I was involved in a hit & run, my 22 CRV that was perfect is now damaged all on the drivers side from door to headlight ugh I called Arrow and this very friendly pleasant voice " said hello this is Blaine how can I help " I explained everything he said bring her in and that was the beginning of a great friendship! He went right to work call the damage wrote up an estimate waiting for me to get a hold of my insurance company to no avail that didn't work! He then on his own called and gave me a number to help me execute this claim faster while Blaine was not only friendly he was very professional!!! Blaine left his office so I could have privacy which I was not expecting I mean he is the boss and left me in his office‍ The number he gave me worked out and he kept my car that day. Now to put a cherry on top of this since I do not have a ride Blaine arranged a rental from Enterprise for me and drove me over there! What a wonderful amazing caring guy. When my car was done I received a call and when I got there my car looked like it just came off the show room floor! The shop was recommended by State Farm as one of their authorized repair centers (Select Service). What should have been a simple rear bumper cover replacement ended up with a car with a spun bearing and rod knock. When I dropped off the car, I told him it was making a weird noise in the rear. After replacing the cover he decided to "punch" it while test-driving it. Somehow during his test drive the car had a low oil pressure issue and he still continued to drive it! When I got the car back the owner was "unavailable" and the receptionist was the one who gave me my keys. Imagine my horror when turning on the car and it vibrating/knocking as if the engine was to explode. They would not take responsibility. I managed to limp it back home. $6k later (engine replaced) and it now runs as it should. To add insult to injury they used a 3rd party rear bumper cover which does not align properly to the quarter panels. They managed to even screw up the one job they were supposed to do correctly! I've been biting my tongue on this situation, and have also been EXTREMELY patient, but I can no longer keep quiet about this. Someone needs to call out this body shop on the inability to communicate with their customers. My car has been with their shop since October 25th, 2023. I was unfortunately involved in an accident (not at fault) that left my car in pretty rough shape. There is no doubt that this repair would take a long time, maybe actually several months, and though i would not be ecstatic to hear that my car would need to be in the shop for a few months, I would have no problem with that SO LONG AS MANAGEMENT IS OPENLY COMMUNICATING THIS WITH MYSELF, THE CUSTOMER, WHICH THEY HAVE BEEN DOING EVERYTHING BUT THAT. Each week I give them a call to get an update on the car, and each week for the past several months, I have been given the same "we're waiting on parts/mechanic" schpeal from the manager, and then closes with saying "It will be ready next week". It grows very frustrating and tiring waiting week after week, expecting this car to be finished and ready, but then to push back the finish date one more week. No need for that whatsoever. This manager needs to learn how to be 100% honest with his customers. If you don't know when the car will be done, TELL ME THAT INSTEAD OF JERKING ME AROUND EACH WEEK WITH YOUR "nExT wEeK bRo" BS. I reached out to my insurance's claims department to see if they could do some investigating regarding this claim that I had, and they also had difficulty getting answers from them regarding my car, almost as if they are hiding something from me, and my insurance company. On top of this, body shops are required to keep updates with the insurance company on the car's repair timeline, etc., and the only note my insurance has on file with them is the initial estimate. Needless to say, if myself, family members, or any friends of mine have any auto body servicing done, I will be doing my damn best to steer them WELL CLEAR of this place of business. It's very unfortunate, because I came to this body shop in good faith, and with the impression that they do great quality work, but their utter lack in customer service has completely ruined any chance of endorsement from myself. read more

This place is da bomb!! They did Fantastic body work on my red 2016 Mitsubishi Outlander. Other body shops couldn't even get me in until 2 months. Arrow took me that week and then finished in 2 days! this was definitely a long awaited review and if you're reading the reviews prior to taking your vehicle here DON'T BRING IT HERE. I'm no mechanic or anything but I know when you get your vehicle back they're supposed to give it back to you with the engine NOT overheating. now i bet you're all wondering why was my engine overheating because it was supposed to be " fixed". WELL apparently they were doing me a favor by flushing my coolant system but just DIDN'T REFILL IT. State farm recommended this place but if you love your vehicle even the slightest go somewhere else. Despite the engine overheating my car sensors and auto start weren't working. Considering that Blaine assured me not to worry because i have a " life time warranty" with them i was really trying to work with him. But quite frankly i'm not sure who's full of shit more Blaine or his mechanic who told me my auto start wasn't working because of some codes that were popping up on my vehicle and then trying to charge me $1,500 for codes that didn't come up at the Cadillac dealership or Blaine who NEVER returned my call when I called regarding what we were going to do about that auto start. I have no kids but this is how I imagine women feel about their dead beat baby's fathers except in this case it is a dead beat " mechanic" . read more

