Our puppy was in great condition, no matting at all just a lot of hair that need to be obviously cut down including nails. When making the appt it was very easy and quick, I do give them a star for that. But when it did come to appt time she called 4 times to tell me she was running behind, that it was going to take her a little longer because of traffic. Ummm it does not take 2 1.2 hours to get from Pomona to chino hills area. However, they took almost 4 hours grooming our puppy, which was a little concerning. Once handed back to us, it was not remotely close to the cut we wanted. Our puppy who is very friendly and out going, was very timid once handed back. I did notice that they were watching YouTube videos on how to groom dogs when they arrived, which was a big red flag but we continued anyway which was our mistake. When they did the ear hair plucking, they did it completely incorrect. Our puppy ended up in pain for almost a whole week and took a whole month to fully heal. Her inner ears were so red and bloody. We had to deal with her having an infection and constantly needing to clean pus from her ears. Needless to say we never booked again. We did find a new, professional dog groomer and she loved it! They did amazing. Will definitely give that info to anyone who may need it :)
