Great service, excellent quality of work and competitive pricing. Another installer quoted almost double and then said my decals couldn't be applied because they were cut wrong. I spoke to the manufacturer and he suggested I find another installer - that's when I found Arnie. I'm glad I did. Everything, from communication to timing to quality and cost, is top notch.

I've been looking for car wrap installers that specialized in wrapping Teslas for so long , it's hard to find someone to trust and willing to take care of your car as their own . Arnie from the beginning was really professional and answered all of my questions. I felt comfortable and confident with leaving him my baby. I will say he prioritizes quality ! And I really appreciate that . It took about 5 days and his prices are reasonable compared to other shops that were charging me almost 5k!! I even got my plates wrapped ! I'm in love with my car more than ever :) Thank you Arnie !!

Unfortunately after 3 days the wraps came off and lots of bubbles everywhere. Seems the wraps are cheap.now I have to pay 450 to remove and pay another 550 to re apply the stripes. and I don't know how much damage it can cause when removing these stripes. most stripes not straight. Not happy at all. these didn't even last 1 week. I give two star instead of 1 star just because he was nice and also took antenna, license plate out to apply the stripes. in response to business owners comment: Additional Pictures attached that shows his message that 3 days was enough (he mentioned that definitely 3 days passed) and one question for the owner! does washing the car make any difference on the wrong cuts you did? Bubbles are only one aspect , How about the cuts, or the cheap wraps ?!? does the washing will change cut my stripes?!? please think before answering! The screenshot of the messages between us attached that shows the owner lies about washing! Btw, the 450 dollars quote to remove is not from you, It's from another business who told me he can do the job as what I want. you did not mention anything about 450. sorry for misunderstanding.

I asked Arnie for a quote on my model 3. His price was more than reasonable and beat out any other place I'd asked for the same quote by miles. He was super professional and worked in my timeline. As he worked on my car he provided me with consistent updates via message as well as progress pictures. It came out beautifully and any time someone asks me where I got it done I recommend they check him out. The work was done beautifully and he even gave a warrenty of a year on his work. At one point I noticed a piece looked like it may start lifting he had me in almost immediately to fix it under warrenty and it was done in an hour. I've now had this wrap for a little over a year with no issues. I plan on going back to him soon for a chrome delete. I cannot recommend him highly enough.

Update review After 2 weeks, the wrap started to come off in some part, there are bubbles many places. I reached out to Arnie and he hasn't responded to my concerns. I would not recommend anyone to take their bikes here. He might has experience wrapping car but I do think my bike was the first that he wrapped and the quality isn't good. Waste of money. I could have taken it somewhere more professional. Arnie told us there was 2 years warranty on the wrap. Was it lie? Probably Wow....Arnie is amazing. He made my new bikelook so good! The quality of work is . Highly recommended. Arnie is easy to work with, very creative. I let him do his things, didn't have to tell him much of what I want, he just knows!!!! Thank you Arnie, will see you in a couple months for a different color

Where do we even begin! I contacted Arnie not too long ago in regards to getting my cars detailed. Arnie was professional and responded in a timely matter. It may have taken him an hour or two, but it's understandable as he's not sitting on his butt all day. He's busy beautifying cars and giving others his full attention. Arnie did AMAZING!!! Took his time and it really shows. He made my two cars look like new. From the leather interior of my jaguar to the carpets, then to the exterior... the paint is now sooo smooth! I don't remember it being that smooth when it was new. I've never seen my cars look this good. I would highly recommend Arnie's garage to anyone looking for detail or wrap. I'll definitely be calling you again kiddo!

Called Arnie to see if he had available spot as soon as possible, he said to come by and see what we can do. He was finishing up a vehicle and without hesitation he took me in. I wanted to get some door handle guards to protect. He explained how the guards work and convince me.He was very professional and did an amazing job. Prices were fair for the quality of work. I will be back for future car detailing. His number one priority is a customer satisfaction.

