar result now for the second time made no sense. The tech couldn't answer my question on materials and said that I would get a call back from the manager. This was at 9:30 in the morning. Fast forward to noon and then later that day I called in, got only voicemail and no call back. Follow through, and attempting to find resolution apparently is not on their business plan.
