I've been to the other locations but it was my first time at this location near Mall of GA. I love this location so much more! Much larger space with more room between tables. Food was a lot better here too. Our waiter was so nice and energetic, making the morning a lot livelier. She was fast and checked in regularly to make sure we were doing okay. The food here was a lot less salty than other locations, even the denver omelette which is harder to make less salty with the ham. Hash browns were so crispy! My toddler loved the kids menu french toast sticks. She usually leaves half her plate but she finished most of it here! She's a picky eater, so that's a great sign. read more

This is the third time I've visited this restaurant, and two out of those three visits they have been out of a featured item. Today, they were out of the nuts for the cinnamon pancakes, which was especially disappointing because that's the specific dish I brought my daughter here to try. This is not a reflection on the staff, as they have always been friendly and provide great service. The issue appears to be with inventory management. It's frustrating that before 9:00 a.m. a main ingredient for a featured menu item is already unavailable. What we ordered: -kids chocolate pancake w/ a side of chicken sausage (1 came in a side order) -hot chocolate -strawberry shortcake pancakes (2 in an order) w/ a side of bacon (3 pieces) -shrimp & grits bowl -a mimosa -strawberry lemonade alcoholic drink w/ tequila I feel like the food took a little while to come out, but it was so crowded that I'm not surprised, honestly. Everything was delicious. The pancakes were so fluffy, you a can taste the buttermilk. The chicken sausage was great & flavorful. The shrimp & grits (from how I was told) were flavorful and some of the best they've had. It's also great that they weren't swimming in sauce b/c most places will have it swimming in sauce and overpower the dish, but these were not. The service was quick once we got seated and our server was very nice. The only thing I would say is that the alcoholic cocktails tasted more like juice and the food is pricey (the pancakes should have came w/ a side for the price). I usually get a hot chai and it's always a bit unsatisfying. However, you can't go wrong with the food! Especially the pancakes! Service is a hit or miss. I always get great service at the bar here. The stalwarts being Jamie and Makayla who I believe have both been here since the operation opened roughly 1-1.5 years ago. I've been going to Snooze since my trips back to Denver and Boulder and always considered it one of the better breakfast chains. In Texas, once they moved into Dallas/Plano and Houston I always would enjoy great breakfasts and equally cool scenes there. The Atlanta/Suburban ATL crowd are far more tame than I'd argue the patrons out west, so there is less/not much of a bar scene. That said the same quality food, sauces and service are in order. I'm happy to note that this is the Snooze in the Atlanta metro I frequent the most! They have a great rewards program and often offer promos. These days when even going out for breakfast and brunch can get pricey it's nice to get something back for one's loyalty. read more
