If you need a roof, Ark is the only way to go. A highly ethical and Christian-based company. Most roofing companies quote your job, then farm out the actual work to the lowest bidding subcontractor and they have no control over them and that's where the problems arise. Ark has 3 in-house roofing crews that are Ark employees so they have complete control over them. They start by putting down a 10' wide mesh fabric all around my house and over my front bay windows for protection. When they stripped off the old roof most of the debris fell onto the mesh for easy cleanup. They installed 9 color-coded roof exhaust vents and spray-painted the existing vents the same color. They installed two ridge vents to make the attic cooler. It was a one-day install from start to finish, which is amazing. They also installed Rhino Synthetic Underlament which is superior to felt as a secondary waterproofing layer. David Gonzalez our Ark Sales Advisor was on site and worked diligently with the roofing crew foreman Edgar to ensure that everything went well and make the job as painless for us as possible. David went above and beyond to give us the most respectful, professional, and excellent customer service. When they finished there wasn't a speck of trash in my yard. Then the entire crew walked around with magnets picking up nails. After the weekend Ark sent an inspector to check the roofer's work. He found one small mistake and repaired it. Then he used a larger wheeled magnet to search for nails, he found only 7. Ark was recommended to me by a neighbor and I'm extremely impressed and pleased with this company. I gave each crew member a cash tip before they started the job and put out a cooler full of ice and bottled water (which cost about $10) and some lawn chairs under the tree for their break time, as it is really hot out right now. Had a roof leak in come up on a roof purchased and installed through Ark Roofing. Everyone at the office is supper nice. Quality of product is good. Installation of roof flashing with a nail was overlooked. When requested a tech come out to take a look at the nail, a salesman was sent and bid the leak repair at over 7K for a job that should be under warranty. Per contract flashing was supposed to be replaced were needed. Request to Logan, Pete and Luke (super nice people) have been made, so damage would stop inside the house from the leaky roof. No one has come out to stop the leak. Leak is small and was reported in a timely manner, no one has come out to stop the leak causing damage. Pretty simple fix maybe an hour or two of a roofers time just wanted it fixed by who installed the roof. This is the house in Hutto I've been calling about for the past week. I'm not asking for water damage repair just the leak stopped so damages inside can be addressed. Ark roofing tech Pete came out Monday this week and found flashing with a nail in it and blamed it on the nail. Flashing and nail should have been replaced when roof was updated. Other concerns old flashing left in place and closures not secure. Situation is Ark roofing did replace flashing on chimney for an extra $600. Flashing per Ark contract was to replace flashing were needed. Flashing was not replaced at point of leak. Per Ark Contract - Install flashing as required. - A designated project manager will conduct regular quality checks on all installation Original Ark roof price was $15,160 and repair quoted by Ark is $7083. Ark should have addressed the flashing nail when roof was replaced as stated in contract. I could be missing something, so please let me know if Ark is going to honor the quality of instillation. read more

Luke with Ark Roofing came by and looked at the leaking problem I had with my flat roof over my screened in patio. Although relatively new, it was leaking where it was attached to my house roofing fascia and also on some of the 4-foot joints. He offered me several ways to fix it with two different costs. I elected to have it done the more expensive way and it turned out great. They actually removed the lowest 3 rows of shingles and put roll roofing on the main roof and rolled it down over the joint where it was leaking. They then roofed the whole roof with a self adhesive underlayment material and then put roll roofing on top of that. Then they went back and re-shingled the bottom 3 rows with new shingles. It looks great and best of all, it no longer leaks. It should have been done like this when it was installed when it was new. I feel Luke was knowledgeable about the right way to fix the roof and it was repaired the way I wanted it done. I highly recommend Ark Roofing if you are having roofing issues. read more

I've worked with Ark Roofer a couple times now. The first time I had a leak from my 2nd floor and I initially thought might be my roof. They came out, inspected my roof and didn't find any obvious problems related to the leak, but re-sealed a couple vent pipes "just in case" without charging me a thing for the whole trip (the issue ended up not being roof-related). A year or so later after a big hail storm that caused some damage in the neighborhood, I called them back out to inspect the roof and it ended up needing to be replaced. Tyler was really great to work with - they handled the whole job while I was out of town and my new roof & gutters look great! They also took care of some damage to the railing in front of my house and replaced a couple screens that got damaged as well. Ark Roofer took care of our hail damaged roof! They came out, spent a couple hours on the roof doing a thorough analysis. They sent the report and photos to my insurance company, and I was approved for a full replacement. Ark was very communicative throughout the process.
