Service was good , I noticed after a few days, I have some paint missing in the inner door of my driver side. I could have went back, but the time and effort was not worth it. overall service was good, the only disappointing part was, that they do not take checks for your deductibles. I went here to get an estimate on my car door as well as had work done on same door. Both experiences were fantastic. I'm by no means a car person but ted's did a great job of making me feel welcome and explaining to me exactly what needed to be done in a way I could understand it. Nothing is pleasant about being in an accident and having to deal with car repairs, but I must say dealing with Ted's Auto Body turned out to be a pleasant experience. It's stressful finding the right place for body work and I have had my share of bad experiences. Not at Ted's. These guys are very professional and you could tell take pride in their business. Everything is explained to you beforehand and they will let you know that they don't cut corners. I really appreciated that. Anthony (I think the owner's son...) is very thorough during the estimate. Nobody ever wants to be in an accident and have to get their vehicle repaired. As luck would have it, in less than 6 months we had to visit them twice, once for each of our vehicles. Both times the work performed was quick, yet professionally done. They also have a relationship with Enterprise Rent-A-Car down the street, if you need a rental. What really shocked me was the lifetime warranty. I can't say I've ever been to a repair shop that offered the same. This shop was referred to me by, surprisingly, Ted's Auto Clinic (no relation). Nice shop and friendly guys. My Audi was finished in 4 days, great turn around - less time to spend in a loaner (I don't care how nice - I do NOT enjoy loaners). Liberty Mutual sent me to this auto shop after an accident with my Kia. The repairs were done without a problem. Months after, my car was making noises. I took it to the dealership who was very eager to pass the issue on to repair shop once they noticed my car had been in an accident. No surprise there. I arranged to meet with Larry at Ted's. We had some minor body damage we wanted repaired on our Hyundai Sonata and a friend referred us to Ted's. We were given a quote within 10 minutes of driving in and Larry explained how the job would be completed. An employee gave us a ride home and picked up when the car was finished. The best auto body shop around - had my car fixed here a few times and they always do superior work!! Great family owned business.

I have been taking my car here for fender benders for years. This week I called and asked for a replacement window of the front passenger window and was told they could do the job. I explained that the window was automatic. I also brought the car in so that the owner could see for himself what needed to be done. The next day I dropped my car off for repair. A few hours later I received a call from the owner that my car was repaired and ready for pickup. The window had been replaced but It no longer operated automatically from the driver side. I immediately informed the owner. He checked it out and said that it would cost more money to get this problem fixed. He called me the next day and stated it would cost an additional $175.00. This function was not broken and was either damaged or not addressed when installing the new window. I think the work was sloppy, shoddy and a way to get me to pay more money. I will not be using their services in the future and i suggest you not use them either. read more
