The owner spent 20 minutes explaining my options and talking to me about the gun. He earned a customer for life. I have since bought several "items" all for MUCH less than anywhere else. Zero Stars If I Could - Blatant Profiling and Discrimination!…read more I am absolutely disgusted by how this store treats its customers. My husband went to this location yesterday (May 28, 2026) just to buy bird seeds and bird cages. Instead of being treated like a valued customer, he was immediately targeted and followed around the entire store by a security guard who watched his every move as if he were trying to steal. The security guard even approached him and asked if he needed help--clearly using it as an excuse to monitor and intimidate him. My husband told him, "No, I'm fine," but the harassment didn't stop there. The guard actually followed him all the way to the register, as if he needed to be escorted out of the building. My husband left the store feeling incredibly uncomfortable. In our opinion, this was a blatant case of racial profiling because he is Latino. It is shameful that this company allows its security staff to discriminate against and harass people. We have spent a lot of money at this store over the years, but we will **never** step foot in here again. We are taking our business to Ace, where people are actually treated with respect. Avoid this store at all costs if your black or Latino unless you want to be profiled. Shame on management for allowing this behavior.
