Not a repair I can do from home on this truck so it was off to Yelp Projects to get a quote for service on a worst-case scenario repair. Mark from Mendo Motorz contacted me back and did just that. I spoke with him on the phone and we went over what I tried and what it might be, and I was satisfied enough to have my vehicle towed in that afternoon. Knowing that my business depends on my vehicle running, they verified my suspicions before closing and Mark let me know that it would take a couple hours to fix come morning. Sure enough, it was ready before noon the next day, and considering a fuel pump replacement on my F150 requires dropping the fuel tank to do, it was a very quick turn around! The quality of the work was superb and communication was excellent the whole way through. The price for parts and labor was also well below some of the other quotes I was given which was only icing the cake! There is a 12 month 12,000 mile warranty on parts and labor, but I'm sure it won't be an issue. Top notch garage. I would recommend them to anybody.

I was so stressed, I forgot his name sorry, I wanted to mention him too as he is apart of this outstanding team!! The price was outstanding!! I highly recommend this shop!! Firestone will never steal my money again. This is my new transmission shop. Y'all get your work done at Oj's you will not go wrong!! Peace out!!! Tracy D Mack an actual satisfied customer!!

The address Maps and Google will give you turns you down a cul-de-sac, but the garage is actually on the opposite side behind a massive church. I first found OJ's when I had my transmission serviced by another auto shop only to realize they just had my vehicle towed to OJ's for the work! This time I cut out the middle man and called OJ's directly. They had me scheduled quickly to come in the next day and worked around my schedule, surprisingly. Look, transmission work isn't cheap, but OJ's price was competitive and well worth the peace of mind you get knowing you've got experts handling the work. I wouldn't think twice about returning, but I am confident I won't need to for at least another hundred thousand miles!

She has her car towed to Chad Miller Auto Care and calls me to say she needs a new battery and is being quoted $645. I asked for a manager and was informed it was Chad himself I was talking to. I would NOT suggest this mechanic. He is unprofessional and perpetuates the negative stereotype of crooked mechanics preying on young women.

Mine has an oil leak at least 4 different places haven't been able to figure out. Chad's garage gave me some hope, but they were never able to fix it. I take pretty much all "guarantees" with a grain of salt. "Bring it back"...pffft why would I? You couldn't fix it the First time? More likely, I'll just be dumping more money in sonl you can "half fix it" a 2nd time. One mechanic even told my wife to "hit the dash when her A/C wasn't kicking on...AFTER they fixed it. GTFO... Really!? Cost wasn't exactly on the cheap side...maybe fair, but ONLY if they fix the problem. My impression is they had way more cars than they could handle and were trying to rush them outa there. Fair enough, but I will not be taking either of ours back. Fair warning to those that do.

When she tries to tell you this, she is told by the advisor that the people at AutoZone don't know anything. So, thinking you might make it right, she takes it back to you, for you to give her another estimate for another $1000.00 dollars to replace the rear heater core, something your first $3100.00 dollar estimate said you already replaced? When she asks about it, the responding text message says ,"Im sorry to hear that we will bring the car to the front for pickup". I don't even want to mention the fact that when asked about the upsale of the tune up, she declined, but the "repairs" were done anyway, and charged for, but i think that information is relevant to this cause. Also, how do you tell her you use only Mopar parts. "Dodge parts are more expensive, but that's what we use." and then give an estimate with aftermarket part numbers? I sure hope we don't have any trouble with the transmission in the future, as you had to remove it to change out a coolant hose. Lord only knows what excuse we'll get on that. All in all, I thought she finally found a place to trust with her vehicles, turns out we were way wrong! I do understand this was a moderately difficult job to do, and I do sympathize with that to an extent. I know what it is like to order parts and get them in damaged and have no control over that. The lack of professionalism and the feeling of her being taken advantage of is what I don't understand. Please enlighten me. Definitely don't recommend this place at all. If I could leave no stars I would. Don't bring your vehicle here, unless you want to buy everything twice and for twice what it should cost. To say all that, the job is paid for in full. But other than that, they do not get any more stars. After taking it to them, they charged me $100 for a diagnostic and told me they did not know what was wrong with my car. They said they would have to take it apart. I asked for how much, and he said he didn't know, but it was going to be between $3400-$4500. I broke down outside another auto shop because I couldn't afford that, and I had driven the car to that shop. But I came crawling back to them. They suggested I do the finance to pay for the car but I didn't want to do that. Anyways, he had his tow truck pick me up, and I was towed back to them. I'm thankful for the tow who brought me back. He had just got off work, and I appreciate him coming to my rescue. Shout out to him. I did wind up still towing it to another place, and I did have to pay the 100 tow fee. He made sure to let me know. I didn't mind paying it because the man worked after hours and he didn't have to. But it sucked that he didn't know what was wrong after the diagnostic. That's what it's for. I took it somewhere else and he told me everything and it's not even a transmission shop. Hmmmm...
