I only wrote review because this has occured at your store multiple times and it seems like your store is just trying to make money bc everytime I go to another ups store they take item and dont say oh sorry you need to buy this so this appears to be a issue only with your location vs other ups stores. Just frustrating I have to drive to other UPS stores to do my returns vs yours. I visited this FedEx location for the first time earlier this week on Tuesday, 4/28 at around 7:00…read morePM for the first time. At first, I couldn't tell why there were so many negative Yelp reviews, but quickly understood why. When I walked in, there were no other customers, yet I wasn't greeted.. which I mean is fine, not a big deal. I had a simple package drop-off that just needed to be scanned. Typically, I prefer staff to assist with scanning and printing a receipt just in case I mess something up on my end. However, despite the store being empty, the staff member looked at me and asked if I could do them a favor and scan the package myself and pointed at the self drop off. Unfortunately, that didn't sit well with me. I don't mind doing it myself, and thankfully, it wasn't difficult, but I didn't come in just to be automatically dismissed, and not really receive much assistance at all. When I left, there was no friendly good bye or anything as well. I left with a bad taste in my mouth, and unfortunately, I will not be back. FedEx, I think you can do better.
