I spoke with him on the phone and we went over what I tried and what it might be, and I was satisfied enough to have my vehicle towed in that afternoon. Knowing that my business depends on my vehicle running, they verified my suspicions before closing and Mark let me know that it would take a couple hours to fix come morning. Sure enough, it was ready before noon the next day, and considering a fuel pump replacement on my F150 requires dropping the fuel tank to do, it was a very quick turn around! The quality of the work was superb and communication was excellent the whole way through. The price for parts and labor was also well below some of the other quotes I was given which was only icing the cake! There is a 12 month 12,000 mile warranty on parts and labor, but I'm sure it won't be an issue. Top notch garage. I would recommend them to anybody.

To my dismay and obvious frustration, the front struts were not Rough Country. Instead the driver side was a KYB brand and the passenger side was a Duralast. He also talked me into swapping out all four tires for smaller ones. Adding that he was positive tires were going to rub, there is nothing I can do now. All I know now, is that I found out what kind of man he is and what he does to trusty customers. He never put the truck on the lift to show the work that had been done. Well, luckily we just found that gem, Intune Mobil Mechanic. Wifey's car battery was DOA , and stuck inside our garage. Unfortunately, it's on the type of car that has the battery buried behind the air vent and other parts.
