I had a very good experience with Aussie Pet Mobile. After being cancelled on twice by two other mobile groomers I was losing hope. I called Aussie and they had a opening available the next day (I think a cancellation) Daisy was our groomer and she was on time, actually she was early, which was great. This was my puppy's first groom and Daisy explained everything to me of how it works and also let know that she would only do what my puppy aloud being it's her first time because she said she didn't want to traumatize her and I was ok with that. Surprisingly Nala did amazing and Daisy was able to groom her throughly. Daisy was very patient with Nala, because she's a puppy she's not use to people and she took to Daisy right away. I was shocked! It usually takes Nala awhile to warm up to people. All and all I had a great experience and I definitely will use them again. read more

I have used this company for nearly 3 years and I really liked them. We use to use Gina and then started using Daisy. Last Tuesday (7/16) I had an appointment that I scheduled 6 weeks ago with Daisy. She told me after she groomed my dog 6 weeks ago that she will put it on the books. I never got a confirmation and waited around. I contacted them and Ricardo told me there was no appointment for my dog. I schedule in advanced because I take care of my daughter who has severe medical problems and lots of appointments. He was able to offer me another appointment with daisy but it was 2 weeks out. This whole experience was unprofessional and I told Ricardo that's unacceptable and I was looking for a new dog groomer. He just said sorry and that's it. Business doesn't matter to them I guess, or losing a loyal customer. read more

They were responsive right away, showed up right on time, had a very clean and nice van, and you could tell they love dogs and wanted to help our scared Luna. No kennel, no other dogs, your appointment is as long as it takes to do the dog rather than other groomers who book multiple dogs at one time. I want to preface this by saying we are very weary when it comes to groomers. We lost our cocker spaniel, Ozzy, 1 year ago at a grooming salon due to neglect. The grooming salon over booked and our Ozzy was left unattended at a table where he fell or jump off and was strangled to death by the leash. Since then we could not bring ourselves to take our dogs to a grooming salon. We tried very hard to groom ourselves for the last year but our cocker, Levi, really needed a professional grooming. We thought the best thing would to try a mobile groomers so we can be close by in case of anything and hopefully give us more peace of mind. The scheduling was easy, the response time was fast and we were able to get him scheduled in 2 weeks later. The day came for his grooming appointment and we were so very nervous. Our Levi does not take to strangers very well. He is reactive dog so we were worried about him not allowing them to do their job so that was another concern we had. We were wrecks all morning. I still hold a lot of regret about what happened to Ozzy and I was doubting whether I was doing the right thing. If you know cocker spaniels you know they need grooming and although we were doing the best we can ourselves, it wasn't great. Levi needed a professional haircut and not the botched cut from his amateur dad, poor thing. We got a text when they arrived and we met Madison outside with her trainee. We walked Levi out and he was unsurprisingly nervous and barking up a storm at them but they were not concerned and very professional about it. They took the time to let Levi warm up to them. Madison was telling me about how she had a cocker spaniel of her own who was the same way and it made me feel better knowing that she understood that he was not barking because he's aggressive but because he's just nervous. We spoke about what we wanted for the haircut and all that. After he warmed up to them they let me put him in their tub. The van is nice and clean. Madison told me that she would call me if they needed anything at all and I felt comfortable enough to trust them with Levi. It was so great to know that I was right there close by. About an hour and a half later I got the call that he was done so we walk a few steps outside and there he was. He looked so much better and most of all, he looked happy. The price was very reasonable. Honestly, I wouldn't be able to put a price on how much better it was knowing that he was right outside and that he had their undivided attention. Unlike a lot of other grooming salons who keep them for 3-4 hours or more and they are in kennels for the most of the time when you're just waiting around for the call that they're ready. It took a lot for us to trust a new groomer again but I am glad that we did and I am sure Levi is too with his fresh cut! Madison did an amazing job. She was very kind and caring. Two chihuahuas needed bath, etc. One Terrier needed cut, etc. Terrier good. Chis did not smell clean. I let it go. She missed trimming some nails on smallest chi. Called several times. He said she would come back. After a month and a message, no response. Ended up taking dog to Vet for nail trim because they were touching her pad. Turns out her anal glands had not been expressed. Ended up with infection. Had to be on two rounds of antibiotics and then anal glands had to be flushed. Cost $210 plus tip and then on top of that approximately $350 for Vet. read more

Aussie Pet mobile took great care of my 2 german shepherds ! They got the de-shed treatment (if you have a big long haired dog it's a must!) usually when I get them groomed anywhere else they still have a lot of left over shedding and continue to shed at home. That was not the case with Aussie Pet Mobile ! I was incredibly impressed at the fact that they did not have any left over shedding after ! This was a major plus for me ! They did such a clean job and I took a look at their mobile vehicle and it was very well organized and clean and with great room inside. This was my third time using this company. This time they cut my dog's nail too short. She bled apparently and I wasn't told. Imagine my shock to see her nail like that. She also had blood on another paw which looked scraped. I paid $110 for their services. I spoke to the owner and was told it "wasn't a big deal" that it happens all the time. Ummm no it doesn't. Aussie was hired to groom two Yorkies for the first time and I am giving 1 star for showing up on time. Daisy was the groomer who was inexperienced to say the least. First prob was she claimed to be done with full grooming within 2 hours including wash, dry, cut, and toenails trimmed. I knew it was bad After receiving both dogs back I was shocked and disappointed. It appeared she only gave them a proper bath and did not appear to have cut the dogs hair anywhere other than the face. The butt, feet, pads, ears, underbelly we're all missed on both dogs. What she did cut had no precision at all and appears as if I groomed these dogs. I reached out to Aussie who promptly sent another groomer over the next day, however she was rushed and just wanted to touch up the dogs at my direction wth instead of full groom as paid previously paid. I haven't been this impressed with a groomer in decades. I have large dogs, a German Shepard and an Anatolian Shepard, hundred pound dogs with aLOT of fur. Ricardo showed unfazed by their size, he said how he is used to working with large dogs often, and his confidence gave them instant trust. We had 2 grooms with Saylor. She rushed through both grooms and my puppy was not complete either time. She wasn't very friendly with me or my pup and not sure my pup really took to her. I could hear her howling from the van the whole hour she was out there. I was supposed to have our 3rd grooming this Sat but when I texted to confirm they had no appt for me. I was standing there when the groomer put it in and I put it in my calendar. But when I texted the groomer this morning she stated that she doesn't actually make the appts she just looks for openings and the office makes the appt. Whichever it is, no one knows what happened and the groomer didn't seem to care and she didn't even apologize. Just said the office would take care of it. Unfortunately, the company is not professional when it comes to scheduling. I referred my friend to them after he moved from the Bay Area, and they confirmed with him that he was booked however when his appointment day came, the owner stated "he forgot to book the appointment". This was not helpful at all because schedules were changed and meetings were moved around. I also had an appointment scheduled for my dog at 11:00 am and I too rearranged my schedule however they did not show until 11:30 am. When I asked if we would be accommodated for them being 30 minutes late, the owner stated appointment times are just estimates and they could show up early or late to scheduled appointment time. This is not professional nor does it show any mindfulness to their customers. Very disappointed and now have to look for a more reliable groomer. read more
