Was a fun experience at aroma Joe's. They have a ton of different flavor and drink options it's almost overwhelming. My favorite part is they are open pretty late so I can come have coffee after dinner. The service is really fast and the people are very nice. We went through the drive thru and it was great. The kind server helped us pick our beverages and bakery treats for the road. We tried the chocolate chip muffin and the cinnamon roll. The muffin was delicious. It was very soft and came with a lot of chocolate chips. The cinnamon roll seemed more like a honey bun but it was so tasty. Very soft and so good warmed up. For our drinks, we got the salted caramel iced latte and the regular caramel iced latte. The only issue I have with the place is the quality of coffee doesn't seem to up to par. I think the beverage leans on the syrup a little too much. But honestly, it is a great value and an awesome late evening spot if you're in the mood! read more

This was my first time ever even hearing about this brand but on my way to dunkin (not my fav but will settle) anyway I bust a U-turn and pulled up to Aroma Joes out of curiosity. . I wanted to give them 5 Stars but ....... Here is my honest opinion. Atmosphere: it's great for a coffee shop . Place was very clean and well kept both inside and out , however there was a distinct Oder inside of the shop. Could be the floor or products which are stored inside . Please do something about it . Service : Staff seems to be very welcoming and friendly. Smile definitely will bring customers to your store . Quality/Taste: You guys got to get into "pour over" specially when brewing specialty /organic coffee . Water temperature is very important. I wouldn't mind to pay $4.75 for a small pour over if it's done right , PO brewing takes a bit time . Also , show case your specialty coffee beans. Overall, I like the place , my organic brew didn't taste great, I believe due to the brewing method, water was too hot. . I will try another one later . Pour-over please !! read more

I just had the worst experience at this place, I ordered a coffee online last week, which it gives me 3 options, 16 oz, 20 oz, and 24 oz, to which I picked 20 ounce thinking that was the medium, it was extremely dark to which I came to the coffee place to fix it. She says she put 1 shot in there so I figured ok they messsed it up the first time, second time I get coffee and I come to the place to order instead of online, and order a medium perfect cloud just like before IT WAS PERFECT! So then come today I order online again. I picked the 20 oz thinking it was medium because it's the second choice. When I comes I call to let them know it was very dark, she then tells me oh that's our large, 4 shots. I said ok, can I get another one? She said she couldn't do that so I just reordered (yes another 10 dollar coffee with all the ad one I put in) and it comes no whipped cream, just as dark as the first one after I was just on the phone with them, so I call again to which they were annoyed. I believe I spoke to Courtney, red hair, extremely rude, rolled her eyes when I came in and laughed. I'm explaining over the phone that none of the adons were put in, I had the coffee before that had all the adons and you could physically see it, Katie tells me she disagrees with me. So I came in because after 27 dollars later ordering 3 coffees IM GOING TO MAKE SURE MY 1 COFFEE WAS RIGHT! When I walked in the whole staff gave me looks but miss Courtney made it extremely noticeable with the looks and laughing and rolling her eyes. I think this is so unprofessional and disgusting and to not even be able to get ahold of a manager is disheartening. Coming from someone who drinks coffee multiple times a day, get a staff who is friendly, and won't argue with you when you tell them the coffee you paid for isn't right smh. read more

It can also be overwhelming but the staff was very approachable. I ordered an iced almond milk latte as per my usual. It had a great flavor profile. I also had a whoopie pie which was awesome and very nostalgic. The outdoor seating area was nice and covered. The inside seating area had a really good vibe to it. I enjoyed the cushy Furniture that's always a plus for me at a coffee shop. We live in Miami, and just so happened to be in the area and looking for coffee, that is not from Dunkin Donuts, nor Starbucks, then we came across this gem! A really quaint establishment, but SO many options to jazz up your coffee! All types of syrups, and premade menu of other flavored coffees. We ordered a chai tea latte, with a shot of espresso, it was delicious, but a tad sweet for my taste. My boyfriend got the Irish kick, which I regret not getting,m, but will definitely next time. They also have very pastries, sweets, juices and premade slads, and sandwiches, and offering pumpkin spice, and hot ciders since it's that time of the year. First of all: WOW talk about FAST service! I literally placed my order for a coffee and breakfast sandwich and she started immediately and had it ready quickly. Atmosphere inside made me feel like it was cold outside. It's homey, welcoming and I felt like I was Colorado in the mountains. You can dine in, take out to drive through. It's in the same plaza as planet fitness so you can get some coffee before or after...whatever floats your boat. Service was great, girl working was very friendly. There is a drive-through, it wasn't busy when I got there around 7:15 in the morning, their menu is very large with a lot of variety for coffee. I got a cappuccino and the very kind worker recommended the toasted marshmallow flavor, which was absolutely delicious and it wasn't too sweet. The workers were very friendly and kind. Super sweet service. Maybe we went on an off day but a coworker and I ordered the iced coffee with almond milk and some sugar ($2.65 including tax) and the coffee left a burnt after taste! For a place that prides itself on the coffee we didn't think this was right. The baristas though were super nice and were okay with replacing it and suggested their cold brew. Aroma Joe is a cool place. They have one of the most extensive coffee menus I have seen. I have had a traditional brew and a Cafe Cubano, both were very good. Aroma also sells sandwiches, pastries, and other stuff to sell. I had a sandwich for lunch which was very good. The best thing about Aroma Joe's though, is the friendly staff. The service was great. The girl who took our order was really nice. The coffee wasn't bad but it wasn't as good as the reviews.

The cappuccino was good but when you look around it seemed a little dirty. We sat in the little area with a loveseat and chairs. We had to keep batting flies away. The coffee table legs hadn't been wiped down in a long time and were dirty. We looked over at all the chairs and they were pretty dirty too. The white ceiling over the coffee bar is completely yellow. I had a chocolate chip cookie (not made in house) and it tasted stale. I threw it out. read more
