Everything I've had from here is good from the pizza to the wraps and subs. The New York and Brooklyn pies have perfect dough/crust. But my favorite has to be the DELICIOUS Grandma pie. Some good Some not so good. Pizza was good but I don't like the sweet sauce. Rather it tangy like Luigi's down the road. Wings crispy but again there is a sweetness to the sauce. Place is nice and clean. Bad - waitress was on FaceTime with someone as she took orders from all the people there. I am from northern NJ/NY border and their pizza is better than some NJ pizza and pretty close to NY pizza. I was impressed and I'll be back to try more menu items. Food was good. People taking the order were ignorant. I wanted to place an order for my office. I found their menu on the wall. I called and was told they don't deliver here because we are 6 miles instead of 5. I told him I was a business and it was a big order so he changed his mind and delivered. Called him back to add another sandwich to the order. Was told I had to pay cash for it. They wouldn't run the card for less than 10$ even though I just spent 100$ . Had to order a slice of pizza and a soda to get the other guys sandwich. Money grubbing is all I can say. Would have gotten 5 stars if they were nicer and more reasonable on the phone. We order out three days a week but I'll make sure not to order from here again. read more

This pizza was so good that it made me want to come to Yelp to leave a review. I don't even live here. I am just in town for a day. Some cousins got pizza from here for a get together. They got regular cheese pizza. I have been to the best pizzerias in NYC (Joe's, John's, etc). This is right up there. I was in the area on a business trip and I came here to pick up something simple and fast. I ordered the BLT slice and a Sicilian slice with mushrooms. I couldn't eat the BLT slice, the bottom got quite soggy from whatever dressing that was on it and it was very salty. The Sicilian had a good crispy crust but there wasn't much flavor and the mushrooms tasted a bit strange to me. On the plus side the place was clean and the staff seem friendly. read more

The food is actually pretty good... Everything else, forget about it! Closed on Sunday and Monday. Delivery is the weirdest hours and you cannot order delivery and pay with a credit card. It is 2015, most people don't carry cash. I cannot understand some of their decisions. read more

Most notably, the portly gentleman behind the counter ,who is actually the owner. Armenti's Buffalo Chicken pizza is as good as it gets. This place is extremely clean and the owner is proud of what he does. You can tell. I have the privilege of working right up the road from this restaurant and going here to grab a few slices from their display has become a lunchtime hobby/necessity. This place is progressing more and more each year and I expect awesome things from this place for many years to come! FYI, If you order individual slices ... you get your money's worth! My FAVORITE go to place for food!! From the fresh pizza and Stromboli's!.... to the fresh chicken cutlet used for subs and the dinners... this place has it all! Def not like Old Forge Style at all! Everything is homemade! Fresh dough, fresh sauce, and the best mozzarella on the market!! Service is awesome too. The owners remember everyone and the staff is quick and polite . Probably one of the worst restaurants in the area for Italian food. With so many great options, I don't understand why anyone would choose this place. On my most recent visit, I ordered the house garden salad with chicken. The chicken was old (had the smell and taste of eggs) and clearly microwaved. The chicken was nearly steaming on the top of the salad. Considering I ordered 5 minutes prior to receiving it, this chicken was clearly not prepared that day. The tomatoes were clearly frozen for a long period of time before being served to me. This was a truly awful experience. I spent over 10$ on a water and a really horrible salad. If you're going to go, maybe just get the pizza. The better option is don't go here. read more

Just ordered 17 trays for the office. We purchased a range of toppings. It was unanimous...Armenti's topped the list as the best pizza we've had yet! Pizza was fresh and not greasy. The crust was about a 1/4 inch thick, crispy on the bottom, but soft on top. Sauce had great flavor as well. And to top it off, the price was excellent!! Nice newer pizza place with different kinds of pizza than the usual. Their chicken Caesar wrap was great too and the owners were really nice and helpful. Felt like we were having dinner with a family. The atmosphere can be improved as it's a bit too bright to be relaxing. Oh. An hour and a half is unreasonably long for delivery. If they are they are that busy, clearly they could afford more delivery drivers.

They have been very disrespectful to some of my friends'/family, and decided to stop delivering to an address, for no real reason, and instead blamed their customer, and my friend, to avoid a real explanation as to why they, just dont feel like being decent. Just an update from previous review. I placed an order recently and was asked what I wanted on the hoagie. I basically asked for the hoagie on the menu, but requested oil and vinegar instead of mayonnaise. At that point the person taking the order gave a totally insulting response, but I was so shocked I just let it go, with an intention to speak to the manager on my arrival. This is the beauty of it all, when I picked up the order the person who was so rude ended up being the owner. Sorry for trying to support a local business, but I will not be back. read more

Pizza is good but stay away from anything fried! Always barely cooked , fries limp & soggy, poppers could use another few minutes, and onion ring batter not all the way cooked on the inside. All the time this is the case..not just a bad day. If you go, get pizza! read more

I finally found a local pizza shop that still uses Authentic Mozzarella Cheese !!! Crust was baked to perfection, sauce was flavorful, the sausage they use is quality. Price was excellent. I definitely will be re-ordering. I highly recommend Armenti's. read more
