I would never recommend this place to someone. I first took my vehicle in a year ago for a repair, and since then it's been one new problem after another. Recently, I had a problem with my locks unlocking themselves, something that never happened until they changed my car battery. They took my door panel off to diagnose the issue, but they did not put the panel back on properly. After taking it back to get the panel fixed, they put it on incorrectly AGAIN and broke the panel. They then attempted to fix it with what looks like super glue, but since then the entire door panel has come apart and I can't open my door properly. Now I have a new issue that I have to pay for that was caused by them. If you want to damage your vehicle more, this is the place to go. read more

Armen runs a fantastic automotive mechanic shop. He cares about his customers and his mechanics do high quality work. I brought my auto in to have the windshield and a burned out brake light socket repaired, an oil change, and a general engine checkup. Armen scheduled me in the same day that I called. He was hospitable and let me wait in his office while the repairs were done. Armen is honest in his quotes and fair in his pricing. He gave me a clear inventory and explanation of work that my auto will need. I had a chance to approve all repairs before proceeding. Armen entered current work accomplished and recommendations for repairs into the BMW tracking system, but did not pressure me to push through any of the repairs immediately. I will certainly be returning to Armen's shop for any future repairs and highly recommend that you bring your BMW to Armen if it needs care. Beyond running an excellent shop, Armen thoroughly enjoys BMW design and is an expert on working with autos. While I was waiting, Armen showed me one of his recent projects. It is a beautifully executed rebuild of a BMW 7 Series. We also discussed some of the newer designs that he was working on for BMW lighting systems. I am impressed by the care, workmanship, and pride that Armen puts into his craft. You can tell that he enjoys fixing and improving designs. He is a true engineer. Took my 2009 BMW x5 4.8i in with Armen and Michael to do Tune up and other maintenance! When they gave me my estimate i was surprised i was getting the $Thousands of dollars in repairs like BMW dealerships do when you go in to get an oil change and tire rotation. None the less they were fast and efficient, they didn't dirty my interior like some other Mechanics do. They have the utmost best customer service and professionalism. Definately would come again!! Came here based on other reviews from Yelp and I was not steered wrong. They were servicing another car when I and came in but I was promptly greeted and asked about what brought me in. They looked at my car and within minutes were able to tell me what the problem was. Car was taken care of and ready to hit the road the next day at a reasonable price. Went there because of good reviews BUT .. this guy either not that knowledgeable about the cars or a big scammer! He recommended me to replace the part (saying that it's broke ) that had nothing to do with the issue, (in fact it would double my bill) .. I am glad that I went to different place for second opinion and fix it there ( oh btw , there was nothing wrong with the part, that Armen wanted to replace). I own an early production Euro E30 which needed mechanical attention. In the past, my vehicle has been a challenge to lesser mechanics because it doesn't follow the typical list of parts US vehicles track. Thankfully, Armen was very familiar with my vehicle, but more importantly, what parts were correct for it, and where to source them. He showed me the incorrect parts used by a prior mechanic that over time led to an engine rebuild. Now my Euro E30 runs as good as it looks, and I couldn't be happier. Eddy saved me! My car decided to overheat while i was only in town for the weekend. Saturday morning at 7:30 AM after calling 7 or eight different mechanics all of which told me that they would not able to fix the car and that no one else could because it was Saturday and at most they would just diagnose it and charge me for it . Eddy was the only one who said that he would be able to fix my car in time. He not only had available parts and replaced the cooling pump and thermostat in under 3 hrs but was very nice and helpful, honest and easy going to explain what was going on with the car. Additionally, they closed at 1pm but he stayed extra time to fix it and even Took a test drive after to make sure everything was perfect.Thank you so much!!! I first took my car here when it started over heating in May of 2015. I have a Lincoln ls but I was told they can fix any car but specialize in bmw's. They "fixed" my cars over heating problem by replacing my water pump and thermostat. I am sure glad they have a year warranty on all repairs because within the week my car was over heating again. After having it towed to Armen's I was told they forgot to attach a hose so all the coolant leaked out of my car all over the engine. They reattached the hose and added more coolant at no cost. My car still didn't run like it used to but I didn't have any major issues until a few months later when it started over heating again. I took it back to Armen, and after a diagnostic he informed me my radiator was blowed and I needed to pay closed to $1000 to have it replaced. I let him know I was not going to be letting him fix my car. I took it to get a second mechanic to get another opinion. One I've used before and relatively trust. He informed me I didn't not need a new radiator, I just needed to replace the reservoir because it had a small leak. Long story short, I wouldn't trust these guys. This is a place I wouldn't recommend to others. I am glad I went with my gut feeling and went with a more trustworthy mechanic. read more
