This crew did a fantastic job with my move yesterday. They were on time, kind and fast. I did my own packing so I can't comment on their packing services but they secured everything with blankets and tapes very nicely. They carried my plants and didn't charge me for stretch etc. There was a slight language barrier but we made it work. read more

we hired Arnoni for the moving in the bay area. it was stressful prep work but the day of moving, everything was taken care of by Camilo, Tadeo and Orlando. They communicated and kept my informed (e.g half an hour break time). They worked hard and accommodated our requests (e.g moving things from this room to another) and did an amazing job putting all the stuff into a 24cu ft truck. They handled the stuff with care and worked well together, pretty efficient in dissembling and assembling. The other thing i appreciated was their attitude, they seemed happy all the time and was very polite. I have to say this is one of the best moving services I used. Highly recommend! read more

I got help for moving from a 2-bedroom apartment to a townhouse over the weekend. They were on time and the whole move lasted about 3-hours (mostly just furniture and not all my stuff). They were able to manage going up and down several flights of stairs and did not cause damage to any of my items (dressers, desks, tv, etc.). The crew were polite and easy to work with as I was sharing directions on where to put things. They were also nice enough to wear shoe covers to not get the carpet of new place dirty. These guys were hustling to move the new people in to the place I vacated when I bought a home nearby. They were flying in and out of the new tenants moving truck and one of them have me a business card if I ever needed help. The next day I was looking at my house and realized that I need help unpacking, moving all kinds of trash left as a gift by the last owner and rearranging things in general. Although they are movers, Airan had no problem "moving" things around my house. They booked asap for the next day and showed up right on time even though they commuted an hour to get to me. From the moment they got out of their car they were working! "Hit the ground running..." Was clearly told to them growing up In Brasil! We started to run out of things to move, so they picked up two brooms and started sweeping my deck. Airan put together an office chair and Omar (may have forgot your name) stated he wasn't an interior designer, but then he put a little table and two stools in a spot where they still are because he made a little breakfast bar. Tadeo, Orlando, and Camilo were so quick and very efficient! Tadeo stayed back and wrapped all of the furniture while Orlando and Camilo loaded up all of the pre-packed boxes to the truck. These guys are fantastic! I used them to move my family from the Bay Area to Central Oregon and they handled everything. They packed up our 2 bedroom house in 1 day, drove to OR the 2nd day and unloaded the truck on the 3rd day. They moved all the furniture/boxes into the correct room in our new home. After hearing all the horror stories of other peoples inter-state moves, I was a little nervous. Everything went extremely smooth with Arnoni and they were much cheaper than other national companies. Excellent Communications. Able to do all of the transaction electronically from signing the contract to paying by Venmo. Tadeo and Orlando did a good job of laying out protective runners on the carpets and wrapping the furniture. All furniture arrive in original condition. No marks on the walls, etc. Tadeo was pretty impressive - completely loading his cart with 4 or 5 boxes and then grabbing a piece of furniture with his free hand. read more

An oversized refrigerator which three years ago took the delivery crew three hours and much difficulty to get in was removed through the same front door by Arnoni's crew in ten minutes. The selected time window was booked and confirmed by email, then on the day before the move there was a follow up email with the specific start time.