Brought my car in for the decontamination package and the results surpassed my expectations. I also brought in some original headlights to be restored and he brought them back to life. I watched the process being done, and Arnie really does put in the time, effort, focus and care for everything he does in his work. Arnie is great, friendly, and easy to work with guy who is very trustworthy. Have no worries and no doubts, I definitely recommend bringing your vehicle in to Arnie for services.

I had Arnie work on some of my cars, and let me tell you, He's my goto guy when it comes to wraps. I work at Kia and sell a ton of cars every month, for most of my customers that want detail work done on their cars or a wrap, I always lead them to Arnie. I send over recommendations left and right. Great guy. Here's some of the amazing works he's done for some of my cars.

Door handle chrome trim blacked out and mirrors blacked out

Needed to get some little detailed wraps done for my car and Arnie was the first person out of 5 people that I messaged to respond. He gave me a quote which was far better than the other ones I received and the quality of his work was also very good. You can tell that he takes pride in his work and has passion for wrapping and detailing cars as a hobby. He did three different things for me. He wrapped the chrome trim on my door handles, my side mirrors, and a little front under lip all in gloss black and it came out just as I expected. Would definitely recommend him if your interesting it getting small detail vinyl wraps. Will definitely come back again in the future

I sent inquiries to PremierXpress and one other place, and Nick got back to me quickly with a bundled price that included both PPF and tint. I asked and got quick answers on what products they used (Stek Dynoshield and Llumar IRX) and we scheduled a day for the work. I ended up upgrading my package with additional coverage (windshield UV/IR film and PPF rocker coverage) - no upsell, I just inquired on the day of and decided it made more sense to do the additional work. They marked all the locations that had flaws and said they would do the touch ups before the PPF application, which I wasn't expecting and appreciated. Nick also saw some swirls on some of the areas where PPF wouldn't be applied and offered to do paint correction on the entire car, which was generous and again appreciated. It's busy here and while the initial work did take longer than originally estimated, things looked very good when I picked up the car. There were a few areas that needed to be addressed, but this is routine and there was a 2-3 week follow up already scheduled to address any areas that needed attention. PremierXpress really focuses on using as few seams as possible, so the work is quite time consuming and precise. Anything that shows up and you point out is taken care of with no push back - they really want you to be happy with the work and final outcome. That being said, as a customer, you have to be fair too. On a clear PPF film, not every square millimeter needs to be covered. There are a ton of bends, crevices, and areas where it would be incredibly unlikely for a rock to find that exact location. With clear film, any very tiny areas that may not be perfectly covered aren't really visible. So having fewer/no seams in areas that ARE visible in exchange for tiny areas in remote locations that aren't visible - it's a good tradeoff. So friendly service, fair pricing, being willing to go above and beyond doing things like paint correction on areas they didn't need to work on - all added to a great experience where the outcome is my car is protected, looks great, and the owner emphasizes that if anything comes up, just come in and he'll take care of it. Couldn't ask for more. They also have a nicely stocked drink refrigerator that's very nice too. Would definitely be happy to bring a future car here for tint or film - they do a great job and have such a customer and satisfaction focused attitude.

