I decided to get my new 2024 Tesla Model 3 Highland PPFed/tinted/ceramic coated to try to ensure it will look good for a while. I found Elite Window Tint on Yelp and contacted Jose to get a quote and evaluation. It was actually an easy selection process as Jose seemed very honest and with a fantastic attention to detail. He was also the only one in the area with the STEK PPF I wanted. Right after picking up my car, I dropped it off at Elite for a 10-day makeover. Jose and Jonathan did a masterful job of prepping the paint and windows. The PPF was installed (nearly) perfectly, and they have been very very responsive at fixing any of the minor glitches. The window tint looks amazing and really helps reduce the glare when driving. The ceramic coating beads off water like crazy. The pricing is definitely competitive. Not the lowest, not the highest. But you get a great result that will (hopefully) last a while. Overall, I'm impressed and very happy with these guys. Great job and highly recommended. read more

I had a scheduled appointment to have PPF installed on my new vehicle. When I arrived to drop the car off, I spoke with Johnathan to review the details of the work and learned that he did not remember that his original quote included the fog light bezels. He then asked for an additional $200 to complete them. I chose to leave and use another company. If you decide to use this company, be sure to get the quote in writing. read more

Went here for a window tint and PPF install on my Toyota GR86. Their prices are highly competitive and turned out cheaper than some other offerings in the Bay Area. They use Xpel PPF that has a 10 year warranty and it's a ceramic tint. They're very flexible for bringing in and picking up your vehicle. After install, it was requested that I come back in a week for all the water bubbles and glue to set in. If there were any imperfections after a week still, they would redo those spots. True to their word they did. I found minor spots/glue marks on the front bumper for the PPF and small bubbles on the rear tint. When I pointed it out, they redid those areas and it was perfect! Black is a tricky color to work on too since all the imperfections show, but the PPF is practically invisible. Of course I managed to get hit my debris on my way home and it hit the front. Good thing for the PPF, whatever scratch appeared disappeared after a wash. Definitely a relief to have. read more

I found Elite Window Tint via Yelp, last month. Reached out to Jonathan and got a response very quickly. He went over some details with me over the phone and an appointment was set for the following week. Fast forward, a week later, we arrived at the schedule appointment time...no issues. They took 5 hours to complete the work with the price tag of $960.00 for a ceramic tint. My husband, picked it up, I noticed a few potential issues right away but we were told to allow the tint to cure for a few days. After a few days, the imperfections were not getting any better so I reached out to Jonathan, once again to ask if he could take a look. Once again, he responded quickly and professionally, he asked us to come by so he could take a look at the vehicle. My husband and I were thrilled with his customer service (hence the 2 stars). When we returned to the shop and he inspected the window, he said that the tint was damaged (mentioned the tint could have folded in on itself when it was being applied) so another appointment was made to fix it. That appointment was supposed to be today...my husband called him yesterday to confirm the appointment of our window repair and the other car we were bringing him for another $960.00 project. We arrived at 10 am, as expected, and waited for an hour...we called and texted. We never received any sort of response (except for a butt dial) my husband received from his phone. All in all, we are disappointed in this business...what was supposed to be a 5 star review has to be brought down to a 2 for his lack of professionalism. A simple phone call, text, or a cancelation yesterday would have been appreciated. read more

Tinting with the current products is expensive. Nick did my windshield two years ago. I was taking off a decal from my windshield and I tore off some of the tint. I called Nick and scheduled an appointment. I showed up and I was in and out in 90 minutes. The quality was excellent and I am extremely happy with the work. I requested the new install and removal of the old film. The windshield was perfectly cleaned and the new film was installed perfectly. Give these guys a shot, I'm sure you'll be happy with them. When thinking about tinting my vehicle, I was very skeptical at first at who I'd trust and what specifics I had. When speaking to Jon, not only was he attentive, but he gave me many options and details of how my vehicle would look. I don't own an exotic vehicle, but attempting to make it look somewhat great, so tints was a major thought for that project. Not only was his knowledge and expertise wise but also gave me many options that other places couldn't compare. His attention to detail was also great. He also noted that the roof of my vehicle needed a wrap due to something I didn't care for until it was too late. Had a small "scuff" blemish due to a bird.... and well, once I cleaned it, ate the paint up a bit. He mentioned how important it was to get that covered and gave me some options on wraps. The car ended up looking not only great but flashy! For that very same reason and his attention to detail saw, he was also tinting residential and commercial windows, so he decided to get him to tint my homes primary window. Not only did he come through with that project, but it made it look flawless and, of course, was quick and reasonable. Of course, depending on the tint, one has to take the cost in accordance with that, but he will most definitely hire his services again and will be recommending his craftsmanship over and over. read more

