Everyone in the store is always so nice and accommodating, I have had some lovely chats with the staff. My favorite tea in the Prickly Pear Black Tea. Tastes wonderful hot or iced. Not over flavored or artificial tasting like some flavored teas you may have tried elsewhere. A perfect blend. Try it you'll like it! A true Arizona gem. The only slight issue with the store is that it is in the heart of the touristy area of Old Town Scottsdale, so finding parking anywhere near the store can be a frustration at peak times. I wish they had a couple dedicated grab and go spots out front. P.S. Another thing I love about this place is you can pick out any of their teas and they will brew you a cup which you can get hot or iced to try before you buy.

We were steeped in pleasure as we sampled the different types and our olfactory senses were intrigued. The store was laid out well and super organized. I bought several bags including an earl grey with lavender, a few prickly pear blends, and an interesting hazelnut cookie black tea. Can't wait to try them all! Yes, the prices were a tad high, but that's to be expected in a "brew-tiful" specialty shop in a tourist area!

Today is #ThankYouThursday and I couldn't think of a better local business that I want to support and show some gratitude to than Twisted Bee Farms! Now we all know the important and crucial part that bees play into the environment so that goes without saying. Twisted Bee Farms is one of Arizona's best places for local honey. They have over thirty flavors of honey, they carry bee products (like honeycomb and bee pollen), and they even have edible flowers. I had ran across their booth at the eighth-annual Arizona Margarita Mojito Craft Beer Food Truck Festival (Yes, that's really the festival name) and I'm a fan now. You can go on their site and find out where they'll be popping up next. They're really big in the farmer's market scene! If you're a foodie, Twisted Bee Farms is not a place to miss. I recently put together one of those Instagram/TikTok butter boards and used their Raspberry & Habanero honey on it and wow! Amazing! I also bought their Carolina Reaper and that stuff, "makes my tongue sweat."

We found Twisted Bee Farms on Instagram and realized they had opened a brick and mortar about 6 weeks ago. Stopped by today and Yay!!! They had local bee pollen. And $10 cheaper for a similar size that we usually buy. So excited!!!! Can't wait to try their Honey and they are also going to have burritos, ( even vegan ones ) They also have smoothies and Açaí bowls. Can't wait to try it all!!!

The staff here are so kind it really made the experience of having to wait a bit so much better! The gentleman at the front door recommended a wine bar around the corner to wait at after we got on the list, which was a cute divey spot. The food was delicious, we loved the papaya salad so much, there were so many flavors of spicy and tangy, and the papaya itself was very refreshing. We had the Pad kee mao and Panang curry which were also delicious. For the chicken pad kee mao we requested it to be gluten free and they gave us the same rice noodles as the Pad Thai and a slightly different sauce which was so darn good! The chicken was very tender. When the Panang curry said it came with beef, I didn't know what to think but after a single bite I was a huge fan! So many flavors hit you at once and the beef was so incredible, it was falling part. I also ordered the savory cocktail option (I can't remember the name) which had cucumber vodka, fish sauce, mint, onion, and some other goodies, and wow! It changed my life. Highly highly recommend. Overall would definitely come back here, we were a walk in on a Saturday night and had an hour and a half wait to get in.

You can tell they put effort into sourcing good stuff, not just random shelf fillers. There's also a small seating area where you can grab a drink, sit back, and enjoy the music. The whole place feels relaxed and inviting, not rushed or overly trendy. If you're in the area or just someone who likes health-conscious shops with local flair, this place is worth stopping by. Walked in and was greeted by a worker and the numerous cute merchandise they have. So so many items to look at from candles, cookbooks, baggus, wine, candles, etc. I perused the store which had natural lighting coming through and was pretty empty for a Thursday morning. So many options, I had to tell myself only to buy 2 items. So many great wine options with notes attached to them with tasting notes, what to drink with, which as someone who is still a novice to wine, appreciated that. The nice worker even offered me some help and helped me narrow down to 2 wines. Walked out with a wine and the cutest tumbler! The wine (C.S.G) tasted incredible and fruity, which was perfect! Such a great shopping experience, I will most definitely be back to purchase gifts for friends/family or even a pick me up for myself.

Great outdoor seating considering it is a grocery store. Very clean & well maintained, both inside & out. The service deli was quick to help and we sampled a pasta salad that I'll buy upon next visit. Just bring a cooler bag, because it is Phoenix. Many, many moons ago, while working a high stress, low paying government position in the area,; I used to come here for lunch every nearly every day with coworkers and my supervisor. It was a little pricey, but you couldn't beat those big slices of warm pizza and the salad bar to go, not to mention the dessert. Not only was a a customer during their lunch hour, but I was also a customer that shopped for groceries there. The bakery was my favorite with the iced sugar cookies winning hands-down. The last time I was here was with my son in 2014 to get those sugar cookies mentioned above. So imagine my surprise when I am aggressively approached by two men, who I've never seen before in my life, but clearly work there, telling me that I've been trespassed from that store before and that I need to leave. I am utterly flabbergasted, floored, speechless. At this point, I had a basket full of groceries and I was waiting to be served at the bakery. Just like every other law abiding citizen, I ask what is going on and what are they talking about. Now, I am a relatively young female, unaccompanied in the store with a pretty severe case of CPTSD. Now, of course I do not expect these men to know this but grabbing my purse and other bagged items that I previously purchased, shoving them aggressively into the sides of my arms and shoulders all while saying things like " you know who you are" that I "have been trespassed here before" (untrue) they "have a right to refuse service and don't have to tell me anything" and I "know what I have done" and they "know what I am up to." while literally surrounding me and physically grabbing my car and shoving my things at me. Needless to say, I was severely triggered. In fact, they didn't even give me all of my stuff from my basket actually, maybe they did; I'm so traumatized by the whole thing that I don't even know. What I do know is that I've never stolen anything from AJ's in my entire life. I'm not a thief. In fact I won't even steal refills from Circle K because I feel like they will know. I have no idea who they have mistaken me for, perhaps no one . It would not surprise me if they just made some kind of judgment based off of my appearance. Never have I ever been in a situation like this before but I wanted to let everyone know how they treat people with zero explanation. H de my body tr free have a basket full of and I'm waiting to be served at the bakery.