Before my Porsche Panamera even arrived, I spent weeks researching paint protection film (PPF),…read moreceramic coating, and detailing shops throughout the Bay Area. As someone who had waited months for a custom-ordered Porsche, I knew I wanted to protect the car from day one and wasn't willing to trust it to just anyone. I researched, visited, or spoke with nearly ten different shops before making my decision. Some were significantly cheaper. Some promised much faster turnaround times. Many claimed they could deliver the same result. Between the PPF, ceramic coating, window tint, windshield protection film, interior protection, and other treatments, my project represented an investment of nearly $20,000. At that level, I wasn't looking for the cheapest option--I was looking for the highest level of craftsmanship. One thing that stood out during my research was that many Bay Area shops quoted anywhere from 20% to 50% less than Supreme Detailworks. At first glance, that gets your attention. However, many of those same shops also quoted completion times that were only one-third or even one-quarter of the time James estimated for essentially the same scope of work. That immediately raised a red flag for me. When someone claims they can do the same work for far less money and in a fraction of the time, I start asking questions. The more I learned about Supreme Detailworks' process--paint preparation, component removal, edge wrapping, tucked installations, and quality control--the more I understood where that extra time was going. It wasn't inefficiency. It was attention to detail. I also compared Supreme Detailworks against one of the highly respected PPF shops in the Chicago area that is nationally known for premium installations. To my surprise, James' pricing was very similar. And even if I had chosen the Chicago shop, shipping the car there and back would have added roughly another $5,000 in transportation costs alone, not to mention additional time and logistics. Having that level of craftsmanship available right here in the Bay Area made the decision much easier. For my Panamera, James and his team installed PPF, ceramic coating, window tint, front windshield protection film, protection for the headlights and glass roof, interior PPF for the gloss black trim, and matte protection for all touchscreen surfaces, including the digital instrument cluster. The result is so seamless that several of my friends couldn't even tell my Panamera had PPF installed. In fact, I had to physically show them where to look and where to touch before they realized the vehicle was protected. That's how clean and invisible the installation is. What impressed me most was that James never tried to upsell me. Instead, he took the time to explain the different options and recommend what made the most sense for how I planned to use the car. One thing many people don't realize is that the true quality of a PPF installation is found in the details--the edges, seams, corners, and difficult areas where shortcuts are often taken. James and his team don't take shortcuts. They carefully remove and disassemble components when necessary to ensure the film is properly wrapped and hidden wherever possible. After investing nearly $20,000 in protection, the last thing I wanted was visible seams, lifted edges, or obvious installation lines. Supreme Detailworks delivered exactly what I was hoping for: a fully protected vehicle that still looks completely factory original. Another thing prospective customers should know is that Supreme Detailworks is almost always busy. There is usually a waiting list, and scheduling requires patience. If you're looking for the fastest shop in town, this may not be the place for you. If you're looking for the cheapest shop in town, this definitely isn't the place for you. But if you're looking for a team that refuses to rush the process and treats your vehicle as if it were their own, the wait is absolutely worth it. During my visits, I regularly saw Ferraris, Lamborghinis, McLarens, Maseratis, Porsches, Mercedes-Benz, BMWs, Audis, Land Rovers, Lexus vehicles, Teslas, and many other enthusiast cars in the shop. Seeing that lineup gave me additional confidence that I had chosen the right place. After seeing the finished result on my Porsche, I can honestly say my expectations were exceeded. And if you're looking for craftsmanship, attention to detail, and a team that treats your vehicle as if it were their own, Supreme Detailworks is hard to beat. Thank you, James and the entire Supreme Detailworks team, for treating my Panamera as if it were your own.

First remove a…read more3rd party wing on my car, install a replacement for a factory front lip that I broke during track day about 3 years ago, and get some wraps and painting done. So in my research, I found a a lot of shops as you would expect. Ended up choosing Silicon Valley Customs, mostly because it was close and in an area I was familiar with since I was a child. After some initial contact via text and phone calls, I setup my first appointment with SVC to bring the car in for some estimates and discuss what I was looking for. The owner was very accommodating and provided me many options for what I wanted to do. Mainly the removal of the spoiler and patching the holes that are leftover. He went over the many options they had and we managed to agree on the option that was best suited for me and my budget. No pushback and judgement at all. We also discussed the other options like installing a front lip replacement that I brought and asked for service on and wrapping the car. We came to an initial agreement and the appointment was set. And I left my replacement front lip with them to paint. Between this and the day of the appointment, I had some changes that I wanted to make to what was agreed on and the again, no problems there. Changes were accepted very easily. And for me, the big thing was, I wanted to wrap the antenna, which the owner mentioned wouldn't be an issue to do but would take longer. And I said no problem if it would take longer we don't have to do it. Unfortunately, the day came for the appointment and I fell sick out of nowhere. Kind of funny how that works right? So I gave the shop a call. The owner had no issues re-scheduling, wished me well and we agreed upon a new appointment. On the new appointment date, I came to drop off the car, it was quick and easy. They reconfirmed with me everything we discussed and I just left them my key. They had quite the few cars to work on that day as well so it took them a while to get to my car but the great thing was, they still managed to get my car back to me the same day I dropped it off. So when I came to get the car, I remember specifically that I didn't actually clear with them for doing the antenna. But they still did it anyway AND gave me the best price for it. Even though it took them much more time to wrap it because they had to remove alot of parts to get it. I REALLY appreciate them for that. Not only did they wrap what I really wanted even though I didn't specifically say, the owner gave me a SOLID price for it. That's the kicker here. All that work and still gave me a good price that even I would say is quite generous. Overall, I am more satisfied then I thought I would be. And I would be willing to come back to them in the future for any further wraps or projects!

