I ask her to hand her phone to an employee, and when I asked why this is so expensive the employee raised their voice at me. I asked for a manager and was informed it was Chad himself I was talking to. I would NOT suggest this mechanic. He is unprofessional and perpetuates the negative stereotype of crooked mechanics preying on young women.

Mine has an oil leak at least 4 different places haven't been able to figure out. Chad's garage gave me some hope, but they were never able to fix it. I take pretty much all "guarantees" with a grain of salt. "Bring it back"...pffft why would I? You couldn't fix it the First time? More likely, I'll just be dumping more money in sonl you can "half fix it" a 2nd time. One mechanic even told my wife to "hit the dash when her A/C wasn't kicking on...AFTER they fixed it. GTFO... Really!? Cost wasn't exactly on the cheap side...maybe fair, but ONLY if they fix the problem. My impression is they had way more cars than they could handle and were trying to rush them outa there. Fair enough, but I will not be taking either of ours back. Fair warning to those that do.

With TKO I'd give them 1000 stars if possible. I'm very careful who I let open the hood on my car, but when I saw TKO's garage I knew they were the right group to work on my car. The shop is organized and super clean, but above everything, I trust them implicitly. Don't go to Craigslist and get a weasel working on you car, you'll likely end up with more repairs from knuckleheads who just want your money. To my dismay and obvious frustration, the front struts were not Rough Country. Instead the driver side was a KYB brand and the passenger side was a Duralast. He also talked me into swapping out all four tires for smaller ones. Adding that he was positive tires were going to rub, there is nothing I can do now. All I know now, is that I found out what kind of man he is and what he does to trusty customers. He never put the truck on the lift to show the work that had been done.