I met with Jonathan to schedule a vinyl wrap on my 4Runner. He was able to fit me into his schedule on a day that worked for me. The job was done in the time that he estimated and quoted. All work was done better than I had expected. Jonathan is super easy to talk to. Listens to what the customer needs and makes suggestions. This shop does fantastic work! I got the full front PPF, total car + glass ceramic coating, and window tinting all done at the same time. Jose did a great job at communicating clearly when it came to explaining the process and options as well as when it came to scheduling drop off and pickup. I waited until I washed the car myself to write this review so I could see the hydrophobic properties of the coating and I couldn't ask for better performance. This is the second car that I have had a ceramic coating done and this one is by far the best performance I have seen. Jose even asked to check in on the car 2 weeks later to make sure everything settled as it should. These guys really care about their work and I couldn't be happier as a customer. read more

The Elite team is awesome. Jose provided detailed information on tinting and how it would help retain the value of my vehicle, increase comfort, and provide more style. They use the highest end car tint which rejects 99% of the suns rays. This makes a big difference when driving my car in this heat my car gets to a point where the AC reaches the temperature. In my other tinted car from somewhere else, it isn't able to maintain. There are no bubbles and the tint goes to the edge on all windows. It looks straight clean! Additionally they also do vehicle wrapping. They did a great job doing a chrome delete on the front to make my car stand out and give a customized look. I'm excited to work with them on the next project to get the windows tinted in my house. They have done a lot of work on the area on business like Chipotle, Red Robin and other commercial buildings and residential. It is a great alternative if your windows are too new to replace but you still want additional efficiency. I ended up choosing Elite because they responded the fastest with the most detailed information and options. The team is great to work with and they have some awesome work completed. read more

I brought in my 2019 mustang GT Coupe to get a full Package Service Done. Full Car Ceramic Coating, PPF Full car End, 15% Tints on my 2 side windows and 45% on my Front/ Back windshield. All I can say is Fantastic Job! Left my car spotless felt like new again. Great hospitality! I had a chance to work with Jonathan a few months ago to have my car windows tinted with ceramic tint. After a few months, I see no problems, no visible errors, and the tint reflects the heat and UV rays all around the car. Price was a bit much but they also offer different tints for cheaper options which is also not a bad idea! What I loved the most was Jonathan being able to take me in the same day I called in. Granted he may not take you in immediately but I called around to many other tinting places and they had no availability for the next 2 weeks. Give this small honest business a call for your car tinting window needs! read more

In the end, I decided to go with 5% all the way around because that was the look I wanted, and he was absolutely right. It is extremely dark, but exactly what I was looking for. The customer service was just as impressive as the quality of the work. Although my appointment was scheduled for 2:30 PM, Yosup accommodated my request to drop the truck off early in the morning so I could pick it up after work. Tint was good -- I would say what you would expect for the price. My bigger concern was with the ceramic coating. When I picked up my car, I noticed the same paint swirls and marks that were present before drop-off. When I followed up, I was told that paint correction is a separate service and was not included. I understand that distinction now, but at no point -- not during our Yelp messaging, not during drop-off, not during any part of the process -- was I informed that the ceramic coating would be applied over uncorrected paint. As someone who reasonably assumed that surface prep and paint correction went hand-in-hand with a $650 ceramic coating, I would have expected that to be communicated upfront. The in-person interaction at drop-off was also minimal. Very little information was exchanged about what the process would entail or what to expect, which made the surprise afterward even more frustrating. With all the amazing reviews, I thought my vehicle was going to get well taken care of. To make matters worse, I noticed new scratches on the rear plastic trim and in the foot wells that were not present before I dropped the car off. The shop did offer a $150 discount toward a future paint correction service, which I appreciate, but at that point I had already lost confidence in continuing. Ultimately, I paid $650 for a ceramic coating applied over paint that wasn't properly corrected, received no proactive communication about what was or wasn't included, and got my car back with new damage. The tint work was fine, and Eric was responsive over messaging. But the lack of transparency around the scope of work and the condition of the car at pickup make it hard for me to recommend this shop. And trust me, I never write reviews nor do I want to talk badly about a company. I was just really disappointed at the fact that my brand new car was not taken care of. Really unfortunate. Response to business owner: I stand by every point I made. I understand that paint correction may be a separate service in your offerings, but my concern is not about what was listed -- it's about what was never communicated. At no point during our messaging, at drop-off, or at any stage of the process (until day of pick-up) was I informed that the ceramic coating would be applied over uncorrected paint.