You would be visiting this place like it's your dentist or doctor--2-3 times a year for 10 years because of the poor quality of workmanship and wrap. They supposedly used Xpel but I really don't know anymore. I say this because almost a month later of getting the car back of it being wrapped....new and worse bubbles formed. First, we bought our car new and got it wrapped 3 days later. Appointment was scheduled at 10am on Tuesday and Veronica said it should be finished by end of day Thursday for a complete PPF wrap full body. It was not finished for pick up until 5pm Saturday. We actually had to go back on Saturday after we got home already to have them fix something since the wrap was already peeling off in one section. Now I understand the reason for this is because Tuesday night she texted saying there were really bad water spots on the new car and that they would need to charge extra $700 to remove it. Ok sure fine remove the water spots for $700 on top of the $4000 quoted for full body wrap. I guess it took them an extra TWO days to remove water spots. So we go pick up the car on Saturday only to notice when we got home bunch of bubbles. We understand it takes 2-3 weeks for it to cure. Gotcha. But there were things wrong with the work already. For one section, it required more work since it was under the badge, there was lint underneath. Appointment was scheduled 2 weeks out to fix it on Friday but we needed the car for Saturday. Veronica said would need more time because appointment was at noon. We asked for an earlier appointment during the following week, possibly Monday or Tuesday so if they needed to keep the car they can. We have to drag our baby and toddler back and forth to get this stuff corrected. So then, we rescheduled the appointment for the following week Friday since Veronica said we can get the car back the same day. Come the day of the appointment, we told them of two other sections that had bubbles that were quite visible. She said no problem most likely will be done after lunch or end of day Friday. Nope ---we don't get a call or text or ANY UPDATES until I told my husband to ask what's going on bc we needed the car back for Saturday. Looks like when he texted her, she said it won't be finished until end of day Saturday now. If she had communicated thru out the day, then I wouldn't be so frustrated. She waited until WE had to contact her. She knew we needed the car back same day. I talked to her on the phone about this. Next thing you know, she says the car is ready for pick up 10:24am on Saturday--not 3pm afterall! That's because they most likely didn't address the 4 bubbles on the back of the car. What is even worse is the spots on the back of the car look exactly how it was before. Photo attached. Doesn't seem like the work was done to even fix it. Later at home, found more bubbles more visible. At this point, it is too frustrating to keep bringing the car back and forth. We had to go get the car seats out for our kids since we had somewhere to go Saturday. My MIL stayed the entire day on Friday because they said it would be done same time. Very inconsiderate service. You get what you pay for. In this case, $4,700 for shitty work in which you need to go back constantly to try to get something fixed but it ends up NOT being fixed at all. See attached photos. Word of advice for you guys-- don't promise a service date that it would be finished and then fail to deliver. Also, another word of advice, communication is KEY. I would rather personally pay another company MORE money to receive good customer service. Thank God we didn't have our windows tinted here. I took that to a place I trust (Mr.Tint) where I had my previous car windows done. Unique Auto Films charged $25 more and at this point, it would've taken them 2 weeks lol haha to do all the work. Mr. Tint quoted me TWO hours for windows to be done. And at exactly two hours it was finished. Clear, precise communication at Mr. Tint. They also do full body PPF wrap. I regret not taking my business to them now.
