I had no intention of buying anything in this store. Had no idea it even existed. I parked in front intending to go to Radio Shack across the street (which I also did) when my eye was drawn to a trashy little T-shirt hanging on a rack in front. Grabbed it and went inside the store and mentioned I might also be in the market for a sportcoat. That's when owner Claudia Wells went to work. She looked me up and down, asked how much I had to spend, then fit me with the coolest coat I've ever put on for a scant $170.00 (all-wool Italian). When I have more time, I'll come back and buy more, because Claudia sold me. Not only is she easy on the eyes -- she starred as Michael J. Fox's girlfriend in the first Back to the Future, for crying out loud! -- she's also a great saleswoman who seems to legitimately care. Plus the prices for the quality are a little bit astounding. Don't be fooled by the smaller size of this store. They have the most incredible, hand-picked collection of high-end clothing for men -- at prices that seem a little too low to be true. And, the staff knows exactly what they have in stock and what will fit you the moment you walk in. The lady working there checked me out as I walked in and immediately told me what clothes I should try on. She picked a pair of jeans and a jacket that were the BEST jeans and jacket I've ever had. I first walked into this store because it was near my therapist's office. While I no longer see my therapist, I find myself visiting Armani Wells about once a week instead and I've never been happier. I was very hesitant to Yelp about this because I think of Armani Wells as MY LITTLE SECRET and I really don't like to share. (That said, if you wear a men's 40R suit size I promise you they will never, ever have anything that fits you and if they do, it's either low quality and/or overpriced.) Seriously, I love this place and the deals are amazing. I found a Hugo Boss suit on sale for $40! It fit me like a glove and needed no alterations whatsoever. I got a $5000 Armani suit for $900. Those are two extreme examples. Generally you can always find a top designer suit that would normally run between $1200-2000 for $350-500. (They offer far more than suits but that's my clothing fetish.) Dress shirts, sportswear, shoes, they carry it all. I jokingly call this place a thrift store for millionaires. Everything is cleaned, pressed and ready to wear and often times the tags are still on the garments. Anything that is previously owned has no signs of wear whatsoever. If you enjoy wearing nice clothes but don't want to pay retail like a sucker, stop by and have fun shopping. If you don't have much flair for style, either Claudia or Sissi will help you pick out the perfect outfit. read more

As I was approaching, I was greeted by a beautiful Claudia who has one of the most enigmatic personalities I have ever met. We start chatting about life before we even mention anything about a wardrobe. Note: this is a review of the service only. I came into this store a few days ago after looking for a suit for an interview. Interestingly, I didn't buy anything, but I wanted to comment because I was really impressed with the service. Claudia is amazing. When I walked through the front door she was on the phone but instantly ended the call to follow me inside and offer some assistance. She carried herself very deliberately and professionally, stylishly-dressed, and articulate and knowledgeable. She didn't just sit and point to some suits, instead she was involved; she wanted to know what the occasion was and what was my price range (because she was willing to negotiate). Ultimately I walked out empty-handed, but only because my price range was unusually low (I had actually been looking in thrift shops). I did get a chance to peak at the prices, and I was impressed by how inexpensive some of the apparel was. It was so cool having the "personal shopper" experience; Claudia was with us and helping us every minute we were there.
