I came here before work, around 9:30PM. I was mildly inconvenienced due to the fact that Apple Map's says you guys are open until 10PM (when you aren't.) Was almost late because I then had to find somewhere else to go to get a caffeinated drink l and had to drive back to Gray all before 9:55. Please work on changing your hours on Apple Maps.

Monday morning, Labor Day. A quick coffee and breakfast stop before the long road back to NYC. I got the iced pumpkin chai latte and loved it - delicious blend of flavors and the right kick to keep me alert. Decent egg, ham and cheese croissant as well. The drive-thru line was long so we decided to walk up to the window which had no line. I suggest doing this because it ended up being quicker!

Open kitchen, you can see everything being made. You can see the ovens, and the bakers diligently working. The husband-and-wife owners and bakers were in house and working! I was just in awe of the operation. Lovely staff, lovely vibe, and amazing treats. We had a ham and cheese croissant, a quiche, and some cookies. We also enjoyed a cortado and a latte. Everything was perfect, the lamination on the croissants was beautiful, the variety and uniqueness of the foods was awesome, and the service was just awesome. The owner talked to us for a bit too (Billy?), I had so many questions. I felt bad I was taking him away from his staff, but just what an inviting place. There were a few tables, very intimate setting, very clean bathroom, plenty of parking out front and in back. Just all in all - YOU MUST STOP HERE. The bread looks phenomenal! Huge loaves! But they will cut them in half too for you. I will definitely be back!

It shares a parking lot with Yolked and is only open Thursday - Sunday. I went in on a Friday around 11am and almost everything was already sold out. I returned Sunday for a full loaf of sourdough and some pastries. The sourdough is big and beautiful, not too crusty, nicely hydrated loaf. The croissants were very tasty. But if I'm nitpicking, I think the ham and cheese could be improved if the ham inside steams rather than crisping - it gets rubbery and not that enjoyable to chew through. Fabulous neighborhood bakery. Definitely visit and support!

We were there on a Tuesday around 11:45 and stayed until around 1:30/2pm - There was a steady stream of people getting take out and the dinning aread was 3/4 full the entire time. It seems to be a very popular place. The menu is pretty easy to read on the wall to your right as you walk in. it's pretty easy - you can choose a option from the wall and you can customize your burrito, quesadilla, nachos etc further when you get to the counter. I have never been to a chipotle, so I can't compare it. I love the fact that it's locally owned. For those that do not like cilantro - it's only in two things..one of the rice options and the pico...other than that you are safe. For those that love cilantro, you can ask for extra. I had the supreme nachos with pork and nacho cheese, jalapenos, black beans and lettuce....SOOOOOO GOOOD!!!! and very very filling. I liked the food so much that I ordered a to-go dish for my husband. He loved his food. he said the seasoning was light, but he enjoyed it. I look forward to coming back if I find myself in this area. it, Fast, Easy, and Delicious.

Of all the times coming here and eating their food both breakfast and lunch/dinner have had no complaints. Service has always been friendly and quick! They have some space indoors to dine but us like many others order then take it home to eat. They follow a similar model as places like Chipotle and Subway where you order and watch your food be made and can choose the toppings/fill ins. You can enjoy so many great options of burritos, tacos, bowls/salads, fries, quesadillas plus some other things. I have always enjoyed their burritos, maybe I need to expand to other things next time. My wife enjoys their bacon breakfast burrito and I enjoy their chorizo breakfast burrito. Lunch wise my wife enjoys their Burrito Americano while I think their Steak Bomb Burrito is great! They offer a good variety in fillings, spice levels, and flavors. Food always tastes fresh and high quality to us. Give their menu a look and check this spot out! Definitely worth your time!

I stopped in after searching for Hop Water and saw on the Hop Water website the Good Life Market sold it. I arrived about a half hour before close so I was one of few customers and ended up buying a ton and wanting more. First, I found a 4 pack of beer that had JUST been released in Burlington VT and then Portland ME (collaboration beer) and immediately grabbed it. Absolute score! I was super impressed with the beer selection, both refrigeratorated and on the shelf, plus N/A options, hop waters, mixers, you name it. Before I even made it to the beer section I was drawn to the prepared food because I was hungry and knew I would have to prepare something when I got home. I got smoked ribs (probably a half rack) for $11.99, Cole slaw and a broccoli bacon salad. They had multiple refrigerators and freezers with everything you can imagine, frozen Slab pizza, health drinks, locals meats, local ice cream, etc. I noticed a huge wall of local coffee so I will be going back to hopefully find espresso beans, which are challenging to come by. I didn't notice inside seats but that would be a good addition. For the ribs, I wrapped them in foil and baked at 350 for 20-30 minutes. I was so happy to find real food, prepped for easy reheating. I will definitely be back with my husband to order sandwiches and pick up more goodies.

These two items are highly recommended. This market also has some fresh produce, several cheese options, interesting snacks and pantry items. Stop by and support local whenever you can!

I asked him what was a favorite dessert, and he and the lady in the back told me the chocolate cheesecake. The chocolate cheesecake was so good! It was light and fluffy with a nice chocolate crust. My family split it with me and we all loved it. I was very curious to try the Dubai chocolate cup, and also liked it very much. This layered cut up strawberries with pistachio cream coating what seemed like granola, layered with chocolate. The chocolate was almost like a cool version of hot fudge. The pistachio cream mixed with the granola was very tasty. I have had the pistachio cream mixed with the kataifi, but Hailey's version was much tastier. Went very well with the fresh strawberries and chocolate. This bakery has other options besides the pastries, such as breakfast sandwiches, avocado toast, and lunch sandwiches as well as smoothies. They also have a full coffee menu, including bubble tea! While the pastry selection was not extensive, they have several options of things to satisfy. The two items I tried were excellent and I will definitely be back to try other things, including lunch. The waitstaff were friendly and helpful. Convenient storefront with plenty of parking.

I was able to look over everything while waiting before settling into a very comfy leather chair right next to the door. Great vantage point to see all of the amazing treats they sell. They have donuts, scones, muffins, turnovers and dozens of fudge flavors!! I ordered a couple of donuts to go along with a blueberry turnover. SO GOOD!!! The donuts were perfectly fluffy and sweet and the turnover, flakey fruity and perfect! Great - fresh made to order breakfast sandwiches on a biscuit. They are satisfying - so tasty and filling! They are hearty. The couple that owns and runs this business are down to earth and authentic. I loved listening to them work together, it made me laugh when they had a disagreement, she apologized when I went to pick up and pay for my order. I told her, no need, it was like I was at a family home with real people having real conversations. I highly recommend this business and I look forward to using up the rest of my gift card and once that is done, I will be back for more yummy food.
