I cannot say enough good things! Firstly - my move was an emergency relocation...I needed to respond quickly and was overwhelmed with the idea of having to do this all by myself. I began a search for a mover (not expecting to find someone I could trust on such short notice). Arnoni popped up in multiple searches with very positive reviews. I made a call - and was surprised that Arnoni could support a next day (Sunday) move with 3 movers/a truck/ and all the supplies after answering only a few questions about my space/items and a small deposit. So - I spent the entire day / and all nite packing to be ready for the movers... Secondly - they were on time! Like clock work - I received a call the next morning - confirming the moving team was on the way to my house. They arrived on time ready to go. Thirdly - the physical move was seamless! As you might expect - after only one day/night of packing things were not perfect (on my end) but the moving team was efficient and pleasant. They made quick work of loading everything (while I worked to complete all those last minute things). They also spent care to disassemble and package all the part and pieces of my various furniture items. Everything was wrapped and packaged for safe transport - all the antique and fragile items received great care...there was nothing damaged in the move (not my things nor the house!!) Once at the delivery site - the movers were just as efficient and (if possible) even more pleasant. Placing all the furniture and unloading all the boxes! What made things difficult for them was the delivery site was much smaller than the pick up site. Without any complaints - the moving team had to even further disassemble a few items to be able to get them successfully placed in the upstairs bedrooms (narrow stairway / hallway) And - to top off what I feel was amazing service - the movers were also very understanding to some changing circumstances for me. My elderly mother (with advanced Alzheimer's) - which I had not expected to have with me on this day - required my care so spent the entire move day with me. What might be a stressful and potentially dangerous environment for her was anything but. The movers were conscious of her / her safety and made a point to be kind (and understanding to me when I need to attend to her). I decided to read the reviews on Yelp and I was very impressed with the client's compliments about their courteous and helpful services. First of all, the front desk was really friendly and did her best to help me by giving all the details about their services and prices. Then, she asked details about my moving to come to a more accurate final price, so I was not caught by surprise for the final price. I decided to go with then. The movers were on time very efficient. They were very careful with all my furnitures, they handle pretty well all their activities from the beginning to the end. I am very glad I hired ARNONI MOVING SERVICES. I cannot put into words how exceptional Arnoni Moving Services was this week. The communication from when I first entered my information on their website to when they drove away after finishing the job was impeccable. The pricing was more than fair, they arrived 10 minutes early, utterly busted their humps the entire time, and every one of our possessions arrived safe and secure in our new home. I will be suggesting Arnoni to all my friends and family members for years to come. I think the most recent screenshot of Arnoni's deleted response shows severe dishonesty. They have indeed threatened legal actions against me by stating that they are "handling this matter through the appropriate legal and regulatory channels, including documentation of all communications and service logs." And that they "won't be discussing the case further on public platforms out of respect for our staff and legal counsel." And I constantly post their previous (deleted) responses as screenshots here. But Arnoni claims they were never published by them lol. I'm done dealing with Arnoni publicly. Usually don't write reviews, but after my experience with Arnoni Moving, I felt like I had to. I recently moved, and let's be honest moving is stressful. But Camilo, Orlando, and the rest of the team made it incredibly smooth. They showed up on time, handled everything with care, and worked efficiently without cutting corners. The movers were professional, quick, and very careful with our things! From the very beginning, they arrived on time then scoped out my old apartment and provided an accurate estimate of how long it would take. Then, they carefully wrapped my TV, sofas, dining table, etc. They worked together very well. One person was mainly inside wrapping items while the other brought boxes down 30 steps with ease. The truck was loaded and we all headed to my new place. They arrived quickly! They followed my guidance and carefully placed my items in the correct location. I had to move stuff out of a storage unit we had kept for years and were just too exhausted to deal with. The time finally came where it made more sense just to move that stuff to our house so we could either throw it out or store it in our attic. The only problem was because of COVID, we didn't want to do it ourselves, which involved renting a truck, going to the storage place an then dropping off the truck. Such an amazing experience. Everyone was on time, I got a text message and a phone call upon arrival to our home and the new home. The movers wrapped everything soo well and took the time to take certain furniture pieces apart. We had so much stuff 3beds 2 bath home, our move took a little longer than anticipated but the movers knew exactly what they were doing and took the time to make sure all our stuff was packaged well. Excellent services. They helped me move from my tiny crammed studio to a 1 bedroom. They were quick, cautious and took extremely good care of my stuff. We recently moved from San Jose to Morgan Hill (15 minute drive) and used Arnoni Moving Services. Leon and his team (Adrian, Orlando, Carlos, and Dany) were all great. I had a very smooth moving experience with the movers (Javier, Alejandro and Carmelo). They were very courteous, careful, tidy and patient. Reached on time, and very patiently wrapped our furniture with clean blankets. I must say that this was the first time I saw VERY clean blankets being used. Arnoni's movers were extremely professional. They took great care with our belongings on a short move from the peninsula to the east bay. They were super efficient and we were happy with their services. The only thing I would mention is that the original quote was for half the time that was necessary to do the move so the quote was about 30-40% less than what it actually cost to do the move.
