Staff is excellent and caring. They were very sensitive to my needs and always helped us get appointments based on our availability.

You're greeted with a smile at the front desk, the hygienist and assistants are very sweet and informative, & Dr. Tran is great.

4 stars because as a general rule I hate the dentist, as I think most people do. The staff was…read morefriendly and never one time made me feel bad about myself or anything of the sort. (I grind my teeth and clench my jaw in my sleep which has caused 2 of my back teeth to break) I set up a whole plan before I left to fix everything, teeth cleaning, cavities and repairing one broken tooth and the other being a wisdom tooth having it pulled, along with having a wisdom tooth surgically removed seeing as its growing in sideways. I'll start with when I called to make my appointment..your call goes to something like a 1-800 number and they deal with your booking an appointment. The lady I talked to was very friendly and made sure to get me an appointment that worked with my work schedule and didn't conflict with me picking up my son from daycare. Everyone was so nice and made me feel welcome. They were polite and explained everything they were going to do before it was done. Everything was thoroughly explained to me and then I was asked if I had any questions. I didn't feel rushed and never once was made to feel stupid if I had any questions. The office manager, Chris, which also deals with the financial side of your visit was amazing! He was nice and polite and very down to earth, but professional at the same time. We talked about our children because we both have boys. He made me feel comfortable and relaxed about the whole upcoming procedures which will take place in early December. One thing I loved about this place which is a rare find in Clarksville is that they conduct oral surgery in house, whereas other places you get a referral for an oral surgeon. They also offer financial aid and payment plans! Aspen dental changed the way I feel about a dentist office and although I'm not exactly looking forward to my procedure I'm not completely dreading it either.

The one star is for the good customer service voices but otherwise this place would be a zero. - I went in for an xray which should have been covered by my insurance and supposedly was. Then I put a down payment for some cavity work to be done a month later. Only to find out when I came in for the cavity work that my insurance supposedly didn't cover anything and they used my down payment for that appt. to pay off the first visit without telling me anything. The sketchy part, my coworker said they also tried charging him saying insurance didn't cover his x ray but thankfully he waited a little and saw that it did in fact cover. - skip to a few months ahead, I rebooked the appointment for cleaning and cavity, since I didn't have the money to do it last visit. As I went in to book the appointment and go over option plans it was shown my insurance actually did cover the appointment. What happened to the money for my down payment/ x rays- they couldn't give a clear answer to. Saying that it still went to paying off the X-rays but showing that insurance covered it and I got some of the down payment put back in my account?????? -I need the work done so I tried writing this off as a fluke but after making an appointment for early July I got a call saying we need to reschedule due to a worker needing the day off. Soonest I could get in was August. I work two full time jobs so I had to take the day off but was able to make it work. - come two hours before my August appointment they tell me my appointment had to be canceled again due to the dentist being sick. Earliest they could do was September first. January if I moved my cleaning appointment too. Needless to say I'm over it entirely, I don't know what's happening with my money/ insurance, when I could actually be seen, and now I'm out of a day of work for no reason. I can't even speak on the care quality because I haven't even been given the care. I've just been waiting and played with for the past four months. I get dentist are human too and things do come up but having to reschedule months out back to back on top of sketchy billing is to much. This place has a low rate for a reason.

He answered all my questions and did a great job cleaning my teeth. When I met with the dentist he was very kind and honest. I needed to have a filling or possible crown and he explained everything to me with options. When it came to getting the insurance stuff squared away the office manager was fabulous! I had a great experience. I was hesitant to come here based on all the bad reviews but my experience couldn't have been better. I recommend you give them a try.

