Thanks to their self-service drop-off, was able to slip in and out of the store without interacting anyone (love that). The kiosk allows you to either print your receipt or email it, not both (wish it could do both). Ample parking in the front of the store. read more

I'm starting off with saying how Amazing the store supervisor Mark is. His patience, service, and knowledge is superior. I stoped by the store to print a label and ship out a package. Mark made the process so fast and convenient. As I was almost done with my transaction mark was multitasking and also helping another customer with scanning and printing, me being the nosy human I am I inquired about some photos I wanted to scan and have sent as a PDF file. Mark again very helpful and full of correct information and prices. I ran to my car to grab those photos to scan, as I worked on my next transaction mark was so helpful making sure it was all done correctly and efficient. I completed my business so I paid and thanked Mark for being so helpful. I seemed like he was the only one in the store helping multiple people, I'm sure it's a lot of work and I'm sure help is always needed but I can honestly say he handled all customers in order and with a smile. I was totally impressed. What topped my visit, as I arrived home I realized I did not have my wallet with me. I immediately went into panic mode and started to google the locations phone number. As I'm doing that I get an email notification from Mark stating I left my wallet on the counter and it's in his possession. I am so glad I had given him my email to send the photos I was scanning. It's employees like Mark that are fast thinkers, honest, and committed to their jobs. I emailed and called, Mark said it's in his hands and he will hold it as long as I needed. Came in about 45 minutes before closing with a stack of different-sized documents to copy. The store manager, Mark, was incredible- he came right over, got me set up, and answered questions in a super efficient way. Because of him, I was able to fly through everything stress-free. Worst experience every time I come here. Unfortunately, it's the closest one to me. The women here in particular are extremely rude and unhelpful. They seem to get upset or irritated when you ask for basic help and irritated as they have to walk you through any instructions. I see other reviews on here that are similar but I highly encourage management to remind these women they chose to work in customer service. This is the easiest way to lose business. I also want to add that I've seen one of the woman be on her phone every time I come in including as she's helping me at the counter. Just seems really odd overall. read more

Came in here in a good mood and on 3 hours of sleep working graveyard on thanksgiving (but that's not my point) ... I was still in a good mood until I realized the vibe in here. Noticed they were a bit standoffish. I ordered special labels. People print things for many reasons. It's my sisters baby shower! I asked for service to make sure it was done right. I'm not a professional "printer" or anything but I do have the common sense to run a test and look at the dimensions and see if it's right. Again I don't know... but I'd think they would ask me questions and work with me to make sure it's all done right. No care or compassion to serve customers right. Now I gotta cut 100 labels by hand!!! Because the other original labels were precut. :( Damn... I hope next time someone comes up and ask for help you guys take the consideration of how something so simple "to print" can mean a whole lot to a person... a funeral... baby shower... wedding... Tips: Do a test print Ask what it's for (maybe you can understand the importance) Ask about how the customer would like it to look or their expectorations. This FedEx location is such an amazing place. The parking is tight and you have to fight to get back onto PCH, but the service and staff and second to none! Jacky is the most helpful FedEx employee I've ever met and it's because of her that I am a recurring customer. I print at FedEx multiple times a month and the only time I don't utilize this store is when they're closed (and the Bellflower store is open. Comparatively, the Bellflower store is more spacious but their employees aren't as kind. Especially Mercy, a Bellflower FedEx employee. She's literally the worst at her job). Absolutely the worst. You're better off buying a bunch of shipping supplies and doing everything yourself at home. Useless, lazy low tier service. Will not help you find the most efficient options you may need. They only offer whatever is most convenient for them having you spend extra money you don't need to because they won't make an effort to help you find what you actually need. employees only care about getting you out quicker than you came in. Erik was the associate helping me. As soon as I found out the the brand of copier used was a Canon copier, I began to feel better. Then, when I met the associate that would help me, it was even better because I felt strongly that he knew what he was doing and would understand my request. I was not disappointed. He was very reassuring and I felt quite comfortable leaving the store with him in charge of completing the task to my satisfaction. When I returned to pick up the printed sheets, I was extremely pleased with the result. Erik was helpful, reassuring, and clearly knowledgeable about everything in the shop. I will definitely use this shop in the future and since I am now working from home, that may be more often than previously. The manager Marvin stole the item I was trying to ship out and sent an empty box instead. I went in looking for a box to ship my damaged phone to the insurance company to get it replaced, I was told by the insurance company that any fedex store would be able to print my label since I had lost the one they sent me so I went in to this store ( horrible mistake) I walk in and Marvin greets me. I ask for him to print my label And that I needed a box to ship it on (since I had lost the one I was provided with,) he said "I got you" took my damaged phone, went to the back by his desk to "box it" comes back with a sealed box ask me to sign and hands me a receipt, says "you're all set , have a good day" I'm thinking that was easy, such a great costumer service . I go home, after 10 days I get a letter from the cell insurance company saying they recived an empty box and they want the damaged phone, I call the store, I explain the situation and ask for a manager, I stayed in hold for at least 15 minutes till I hang up and call Back now they say there's no manager, I called every day and they justt took messages until I gave them a fake name and Marvin answers the phone.... I tell him the story and says he's gona look in to the cameras and call me back ( I have no idea is the same perso that "helped me") He calls back and says they didn't see anything and tells me he was the one that helped me that day, I ask where my phone is and he says he doesn't know what to tell me.... I call the fedex costume service so many times and it's a dead end, apparently fedex doesn't insure prepaid labels so they weren't responsible for the lost item. Anyway I had to buy a 1200$ cellphone to replace my broken one... don't trust thta guy Marvin, he obviously knows what he's doing and the rules to the Scheme he runs in that store, the blind camera spots etc. wrap your own packages also it's ridiculous how a huge company like fedex let's his employees get away with such a delinquent actions. As for me lesson learned, I'm never going back to that store read more

This place is such a convenient place for me to go print stuffs. Unfortunately, service was so bad I never wanna come back. I went there a few times to print and all of the times I was there, the machines are out of paper. Talked to the staffs and they made me wait 20 mins for them to reload the paper when it probably will only take them 2 mins to reload paper into the machine. Never coming back. Go to CopyCo instead. This location is great if you're in a rush. There usually isn't a wait for machines, and if there is the employees offer to do it for you which is really helpful. The manager at this location is very good, too. He use to manage the Glendale location and now runs this one. So far from each other! Things are always stocked, I.e, pens staples in stapler, rubber bands, all size FedEx boxes, paper clips, paper in the machines. It sounds so basic, but it really helps you get in and get out. Nobody is trying to spend their whole day at the Kinkos, am I right? Thanks for having such a ship shape store! read more