I can't say enough nice things about Joe and his shop. The staff is super friendly, made sure I knew what the process would be like for the repairs. I went to Arrow after being hit on my bumper and being left with a nice sizeable dent. Arrow took amazing care of my car, returned it to my beautifully. You are backed by their warranty so you leave with nothing realistically to worry about! Also... I had a scuff/scratch on my side mirror (unrelated to why I brought my car in) that I casually asked Joe about and he had one of the guys scuff it out and paint it! My truck was vandalized over Labor Day weekend and suffered major craving on the hood and driver side. Took the truck Tuesday morning to Arrow and Nick was awesome. He broke down the different approaches for repairs within different budgets and the estimate repair time, he also give me a quote. I waited a few days for my insurance to respond to my emails/calls. (Incident happened Friday of Labor Day Weekend). They got around to sending me a few shops that work within their network. And after googling all the shops and reading their reviews and even calling a few places, Arrow was the only right choice. The other shops wanted a two week repair time frame and were scheduling three weeks in advance. I wasn't going to drive my truck for three weeks with vandalism on the hood. I called Arrow spoke with Nick, swung by the shop, and added a few other repairs I was interested in. We agreed on a price and scheduled the repairs for Monday morning. Boom Boom Boom. Everything happened effortlessly, I didn't go thru my insurance cause they weren't coverage the full intent of the damages, and only paid 200 more of what my deductible was going to be. I'm very happy with the results of the hood and the drive side. I also like that they honored my request of not making the truck look like it had work done. I use the truck for work and I like the aesthetic of the minor dents, a few rust spots, and a few dings here and there. Last summer, a young gentleman hit my bumper and destroyed it. I looked up places that his insurance accepted within the area. I went with Arrow because their reputation seemed very good after reading reviews. I called in and they were booked. Thankfully the owner's wife immediately got back to me and was able to squeeze me in. I was very satisfied with the results. I ended up needing an entire new bumper and trunk. I had to change the way I closed the trunk but I got used to it over time. The paint job was great too. Everything looked brand new. Joe is a great guy to work with. It's total chaos at this body shop I don't understand how this man could just lie. I waited for this man for months before he got my car an appointment!!! In respect to missing my appointment he was busy I was going to bring it in early because I was going out of town and he knew this I confirmed that with him I said I would try to bring it in early but I do not want someone that's not qualified to touch my car especially if it's a new guy an apprentice I'm paying top dollar for top work... so I had to call him and reschedule and he tried to put it back to August 1 and then when I disagreed because I said I waited for you for 2 months to fix my car and I miss my appointment so now you try to back it up for two months more so that would be a total of 4months ... I tried to give you another shot at fixing my car the last time I went there when you told me you were going to put a new bumper on my car and I signed off on the paperwork and you turned around and fix the old bumper and I had a lump on the bumper it wasn't sanded down properly and I had to call my State Farm insurance so they can redo the work because it was guaranteed and I had them sure you give me a new bumper !!! and then you did the work again and got paid twice you recall that time...!!! And now I gave you a second chance because I'm about second chances but you're shady you had me wait two months for one appointment and I waited and because I miss my appointment you're gonna make me wait another two months that's wrong because you're understaffed you don't even have room in your facility you have to spray stuff on peoples cars so paint don't stick on it because there's no room you guys are painting in areas that you shouldn't I asked when I went to talk to you about my car what are your employees doing spraying cars on the side and you said so paint don't stick to them and if it does get on there you can take it off right away so if people want to bring their car there you're taking chances I was taking chances but maybe it was a good thing that I never had my car done with you you didn't deserve a second chance to fix my car !!! I gave you a second chance ... To do work on this other accident and you sent my parts back on purpose I was willing to pay for the parts my insurance was willing to pay for the parts my insurance called you but you purposely sent them back that's how much of a jerk this guy is don't believe this guy he inherited his father's business you better run because I'm sure there's other issues out there with other people he tries to give them deals so you don't post anything on yelp but if you're willing to live with the mistake you'll accept it like I did in the past but not this time it's total chaos at this body shop!!! read more

Extremely happy customer here! I don't typically take the time write a review, but after my great experience at Arrow Body, I felt like I was obligated to pass along along some kudo's. My car was recently keyed and my insurance company recommended Arrow Body and I am extremely happy that they did. The owner hooked me up with a car rental literally blocks away from his shop, and I didn't have to make one call to the insurance or rental car companies after I dropped my car off. Recently I had a hit and run with my car. I was upset as one can imagine. I called Joe at Arrow Body and got my car in the same day. I went to sign papers for work to begin and asked that he get so scrapes out of back bumper while the car was there. I have used Joe before for body work, but car was not in good shape. He had great communication skills and kept me in the loop on the progress of my car and advised of things he would do to make sure the car drove its best. It took almost 2 weeks but got the call that the car was ready and Joe stated that they did their best they could on the back bumper as this was not part of accident that car was brought in for. I saw the car and was very pleased with the work. The car drove great if not better then before the accident. The back bumper he stated that he would make look 80 to 90% better but I couldn't tell anything was wrong as they did an excellent job. His crew even picked me up at Enterprise as Enterprise had no one to bring me back. I've been going to Arrow for auto body work since I could drive. My parents had also had work done on their vehicles at Arrow in years past. We've all been more than pleased with the results. More recently, I had an incident where I was hit by a person with a fly-by-night insurance company. Joe and his team kept me informed and updated at every step of the way which helped make the whole ordeal run that much more smoothly. When I finally got my car back it was like new--one could never even tell it had been in an accident. Also, the car was washed and the interior vacuumed. I was rear ended and the insurance company I was dealing with, recommended this place. From the start, the owner Joseph was very friendly, accommodating and respectful. My car was fixed within 3 days and when I picked it up was very impressed with the work but mostly the friendliness of the whole company (seems like a family business). They have the sweetest dog (I think it is a Portuguese water dog..not sure) who hangs out in the office, she was adorable and friendly like her owner. My young daughter was with me when I picked up the car and the lady in the office gave her a free little flashlight and pen...that was sweet. They did an excellent job repairing my car, and the car was actually done sooner than they estimated. Very nice people to do business with, and they were generous enough to buff out and touch up for free some scratches I had that were not related to the accident my insurance company was paying them to fix. The car was clean inside and out when I picked it up. My only complaint is that it's kind of scary trying to get out of their lot onto Grand, especially once you've just had your car fixed after a collision. read more