AVOID AVOID AVOID. If I could leave negative stars I would... Stay away from this place…read more My 11 year old daughter went here for a pre-braces cleaning. She had a cleaning 3 months prior. We scheduled it with this place because they could get her in on short notice. We explained by phone we were interested in a cleaning because her braces were to be put on the following week. While filling out all the paperwork an assistant called her back without my wife knowing and immediately set her up to have X-ray taken (never let assistants take X-rays before the dentists looks at your teeth. There should be a reason for taking them not just cause it's "that time of year"). My wife went in the back and told them we were only there for a cleaning. When my daughter came out from her cleaning the assistant came out saying there were no cavities but they couldn't know more unless we had X-rays done. At our other dentist "the dentist" talks to you and tells you what they did, saw or didn't see. My daughter got in the car telling us the assistant that cleaned her teeth was very rough and when she told her she was hurting her the assistant replied "you should brush your teeth better". Shortly thereafter, during the cleaning, she felt and heard a small pop. While feeling her teeth with her tongue in the car she felt a sharp edge on one of her front teeth. HER TOOTH WAS CHIPPED. At this point we were 2 miles down the road. Wife called to say we were on our way back and wanted to speak to the dentist when we got there. Once in the exam room the dentist came in and we explained our situation. His immediate reply was that he had seen the chip. Why they never mentioned this post cleaning and exam is odd??? He then went on to say her teeth had groves. I told him "feel the tooth, it is sharp". He went on alluding that the chip was there before we had got there. WELL since this was the first day of school I had taken a picture of her prior to walking in to class which I presented to the dentist on my iPhone and you could clearly see there was no chip. At that point he finally examined, felt the tooth and acknowledged there was a chip. Under his dentists light it was very clear to see. They offered to smooth it out, which we decline. So the question posed was "what can we do to make you happy?" My wife explained that the whole ordeal was very discouraging. I then explained the least they should do is refund us for the cleaning as I wasn't interested in paying them for chipping her tooth. They agreed to that, which didn't happened till the following day because their register had been closed out for the day, and told us there would be an all staff meeting concerning the issues. The next day when my wife went back for the refund she was asked to be seated. She sat for about 30 minutes at which time she went agin to the front desk where she was asked to come to a back room and was the interrogated by an office worker about proving through past dental X-rays that the tooth wasn't chipped prior. They also refused to tell us the dental assistants name at which time my wife pointed out that her "diploma/credentials" are supposed to be posted along with everyone else that works there that perform procedures on patients. Bottom line, save your time and money and find a more experienced and established outfit. These guys are just pumping out patience with little to no customer service. Perhaps if they dental assistant wasn't in such a hurry I wouldn't be writing this.

Dr. Webber and his assistant Crystal were wonderful - kind, patient, and incredibly informative of everything they were doing. In fact, is it strange to say I had fun and the biggest challenge was trying not to laugh during the procedure?? There's a great vibe throughout the entire office, and you can tell people really enjoy working there. Even the front desk gals were delightful to work with, as this was my first time going the self-pay route. Jordan walked me through everything and gave me tips on how to save as much money as possible. Thank you so much to the entire team!

I called Alliance Endodontics with a very simple question before scheduling a consultation that…read morewould cost nearly $200. I already have a crown on the tooth that may need a root canal, and I wanted to know whether, if the existing crown is in good condition and can be retained, their provider can permanently restore the access hole made through the crown after the root canal. I was told that they normally place a temporary filling and send patients back to their general dentist. I understood that, but that wasn't what I was asking. I wasn't asking anyone to determine over the phone whether my particular crown could be restored. I simply wanted to know whether permanent restoration of an existing crown is something their providers will do when clinically appropriate. I even asked if she could check with the provider. Instead of getting a simple answer such as, "Yes, we can do that if the crown is suitable," or "No, our office never does permanent restorations and always refers patients back to their dentist," I was told that it depends on the provider and my situation and that I would need to come in for a consultation. That's what I found frustrating. I completely understand needing an examination to determine whether my crown is suitable to keep. But I don't believe I should have to pay nearly $200 just to find out whether the provider offers the service I'm looking for in the first place. I ultimately decided not to schedule. The interaction left me feeling like getting me booked for a paid consultation was more important than simply finding out from the provider whether this was something they were willing to do.
